DEVELOPING: Pan-Vesvaite National Congress Restores The Offices Of Prime Minister, Cabinet And Parliament Of Vesvai

The Pan-Vesvaite National Congress is announcing major changes and government reforms in the Sovereign State of Vesvai. They have been agreed on by two sides of the Pan-Vesvaite National Congress represented by Chairman of the Pan-Vesvaite National Congress Robert Praesedit and Vice Chairman of the Pan-Vesvaite National Congress Acido Soran. The Pan-Vesvaite National Congress has announced that it would not remain the supreme governing body in the Sovereign State of Vesvai after all and would rather fulfill the provisional role it was meant to fulfill from the start. The Pan-Vesvaite National Congress has adopted Constitutional Provisions added to the Fundamental Rules of the Realm. These Constitutional Provisions restore the position of the Prime Minister, the cabinet under the Prime Minister and the Parliament. The only difference is that instead of restoring the status of the Rhodeve monarchy in the Sovereign State of Vesvai the Pan-Vesvaite National Congress took a page out of New Vesvai’s book and replaced the Governor-General with the Head Administrator as a newly created position not having existed in Vesvai before.

DEVELOPING: Movement For Vesvaite National Unity (MVNU) Created As The Ruling Political Party In Vesvai

In addition to all the announcements the Pan-Vesvaite National Congress confirmed the creation of a new ruling party in the Sovereign State of Vesvai – Movement for Vesvaite National Unity (MVNU). All current officials of the Pan-Vesvaite National Congress have automatically become members of the new MVNU ruling party. The appointed caretaker Parliament of Vesvai would have MVNU hold the governing majority. De facto MVNU would be holding all the seats in the Parliament until more parties are created and possible elections are held in the future.

DEVELOPING: Chairman Of The Pan-Vesvaite National Congress Robert Praesedit Appointed Prime Minister Of Vesvai

The Pan-Vesvaite National Congress has settled on appointing Chairman of the Pan-Vesvaite National Congress Robert Praesedit as Prime Minister of the Sovereign State of Vesvai from the new ruling MVNU party. The cabinet would be appointed subsequently from various Vesvai’s officials.

DEVELOPING: Vice Chairman Of The Pan-Vesvaite National Congress Acido Soran Appointed Head Administrator Of Vesvai

As for the newest position in Vesvai’s government: Head Administrator, the Pan-Vesvaite National Congress has settled on appointing Vice Chairman of the Pan-Vesvaite National Congress Acido Soran as Head Administrator of the Sovereign State of Vesvai. The position is largely ceremonial but according to the renewed Fundamental Rules of the Realm the position would still have enough influence and Soran would still get to chair the Human Rights Council under the Government of the Sovereign State of Vesvai.

Is Vesvai Transitioning To Democracy?: Skepticism Dominates In Sunrisia

The Sovereign State of Vesvai has undergone major political changes today. In a “180 turnover”, the regime in Aurisi announced that it was changing its’ government. No longer would the Pan-Vesvaite National Congress be the “supreme governing body” in the Sovereign State of Vesvai. From the first look, it sounds like the Pan-Vesvaite National Congress will be following through with its’ original function of being a provisional government of the Vesvaite independent country. “Constitutional Provisions” had been added to the constitutional equivalent of Vesvai – “Fundamental Rules of the Realm”, which have not only restored the original government institutions of Vesvai, which existed in the Dominion of Vesvai, itself an autocratic country, with the institutions like – Prime Minister’s office, the cabinet and the Parliament, admittedly the changes in Vesvai have even taken hints from their neighbor and Sunrisian ally – New Vesvai. That hint is the creation of the position of the Head Administrator, which replaces what used to be the office of the Governor-General loyal to the Rhodeve Crown.

From the first look, it could be viewed that Vesvai Democracy Legislation of the Convet of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia has given some results. Possibly, the Vesvaite regime may have fallen under pressure. The first such sign was the creation of the Human Rights Council in Vesvai. By all reports, many of these apparent democratization and human rights initiatives are coming from Acido Soran who has originally led Round Table–Free Vesvai pro-independence governing body in exile of Vesvai but has since fortified himself and his allies pretty well in the newly forming dictatorship in Vesvai since the country gained sovereign. For Soran and those like him, it was not so much about democracy, but just sovereignty of Vesvai. However, cooperation with MDAA and SOWEFTA during the Vesvaite struggle for independence may have “rubbed off” on Soran and he has still managed to push forth some of these democracy and human rights initiatives in Vesvai.

Whether these moves are made in attempt to improve the relationship with Sunrisia without making any changes in actuality, or they are for domestic consumption and an imitation of democracy without making any changes in actuality, or whether both these options are the correct ones, there is skepticism in Sunrisia among analysts and politicians regarding any reality of substance to these “supposed reforms” in Vesvai. Many are already pointing at the fact that Vesvai has created a single ruling party and appointed already existing leaders in new top positions in the country. Many think that Vesvai will still be a one-party autocracy, while imitating a democracy, similar to what the Dominion of Vesvai used to be. The Department of International Relations of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia has committed to battling dictatorship in Vesvai and promoting democracy in the island country.

In other news:

  • President Léma Tempéstĕr hosts Prime Minister Ármand Tungstenãn in Orentan.

  • Independent Commission on Lustration (ICL) begins compiling lists of people not allowed to run in any future elections in Sunrisia or hold any government and state positions.

Protests in Edereon calming down

Image

Post-Coral Revolution protests in Edereon against Prime Minister Ármand Tungstenãn are now officially calming down. It is not known what may have caused this tendency, but there have been multiple attempts to calm the people down since the change of power occurred. His Majesty King Glac Crustal IV tried addressing the people, Prime Minister Ármand Tungstenãn did so and even former Prime Minister Réli Novicãl himself tried to get his supporters to calm down. All three have pointed at the fact that Edereon was moving into a snap general election around the corner and the opinions of Ederi people would get to be fairly expressed in the fair and free election, whether they were revolutionary or counter-revolutionary. The vote would show the final result and which tendencies are dominating in Ederi society. Apparently, the call may have finally worked and Ederis have heard the message. Many are now choosing to wait for the voting day an express their opinions there, instead of continuing the uprising. Obviously the protest isn’t ending in a single day, but the tendencies so far are showing a lean towards waiting for the election, instead of continuing street activism. Right now, even opponents of the change in premiership are possibly choosing to accept the status quo before the election happens.

SOWEFTA Summit Begins In Orentan, Sunrisia, First Post-Virus Summit In Person For The Organization

Image

Image

After having recently hosted new Prime Minister Ármand Tungstenãn of Edereon in Orentan, the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia, our country’s capital is now becoming the hosting ground for another international summit – SOWEFTA summit. The previous SOWEFTA summit was held in Miraya, Creperia, with anti-virus measures over the RETRIT-20/PVAX-20 pandemic. This time, the conditions for the summit are pretty much back to the way they were before the pandemic, with Orentan being the next logical geographical location for the summit.

The gathering would traditionally have the participation of 3 full member states of SOWEFTA – Creperia, Edereon and Sunrisia, with associate states Daredland and New Vesvai present, along with one partner country of Baggnagia, the geographically farthest country from SOWEFTA, but linked to the trade bloc tighter than to its’ own neighbors. Minister of Industry, Trade and Commerce of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia Fídês Sódâlītás hinted that one of the associate states of SOWEFTA would receive a much awaited membership invitation, while the other would receive a road map towards it.

However, Minister of Industry, Trade and Commerce Fídês Sódâlītás also said that there are disputes among partners within the integrated common economic zone, which will be discussed and the Minister did not hint that they are now especially arising from the Ederi side, with the coming to power of Prime Minister Ármand Tungstenãn there. The disputes were also discussed during the recent visit of Edereon’s new Prime Minister to Orentan.

Should Daredland expect success at the SOWEFTA summit after not getting anything at the MDAA summit?

Image

It is still infamous politically to remember that Daredland didn’t succeed at the MDAA summit in contrast to ally New Vesvai. And yet as an aspiring member of MDAA and SOWEFTA the Confederation will remain a loyal and engaged participant of all forums and integration procedures regarding the Corentian power bloc. Confederal Minister of SOWEFTA Accession of the Daredi Confederation Jose Willems is in Orentan, Sunrisia for the SOWEFTA summit. Willems is unsure whether Daredland would receive a membership invitation. It has already been announced earlier that only of the two associate states of SOWEFTA would receive a membership invitation and once again even in Daredland it’s believed that New Vesvai would be the one. But Confederal Minister Jose Willems says that it has to be acknowledged that it’s a signal for Daredland to accomplish reforms to be eligible for membership in both MDAA and SOWEFTA. Willems said that Daredland was also promised a clearer road map in the question of reforms and SOWEFTA integration along with some other promises of aid in this question.

New Vesvai Invited To Join SOWEFTA

Image

Shortly after its’ invitation to join MDAA and its’ accession to the military organization, New Vesvai has now received an invitation to join SOWEFTA, which was a trilateral Corentian trade bloc of Creperia, Edereon and Sunrisia, but would now have an official fourth member. The representation of New Vesvai received the invitation for New Vesvai to join SOWEFTA at the summit in Orentan, the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia. New Vesvai would be acceding as the first member outside the original trio of SOWEFTA – Creperia, Edereon and Sunrisia, which have created the bloc.

Daredland has not been extended an invitation to join SOWEFTA, because the country still needs to accelerate reforms, return to political stability and solve territorial issues related to the self-proclaimed Weniges Reich in eastern Daredland, occupied by the Englean Kaiserreich. New Vesvaite colleagues were congratulated and the capital city Orentan has practically been dedicated to honoring New Vesvai, with a large number of design work and event planning having been done by New Vesvaite expat community in Sunrisia. Tonight, Sunrisia exceptionally honors New Vesvai.

NEW VESVAI BROADCASTING

BREAKING: New Vesvai Invited To Join SOWEFTA At The Orentan Summit

New Vesvai has finally become a member of SOWEFTA. The nation has received an invitation to join the trade bloc at the Orentan summit in Sunrisia. Honorably New Vesvai is becoming the fourth member of SOWEFTA along with Creperia, Edereon and Sunrisia. New Vesvai’s Parliament will now have to ratify the treaty that established SOWEFTA as the nation becomes its signatory while New Vesvai’s leadership signs all the accession protocols. The finally achieved accession is a tremendous day with New Vesvai having achieved some of its larger foreign policy objectives and having become a nation that is more prosperous and more secure now.

New Vesvai’s Accession To SOWEFTA And What It Means For The Sovereign State Of Vesvai

New Vesvai has joined another one of Sunrisian-led Corentian organizations which it sought to join. After joining MDAA not too long ago New Vesvai has now joined SOWEFTA. MDAA is a military bloc and SOWEFTA is a trade bloc largely containing the same members as MDAA. And just like with MDAA accession of New Vesvai there are questions in Aurisi, the Sovereign State of Vesvai, about the accession to SOWEFTA of New Vesvai and how it could affect the Sovereign State of Vesvai.

Vesvai’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Pasenta says that New Vesvai’s membership in SOWEFTA doesn’t threaten the security of the Sovereign State of Vesvai because of the solely trade and economic focus of SOWEFTA. This is unlike with New Vesvai’s membership in MDAA which the Sovereign State of Vesvai does have a greater problem with and sees as a potential threat to its own security by having MDAA expand to Vesvai’s borders like that and onto the Island of Vesvai. At the same time it’s not entirely a new threat because New Vesvai was already basically a client state of Sunrisia beforehand through their personal alliance. There are still MDAA forces in the southern neighboring state that were there even before New Vesvai was invited to join either MDAA or SOWEFTA. New Vesvai also still hosts the Sunrisian military command headquarters for the Dogmanan and Northern Corentian region on its territory.

Vesvai’s Prime Minister Robert Praesedit says that the Sovereign State of Vesvai is not threatened and despite what the neighbors say or do would likewise continue integration into other power blocs and organizations wil allied nations like Talvistova or Pamerava as examples.

Sunrisian Naval Forces And Military Instructors Return From The Island Of Vesvai

Image

Commander-in-chief President Léma Tempéstĕr is returning military forces from increased deployment to the Island of Vesvai, which escalated at the time of conflict there, particularly around the separation of Vesvai from the former Union of Oblaren and Vesvai. Specifically, this concerns the Sunrisian Naval Forces deployed around the Island of Vesvai and military instructors deployed to New Vesvai to train the local military there. According to the Tempéstĕr administration, the situation on the Island of Vesvai has stabilized and no longer requires such increased military presence there, additionally backing up this argument by a wish to decrease diplomatic tensions present on the island and also in the region, referring to trilateral relations between New Vesvai, Vesvai and the Union of Oblaren and Herbora, along with Sunrisia’s relations with all 3 of these countries, to a lesser extent with Oblaren and Herbora. Nevertheless, the Sunrisian Defense Force (SDF) would remain active on the Island of Vesvai through the Sunrisian Dogmanan Command (SUNDOCOM) headquarters stationed in New Vesvai.

International Summit In Aurisi Revives The Association Of Cooperative International States (ACIS)

Image

Flag of the original and revived Association of Cooperative International States (ACIS)

The international summit in Aurisi has brought about a monumental and historical agreement. The international organization of the Association of Cooperative International States (ACIS) is being revived. The specific membership so far hasn’t been determined but it’s open to being an ever-expanding bloc. The agreement on reviving ACIS has been reached by nations such as Vesvai, Talvistova, Pamerava, Edereon and Daredland. Whether all nations would join ACIS is still a question but these are the summit-attending nations with whom this agreement was reached in Aurisi, the Sovereign State of Vesvai. Edereon was the only nation to note its non-participation currently because of membership in MDAA and SOWEFTA but has expressed support for the re-founding of ACIS.

Flag of ACIS displayed outside and inside parliament along with the office of Prime Minister, revealing future membership ambitions of Edereon

Image

Flag of the original and revived Association of Cooperative International States (ACIS)

The flag of the revived organization of the Association of Cooperative International States (ACIS), brought back in the Aurisi summit in Vesvai, has been displayed outside the House of Representatives of Edereon, inside the parliament itself next to the flag of Edereon placed alongside the Speaker’s post and also within the office of Prime Minister Ármand Tungstenãn. The head of government himself revealed that this was not a mere coincidence or some sort of a temporary political demonstration. He revealed that it is an official declaration that his premiership would seek to make Edereon a member of the ACIS international political organization in the future and make the country more open to the world. Until then, Edereon would remain the member of alliances it currently belongs to, such as MDAA and SOWEFTA, but the Prime Minister does not think that accession to ACIS should necessarily contradict MDAA and SOWEFTA membership. In the end, PM Ármand Tungstenãn suggested that maybe Edereon could be a member of all 3 simultaneously, because there doesn’t need to be a rivalry or contradiction between these blocs.

Openness political movement gaining traction in Creperia

Political movement – Openness, an anti-nationalist force, is rising in Creperia in opposition to the government

Image

Openness is gaining traction in Creperia as a political movement from the opposition. It is entirely new and has not been registered as a political party. Openness exists entirely as a social political movement created and led by political outsiders not in any office in Creperia. Right now Openness is leading political rallies on the street all around Creperia. The ideological side of Openness is aimed against what the movement presents as an ideology of radical nationalism dominant in MDAA sphere, aimed at sovereignty and isolationism while confronting other major powers. Openness promotes breaking the mold and getting back into cooperative and international community in togetherness. Openness positions itself as the opposition to the Creperian government.

President Léma Tempéstĕr Appoints New PID Director Aldár Vîcisítâ

Before the upcoming early legislative election, after which President Léma Tempéstĕr plans to form his own administration instead of further working with the one left over from his predecessor, the current head of state is already making appointments, where he can. President Tempéstĕr has picked a new Director of the Prime Intelligence Division (PID), the leading intelligence agency in the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia. The new PID Director is Aldár Vîcisítâ. The President’s pick passed all “Lustration Tests” with Independent Commission on Lustration (ICL) and the Lustration Tribunal finding Vîcisítâ “clean” and eligible to serve the state.

Aldár Vîcisítâ is already a de facto PID Director, but become a de jure PID Director, the new officer will have to undergo a hearings procedure at the Convet of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia to be approved by lawmakers to enter the position. Ironically, the cleared incoming PID Director Aldár Vîcisítâ will have to be approved by Sunrisians lawmakers, who themselves are undergoing a lustration process by the Independent Commission on Lustration (ICL) and the Lustration Tribunal and will not be legally allowed to run for office in the early legislative election after being black-listed.

Third wave of protests in Daredland, new political movement: Flug assumes leadership of the renewed protests

Image

Nationwide protests in Daredland are renewing again and they are entering the third official phase, after the previous two ones have more or less declined. The first protest wave was triggered by suspicions from Daredi citizens that the Klare Sicht-led government was using the Office of the Attorney General and to accuse opposition politicians of corruption and issue arrest warrants to repress political opponents, especially the PLFWCD opposition coalition. The second wave began when ex-Vice Chancellor and ex-Confederal Minister of Justice and Police of the Daredi Confederation Felix Gudatan was extradited from abroad to be prosecuted for corruption in Daredland. Supporters of Gudatan saw this as a fabricated political repression and began a second wave of nationwide protests in support of ex-Vice Chancellor and ex-Confederal Minister of Justice and Police of the Daredi Confederation. Neither the first nor the second protest wave seems to have led far, almost making it seem like the Daredi government was deliberately ignoring them or just not knowing how to respond them.

The first two protest waves began declining and only remain on the level of influential low-level demonstrations around the Confederation in small number. But there is now a new political force taking over and raising a third wave of the nationwide anti-government protest in Daredland. Flug is a new political movement made up of young activists and aspiring politicians who are taking over leadership the Daredi anti-government protests. The difference is that although the previous rhetoric against prosecuting PLFWCD and its individual members still remains on the agenda, the Flug movement is openly calling for the resignation of the entire Daredi government led by the Klare Sicht alliance and call for snap elections.

Head Administrator Acido Soran Offers Prime Minister Robert Praesedit To Engage With SOWEFTA/MDAA Nations To Reach A Deal, Improve Relations, Diversify Multi-Vector Foreign Policy

Vesvai’s Head Administrator Acido Soran has a history of exile in New Vesvai, pro-democracy and pro-independence activism and cooperation with MDAA and SOWEFTA during Round Table–Free Vesvai days. This make Soran one of the more moderate of Vesvai’s leaders. Thus having this history and this biography the Head Administrator keeps making attempts to not only defuse regional tensions but build bridges.

Vesvai’s Head Administrator Acido Soran has appealed to Vesvai’s Prime Minister Robert Praesedit and to the Parliament with a suggestion to make another attempt at improving the relationship with the Corentian mainland. Soran was referring to MDAA and SOWEFTA nations. Recently Vesvai already had a diplomatic engagement with Sunrisia which fell apart which is why Soran has suggested to engage the entire Corentian bloc at the same time including other nations in it not just Sunrisia. In fact other nations in that bloc might even influence Sunrisia to take a softer approach towards Vesvai instead of pressure it is currently putting on Vesvai. Finally as an advocate of a more neutral and multi-vector foreign policy HA Acido Soran believes it would be good for Vesvai to have a developed relationship with the Corentian bloc while being a ROVAA member and also working on advancing the ACIS organization which would include nations from all over the world. Soran said that Vesvai has a lot to benefit from by being a nation that is “a bridge between different worlds.”

PM Robert Praesedit has been less skeptical of HA Acido Soran’s suggestion but has given his sanction to attempt this. It appears that this time HA Soran will be given the wheel in this diplomatic endeavor. Vesvai’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Pasenta is set to begin negotiations with Corentian nations under HA Acido Soran’s watch.

Designated Diplomatic Agent (DDA) Of Sunrisia For Daredland Negotiations Cáifâ Intégerâ Pressures The Daredi Government To Finally Listen To The Daredi Protests

Designated Diplomatic Agent (DDA) of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia for Daredland Negotiations Cáifâ Intégerâ has once again taken time out of negotiations on the Weniges frozen conflict in the Wenigberg region in eastern Daredland, to comment on the internal political situation happening in Daredland. The Confederation has been going through rapid waves of protests and currently the country is in the middle of a third one, led by a new opposition political movement – Flug. The current wave is arguably the most serious of the 3 waves that have happened so far, despite the early protests having a demonstrator–police clash in Daredland’s capital city Freihat, since the Flug movement is now calling for the resignation of the government, whereas past ones were related to alleged political repressions against political opposition and corruption.

Designated Diplomatic Agent Cáifâ Intégerâ stated the following:

I apologize for commenting on issues out of my place and getting involved in another country’s internal affairs and the socio-political process, but as I feel like I should say something on the situation in Daredland as a special envoy solely focused on this country. I have been ignoring this issue for too long and now it is spiraling out of control. I am sorry for saying this, but the Daredi government has been ignoring the protests for too long without engaging in dialogue and trying to wait them out. And now, you have what you have. There is a new opposition force calling for the government’s resignation. Feels like the Daredi government has brought it on itself by not acknowledging the people’s calls. Additionally, the Sunrisian diplomacy has not been very “ensured” or confident in Daredi democracy with questionable actions taken towards the opposition, specifically the PLFWCD coalition. With such policies and with movement in such a direction, it will be difficult for Daredland to successfully move down the path of MDAA and SOWEFTA integration. It should be acknowledged that the current situation and its’ escalation may also be a sign why New Vesvai has successfully joined the Corentian institutions recently, while Daredland was left to wait. Take this not as criticism, but as advice on what must be done. The direction needs to be changed.

Edereon supports MDAA and SOWEFTA engagement with Vesvai and offers to host a summit in Conordo now that the situation in Edereon has stabilized

Prime Minister Ármand Tungstenãn has reacted enthusiastically to the government of Vesvai and specifically Head Administrator of Vesvai Acido Soran offering to engage with MDAA and SOWEFTA. Although only Head Administrator Acido Soran is currently the loudest voice on it, the suggestion to engage with Corentia at large and not just Sunrisia has received approval Prime Minister of Vesvai Robert Praesedit. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vesvai Edward Pasenta will even begin the engagement. Vesvai is looking to work out partnership deals with both MDAA and SOWEFTA. To make sure this happens, Edereon is ready to personally take on the realization of the plan. PM Ármand Tungstenãn has said that Edereon has now internally stabilized from a political crisis revolving around the Coral Revolution and that Conordo could be a place that could host a grand summit of MDAA and SOWEFTA with Vesvai all at once. This proposal was sent to the governments of Sunrisia, Creperia, New Vesvai, Daredland and Vesvai.

Sunrisians Head To The Polls In The Early Legislative Election

Image

Today is the day of the early legislative election in the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia. The country’s citizens are heading to the polls to cast their votes for a chosen party or an electoral blog. By pre-election polls, the Youth of the Nation (YN) party of President Léma Tempéstĕr was the opinion leader, so it will be left to see if that popularity manifests in the final election result. The President personally has been doing a lot to garner points for the YN party and so has the YN party itself in the legislative election campaign. Yesterday was the official pre-election Day of Silence, where all campaigning had to be stopped, agitation was prohibited and the citizens were given a day to think who to cast votes for. The early legislative election will still happen with security precautions over RETRIT-20/PVAX-20 pandemic, despite a national vaccination in Sunrisia, which has helped develop a collective immunity to the virus, as well as the absence of new cases and the absence of quarantine.

The poll leader YN party is still being challenged by the current governing coalition and also by other opposition parties. The components of the current governing coalition in the Convet of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia – the Egress Alliance, the Civic Nationalist Sovereignty Bloc, the Iron Dome Party, the Citizen Dialogue and the Alternative Conservatives are still looking to get re-elected and to challenge the rising YN. Although the current governing coalition is not officially running as a bloc and are running apart, it does seem that they have an unofficial solidarity or a political alliance among them, endorsing each other over YN.

In other news:

  • Spokesperson for the Department of International Relations of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia Lícīd Tâbélĕr: “Sunrisia will support working out some type of partnership deals between MDAA and SOWEFTA with the Sovereign State of Vesvai, but Sunrisia will remain firm on the human rights’ situation in Vesvai.

President Markus Thill criticizes Flug movement’s resignation ultimatums against the Daredi government, denies deliberate political repressions against the opposition in the Confederation

Daredland is in its third wave of protests with the most recent one being led by the new Flug political movement and now having reached resignation demands towards the government. The situation has reached the level where even the Sunrisians are now pressuring the Daredi government to engage in dialogue with protesters including with the new Flug movement. The Sunrisians are questioning the political unrest in Daredland to the point of even argued that it has affected Daredland’s MDAA and SOWEFTA membership chances which is why the Confederation was left behind in both summits while New Vesvai successfully join the Corentian bloc.

Although arising arguments and the situation in the Confederation are working against the Daredi government right now the Klare Sicht-led leadership is not packing down. President of the Daredi Confederation Markus Thill is arguing that the Flug movement and protesters following them are putting themselves in the position of ‘non-negotiability.’ The President thinks that by demanding the government’s outright resignation without any chance for middle ground will not work and said that a new political force that came out of nowhere with no election or political experience doesn’t have a right to speak for the people against an elected government. Finally Thill said that there are no political repressions happening in Daredland which is a democratic nation and that all prosecutions against PLFWCD officials are over proven corruption with no political motive. Everything is done in Daredland as a nation under the rule of law.

With the words coming from President Markus Thill it’s unlikely a political dialogue will happen soon. And now it’s unclear to say if the situation will escalate or if the Daredi government will keep on waiting for the protests to wear themselves out and start dropping in quantity until they end.

Youth Of The Nation (YN) Party Ends Up On Top At The Early Legislative Election: Coalition To Be Formed With Runner-Ups

LIVE BROADCAST

The votes had been cast, the ballot boxes closed and the ballots themselves counted. It is now official that the party of President Léma Tempéstĕr – Youth of the Nation (YN) has come out on top with 38%, while right behind them is another newcomer the Renaissance Party (RP) with 31%. Citizen Dialogue finished with 15%. The original leader Egress Alliance split the third place with CD, also having gotten 15%. Alternative Conservatives got 1%. The Civic Nationalist Sovereignty Bloc and the Iron Dome Party, who are part of the current governing coalition, have not made it into the government and will be pushed into the opposition along with leaders of the past like the Justice Coalition of Neo-Isolationism and Self-Reliance.

What made this election special, is that Sunrisians politicians were screened, filtered and blacklisted from Sunrisian politics by the Independent Commission on Lustration (ICL) and the Lustration Tribunal. That is what may have majorly affected the result. Some single-mandate independent newcomers made it to the new Convet of the Nationalist Republic of Sunrisia, but not entire parties. Traditionally, since no party got the clear majority, a coalition will have to be formed and most likely it will be the Top 5 leads of election.

Minister Of Foreign Affairs Of Vesvai Edward Pasenta Arrives In Edereon To Meet With MDAA And SOWEFTA Delegates To Negotiate Deals

Image Image Image

Vesvai’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Pasenta has arrived in Conordo, Edereon to simultaneously meet with the representatives of MDAA and SOWEFTA bloc. Vesvai will attempt to not only ease tensions with organizations making up the Corentian power bloc but also to possibly work out separate partnership deals with both organizations. With SOWEFTA Vesvai might work out a trade deal and with MDAA a security deal creating a partnership for peace.

It would not be the first in Vesvai’s history. During the days of the Dominion of Vesvai in the pre-Union times Vesvai did have a trade deal with SOWEFTA and a security partnership deal with MDAA. The Dominion of Vesvai believed that these deals helped uphold regional peace and made Vesvai serve the function of a gatekeeper between Dogmana and Corentia, a bridge between different blocs despite being a member of one of them and create a multi-vector foreign policy. Even though these deals eventually fell through, collapsed and new tensions developed Vesvai will still make a second attempt at achieving that success and hopefully for longer this time. This will be done under the promoted policy of Vesvai’s Head Administrator Acido Soran who’s still a strong advocate for neutrality.

The negotiations with MDAA and SOWEFTA are beginning in Edereon whose a member state of both organizations but has also recently began engaging with Vesvai and aspires to join the restores ACIS organization together with Vesvai and other nations. The arrival of Vesvai’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Pasenta in Edereon is the first step in a process that nobody knows where it could go.

Vesvai’s Prime Minister Robert Praesedit Says That Vesvai’s Talks With MDAA And SOWEFTA Could Fail If Sunrisia Keeps Pressure On Vesvai Over Human Rights: Expects Productivity From New Sunrisian Government

There’s apparent enthusiasm about the process of Vesvai engaging with MDAA and SOWEFTA and creating new foreign policy opportunities for itself from Vesvai’s Head Administrator Acido Soran who proposed the idea and has been assigned to watch over the process. But there’s no enthusiasm and rather skepticism from Vesvai’s Prime Minister Robert Praesedit. The head of government said that the major obstacle is the strained relationship with Sunrisia which keeps pressuring Vesvai on the supposed lack of democracy, human rights abuses and tends to meddle in Vesvai’s internal affairs in general. Just recently Sunrisian officials again affirmed that Sunrisia will continue its pressure on Vesvai.

But the Prime Minister noted that the administration in Sunrisia is outgoing and there’s still a chance for change even through the new Sunrisian President did sign the disgraceful so-called “Vesvai Democracy Legislation.” But PM Robert Praesedit noted that it might as well have been done because of pressure on the President by the corrupt Sunrisian Convet which criticized the Sunrisian President in many ways for his peaceful and anti-belligerent policies which is a change from the past. By mentioning the Sunrisian Convet PM Praesedit that it’s now also a parliament that’s going to largely change after Sunrisia just had its election with many changes and many hardliners being pushed out. Thus that parliament could also be seen as outgoing like the administration. So there’s potential for policy change in the Sunrisian government overall which Vesvai’s Prime Minister hopes for.

Other than that PM Praesedit will not oppose MDAA and SOWEFTA engagement initiated by Vesvai’s Head Administrator Acido Soran but has also given his list of instructions and demands that draw a line in the sand in many issues which Vesvai won’t stand down on.

Edereon welcomes Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vesvai Edward Pasenta for MDAA and SOWEFTA talks with Vesvai

Edereon is doing its part to bring the region closer to peace. Capital Conordo has opened itself up to international delegations from MDAA and SOWEFTA at the same time together with a Vesvaite delegation led by Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vesvai Edward Pasenta. Prime Minister Ármand Tungstenãn said this follows an Ederi foreign policy interest of MDAA and SOWEFTA having the best possible relations with Vesvai. The Prime Minister mentioned how this gathering carries an exceptional chance of working out an actual close relationship between both organizations and Vesvai because of the offering from both sides establish partnership deals. Obviously this is a very tense topic and there are issues between MDAA and SOWEFTA members and Vesvai, name the strained relationship of Sunrisia and Vesvai, but there is openness to working something out. In the end there is a common agenda to work something out for everyone’s common benefit. The Ederi government believes that if Vesvai has once been able to work out deals with MDAA and SOWEFTA at times worse than these, then there’s a much bigger chance for that to happen now with less international adversity by comparisons. Leaderships have changed in all involved parties since and many things have changed. It will be left to be seen if the Conordo meeting would lead to expected historical breakthroughs.

NEW VESVAI BROADCASTING

The Sovereign State Of Vesvai Engaging With MDAA And SOWEFTA: Does This Have Any Chance For Success?

New Vesvai is the newest member of MDAA and SOWEFTA. New Vesvai joined the latter very recently. As a member of MDAA and SOWEFTA the nation has its own representatives and delegates in the collective leadership of both organizations. That includes having New Vesvai’s representatives in the summit in Conordo, Edereon where MDAA and SOWEFTA are simultaneously holding a meeting with Vesvai’s representatives by the proposal of Vesvai’s Head Administrator Acido Soran. Arguably New Vesvai is the biggest skeptic this meeting could lead to anything. Possibly only Sunrisia is the only other nation that could be just as skeptical while Edereon under its new leadership is on the contrary very enthusiastic. New Vesvai’s Prime Minister Hale Aniho does not appear to be very enthusiastic or decided on the summit’s success and neither is New Vesvai’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Fila Nemo. But Nemo has added an optimistic side by noting that the proposal coming from Vesvai’s side suggests that the other side is interested in positive change in international relations even if the unity within the Aurisi regime isn’t solid. The Foreign Minister said that hope comes personally from Vesvai’s Head Administrator Acido Soran despite his skeptical statements recently and selling out of some democratic principles in the diplomatic confrontation with Sunrisia. Nemo said that still the biography of Acido Soran shouldn’t be forgotten as that of an exiled democratic activist living in New Vesvai who was also the pro-independence activist before Vesvai separated from the former Union of Oblaren and Vesvai. The Foreign Minister describes Soran as one of Vesvai’s leaders who incorporates some liberalism and democratic values in Aurisi’s leadership which is why there’s a chance the Conordo summit could succeed and that Vesvai is heading in a new direction because of Soran’s position and influence in Aurisi’s government.

What Should Oblaren And Herbora Expect From The Engagement Of The Sovereign State Of Vesvai With MDAA And SOWEFTA?

As Conordo, Edereon is becoming a ground for an international meeting between MDAA and SOWEFTA and the Sovereign State of Vesvai, there’s attention to that in Oblaren and Herbora too. At least according to Prime Minister of the Union of Oblaren and Herbora Jonathan Mollisal and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Union of Oblaren and Herbora Nicholas Vicina. The Union is not involved but it shares home on the Island of Vesvai along with two Conordo summit participants that it had more or less complicated relations with in the past and present: the Sovereign State of Vesvai and New Vesvai. PM Jonathan Mollisal said that it could naturally affect the Union because of geographic proximity, history of relations with the Sovereign State of Vesvai and New Vesvai and the situation in the region. The Prime Minister reiterated that it’s unclear what to expect from the Conordo summit but the Union is watching nevertheless. Neither a closer relationship neither or a hostile relationship of MDAA and SOWEFTA with the Sovereign State of Vesvai would have much effect on the Union strategically at this point. But supposedly Foreign Minister Nicholas Vicina says that expansion of specifically MDAA influence up north would not be too good for the Union.
