He received both his Bachelor's in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics and his Masters in Political Science from Oxford University. He then returned to Dizgovzy with his wife, Anna Hervey Demjana. After the passing of his father, Adalus, Peter became the King of Dizgovzy. He has 3 children, Jörgen, Elísabeth, and María. He is a practicing Roman Catholic. Peter changed his name to Pjotýr, the Dizgovzian form, unofficially when he was coronated and officially with the passing of the Dizgovzian Revival Act of 2019. He speaks English, Dizgovzian, Russian, Latin, Finnish, and German.
