"You may.", she replied and took my hand, allowing me to help her up. She turned to the assembly. "Ladies, Mister Folracht, if you would please excuse us?"
Dad grinned and allowed me to lead her off.
I heard, with half an ear, how Dad asked the two remaining women: "Alright, who wants the first dance?!"

But they would also see a lot of music, either on the little 'stage' by the dance floor, where people were being merry and dancing, or with some of the smaller groups.
One was quite large, a group of seven young women, half of them teenagers for not as long, one of them dressed in a very sparkly thing that was either lingerie or swimwear, while the others were not less dressed for the beach, but far less conspicuous - that did not stop their dresses, especially of the three oldest, to show off, that there were considerable curves. The music came from two, one with an acoustic guitar, the other with an acoustic bass.
The two might also spot an interesting couple, a young blonde with green eyes and a man in shirt and tie, not only about two heads taller than her, but also at least twice as old. Both seemed to be comfortable with each other, parting ways as the man took a suitcase with him.
The woman smiled at both of them, bowed her head lightly and was about to go to the rest of the party.
The cliff itself was merely seven meters tall and a staircase went up, too.

"Yes.", she confirmed.
Macha Sáraigh of the Tribe of Clonmel.
We all nodded.
"Take all the time you need.", the Doctor said with a smile, nodding. "A fresh cuppa will be waiting on you in any case."
Cao then offered: "Shall I take you back to the beach?" She, and I, for that matter, had a feeling, that this was seriously way out of our league, whatever sort of business that was. "Will only be a few minutes."

"I try my best," Gerald said as he took Amy's hand as he led her to a table. There, pleasantries were exchanged, and he shared some of his background while waiting for an opportunity to place an order for some drinks.
"I confess a curiosity as to how the alcoholic drinks of the Free Lands would taste in a cocktail. Would you happen to have any recommendations?"
The Gristolian Imperium wrote:"Oh, lets dance first," Donatella joyously responded. "Unless you are hungry now, but I can wait. Honestly, I could dance the whole night away!" For Donatella, going out and dancing was one of her favorite things in life. Mostly going out to clubs, she lived for the moments where she could get lost in the music and simply forgot all the woes of life. Those were true moments of bliss.
Hearing Ilia's offer, she said, "I would gladly accept. Though, I hope you can keep up." Giving the young man a wink, she turned to the captain. "And will you be joining us as well?"
Hanoverian Great Britain wrote:"A huge disappointment, that is", remarked Alexandra at Mhairi's answer. As she listened on their musical career, she couldn't help but wonder of their actual abilities in said profession. The strumming earlier had been pleasant, but she would be interested to the see the rest of it. "Army, was a Captain before I retired. Didn't serve for a very long time though", answered her simply at Mhairi's question.
As the army topic had been less interesting for Alexandra herself, it allowed her thoughts to go back in time as looking at Mhairi herself critically reminded Alexandra of a particular phrase that Juna had said to her before. Ironically, Alexandra had been fervent of denying it but the thought of her being extremely far away from anyone that knows her back home quickly hit her mind. Surely, if Alexandra herself had voluntarily kissed and cuddled with an 18 year old teenager, the thing she was about to do next would most likely not cost her anything back home, unless they learn of its existence and location, enabling them to go there and spread the word. Regardless, she would remain "chaste" as promised.
"Well, this is a fun bonding session, isn't it? I sincerely thank you for the experience", expressed Alexandra in a blunt tone. Soon after, having gave Juna a "screw this" glance, Alexandra quickly rose up from Mhairi's side and upon carefully setting herself down on Mhairi's thighs, she swiftly locked lips with the latter.
While the guitar itself and Mhairi's curves might have been a nuisance, Alexandra was fixated on ignoring the obstacles as she showed no signs of stopping anytime soon though she knew, that Mhairi would most likely be just a someone she enjoyed kissing, nothing else.

She stood when offered the chance to go for a dance "It'd be my pleasure to share a dance with you, good sir." She extend her hand to see if he'd accept, despite the warning of being out of practice and maybe having two left feet, she had come all this way and how would it look for the proud Chief to refuse a simple dance?

So they did, the Aryanians observed at their leisure. They’re little surprised to see Jalid White Wolf, animals they’ve never seen before. The large canines reminded them of certain canine species back in their homeworld, who they tends to be bigger than their counterparts in Terra (RL Earth). Not like they’re intimidated by the sight, more like the Aryanians are intrigued and curious especially the part where the wolf-like canine is around a sub-tropical beach. At other hand, they enjoyed the displays of festivities of the locals on their way. But for Nasrollah’s sensibilities as an aristocrat and practising Muslim, it’s shocking to see local women who haven’t dressed ‘modestly’. While it’s nothing unusual for young women back in Aryan to dress that way but for him, it’s easily eye-catching. Not to mentioned, Nasrollah has his wife to be faithful to. As for Roksana, she didn’t seem to mind by her surroundings.
[“Praise be to God, it’s beautiful sight. I love how merry-going the Selkies are. They like to party a lot like us.”] Roksana commented with a grin.
[“Quite so, God willing.”] Nasrollah replied. The couple continued to walk, returned the light bow and a smile in Roksana’s case to the passing woman. Once they’re at the start of the staircase, the Aryanians looked at each other and smiled before nodding in silent confirmation. The Aryanians went up the staircase until they finished climbing up at the end of stairs. They might have a good view of the beach from the top of the cliffs.

I raised an eyebrow. Hm. Captain Fearg, eh? Sounded like someone to look into. Most of the Captains I had known were grim, dour types, exemplified by the father of one of Marie's friends-Klaus, his name was, I believe. Klaus Stortebeker, potentially related to the pirate of the same name.

Regardless, she would genuinely hope that Mhairi would not exaggerate it as a genuine romance, for it's something Alexandra herself was reluctant to indulge in after her last actual relationship, which left a permanent scar on her memories. Compounding this was a turbulent period when her credibility as a monarch was challenged upon the revelations of her former lover's acts and crimes.
Mhairi's caressing had been slightly similar to those she had with Fintan, with the slight differences being that she is experiencing it with an another woman who certainly knew her way around people. Genuinely, it took her some real effort not to lose it. After an astonishingly long 5 minutes, Alexandra slowly broke the kiss, her hazel eyes meeting Mhairi's blue set of eyes in an affectionate manner as she calmly gasped for air. After giving a short peck on the nose, she began to speak. "You're certainly an expert lover, aren't you?", inquired her as she expertly switched into a more affectionate and light-hearted mode, her hands loosely clasping around Mhairi's back, caressing in return while her head gently rested itself on Mhairi's right shoulder, pretending to be asleep. Surely, for a first attempt, Alexandra pulled it off well and it might have seemed that she herself had came to love Mhairi for the "competitive" woman she is.

The old pirate watchtower was, however, very well aware, for it was a ruin from the outside, but from the inside... it was still a ruin, but one, where half a dozen people were sitting on the ground floor of the ruins, on boxes turned bottom up, coolers and a wooden crate, a camping table between them. Of these people, four were women (one in her thirties, while the rest was not even twenty) and two young men, one of which looked up from the card game the group was playing.
“Hey, there!”, he greeted the two, similar greetings coming from the rest, then turning back to the game.
The tower ruin was around ten meters in diameter, the ground floor was still intact, as well as a stone stairway to where a second floor must have been – now rotten away, as that had been most likely made of wood. On the topmost step, a bird's nest sat undisturbed. The ground floor had been paved with stone, cracked by now and with grass looking through it, and aside from the obvious entrance, three windows looked out upon the world, allowing visibility over all three directions. Stoppers and mountings on the last windowsill might tell, that these windows were not only used to look out.
Next to the entry, a hole led into the ground, a staircase leading downstairs to... somewhere, formerly most likely covered by a trapdoor, which now, too, had rotten away.
In general, it was a nice place to hang out.

It was a quick dance and I'd like to think, that we held our own pretty well – no one stomped onto anyone's feet, which was a good start.
For someone out of practice, she was very, very good.
At least compared to me.
When the dance finished, I took a moment to catch my breath, then took her hand and led it to my face as softly as I could, kissing the palm tenderly – a gesture of great respect of a man towards a woman around these parts.
“Wonderfully.”, I said, simply, then considered for a moment: “May I have a second dance?”

"And from the looks of it, he's very graceful," Gerald added with a smile. "I might have seen some of his kind during my stay here; granted, it usually happens during a shakedown cruise one of the yachts coming in from home would undergo, but still. To see a Sea Fox like him up close..." His smile deepened. "It would be a pleasure to know a little more of all this; I imagine there's so much more to discover." An abridged book on the native fauna of the Free Lands was part of the reading material he studied aboard the Adamantine Soul, but seeing one such animal up close was an entirely different affair altogether.
Hanoverian Great Britain wrote:As she pretended to be asleep with her head rested on Mhairi's shoulders, her ears "perked" with delight upon hearing the latter's tempting reply. But however, the most unexpected, one that was actually sort of expected by Alexandra herself happened right out in the open, her "partner" inviting her for a "round two".
As startled as she could be, her instincts masterfully reacted to the offer, as her eyes quickly opened when Mhairi wasn't looking. For a few seconds, she brought her head closer to Mhairi as to look over for the rest of the group, whom might have left during their kiss earlier while she softly nuzzled her cheek, seemingly letting out small "purrs" in the process. In all, she could not keep Mhairi waiting.
As she smoothly lifted her head, coming face to face with the much older lady, her face portrayed a well-rehearsed sultry expression, one that she learned from her grandmother's acting as she spoke her mind. "Sure, but I would like, a treat of meal or drink afterwards. Either the bar or the best restaurant on the island, just the two of us", without expecting an answer, her lips once again moved to silence Mhairi's, as her grip tightened.

It was a great feeling to feel the sand under my feet and to smell of the sea in my nose. This morning I and my dearest were at the airport in Smeraldo in severe cold, but now we have a little sun. To introduce myself: My name is Juna Järvinen, I am 27 years old and I work as a journalist for an Elbe culture magazine. However, I am not here for work, even if I have my eyes and ears open. I was dressed according to the occasion, a wine-red bikini, which came directly from the house of Bicíní Industries - now at least from a branch in Draycora. I was dressed according to the occasion, a wine-red bikini, which came directly from the house of Bicíní Industries - now at least from a branch in Draycora. My long, voluminous, blonde hair fell openly over my shoulder.
My beloved and wife who accompanies me is Kira. She has had my last name for almost a year. For me there is no more significant person and no more beautiful. When she was standing next to me in her band suit, it makes me tingle. She was wearing a jet black bikini that conformed to her tanned skin. After a day on the beach, she was already brown. I never will. My skin stays light and just turns red at some point, but her body was perfect. In addition to the brown skin, her navel piercing should also be noticed, which consisted of small hanging gemstones and sparkled in the light.
Both mine and her bikini were careful not to cover too much. Only sensitive areas were covered, which coverings are all connected with thin threads of fabric. Libertinage or even nudity didn't bother Elves like us. Swimming naked on beaches is common throughout the Principality of Draycora, but especially in the Crystal Realm. And even in public parks there are naked people who sunbathe on the meadows.
When we arrived at the party, the fire and grill were just starting. People danced, talked, laughed and just had fun. Drinks and food have already been consumed in abundance.
- "It seems to be in full swing here," Kira said in our mother tongue as she was loosening her braid and her hair flowing over her shoulder.
- "Well then we shouldn't waste any time," I replied jokingly. "I could use some food. First we should stop at the buffet".
- "Oh yes and with the drinks. We didn't preheat and being sober at a party for too long can be bad. Maybe we'll get to know someone nice".
We both looked for the place where you could order drinks and food and walked there hand in hand.

“Hello there~!” Roksana reciprocated the gestures of the two Selkie men with her friendly wave. Nasrollah being a quiet man just silently waved back. The Aryanians took a time to walk past by the local Selkies and then get a good look around of what’s used to be a watchtower as ruins. Arriving at where the three windows, they stopped and admired the view in all three directions. Thus, they took their time to hang out for a while.
[“Praise God, this is a beautiful view~. Oh, look over there, honey! This is where we sit down for snacks~.”] Speaking in her native tongue, Roksana pointed at the same palm trees’ spot where the Aryanians sat earlier.
[“Yes…”] Nasrollah replied in acknowledgement, standing next to his wife. [“But not as beautiful as you, Roksana.”]
This caused the redhead to titter in response.
[“Hmm, don’t you ever venture outside for fun when you’re a kid?”] She asked her lover.
[“Not really, my love. It’s more outdoor training to be the warrior so I can serve the Shah.”] The Aryanian man admitted. [“Other than that, I spent a lot of time indoors, studying many subjects pertaining to my status as a noble. But I’m really thankful to God that I met you.”]
[“Praise be to God, me too.”] Roksana smiled as she put her arm around Nasrollah’s shoulder with affection. The couple brought themselves altogether to watch the view. For now, they’re content to admiring the scenery of their surroundings from the cliff, observing the parties on both beaches.

she bowed a little "Why it'd be my great pleasure for another go." She gave her hands to him letting him take the lead again for the music, again as a novice she was best letting others take the lead. Now she felt more at ease with the dance less self concious about stomping on the feet and more just gliding with the music.

It would quickly turn out for any visitor, that food and drink were for free and that there were a number of 'stalls', if you will, that took care of distribution. One of them was the drink stall manned by me and Fiete.
Sure, some people had coolers with their own drinks around, but getting something from them was usually only a matter of asking - and, if the contents were Selkie-Lemonade, a safety warning. Dental health is important.
But while everyone was enjoying oneself, we had a bit of a lull, which we used to have a bite ourselves, salad, before the next customers arrived.
And when Kira and Juna, of course I did not know their names, came to the drink stall, I took a moment to admire Juna's hair - I would love to have a mane like that, despite Fiete assuring me, that it was a lot of work, too...
Their swimsuits did little to hide the fact, that they were quite good looking, too - granted, a bit exposing for my tastes, but in Teressien, we were a bit more conservative, when it came to swimwear.
I looked at them, raised a finger to ask for a moment as I was still chewing, swallowed and then asked: "Hey, there! What can I get you?"
