Full Name: Zen Consilioque Aeternam
Full Title: Basileus of the Third Rome, Caesar of the Aether Heart
Appearance: Zen normally has an Ignisian body, but for...well, not freaking everyone out, he chose to use one of his old human looking bodies. Not his ORIGINAL (lord knows he'd never step foot in that thing again), but close enough. Zen's current form is 6'2 with fair Caucasian skin, a lean, muscular appearance, flowing chocolate hair that comes down to his hips, and eyes with two colors: Green for the left, hazel for the right. This form possesses canines that are fanglike and sharpened claws that have a faint black glow to them, mostly due to this body's latent Void abilities. This body also, strangely enough, possesses a Saiyan style tail, which is largely kept wrapped around his waist.
As for attire, Zen has chosen to go with his imperial regalia, sporting a purple toga with glowing platinum trim, a laurel wreath of what seems to be leaves made of expertly crafted black diamond. Covering his hands are two gloves: One is made of simple gold fiber with the Ignis States flag in the center. The other, made of faintly glowing platinum, has an image of a white crystal sphere in the center: The Aether Heart.

Date of Birth and Age: August 25th. Unknown, but appears 22.
Personality/Biography: Zen's personality is mostly unknown to his acquaintances and fellow workers, seeing as he tends to work quietly. To those who know him, however, they describe him as calmly spoken, quiet, and extremely coolheaded. Rarely raising his voice above a slightly loud declarative tone, he seems to never get truly angry or emotional. Despite this, Zen very often comes off as blunt to other people, even to those with more power and influence. He never outright insults for the sake of insulting, but his criticisms can seem harsh or cutting, especially for personal faults. If one behaves rationally and courteously around him, however, they'll generally be exempt from the blunt stuff. Behind all of that, however....is a traumatized and barely held together psyche that's persisted far beyond what it should have. Four centuries beyond where it should have ended. Without getting into detail, since I'm lazy, a mixture of reckless decisions, a psychotic breakdown, and the ghost of his best friend haunting him has produced someone with questionable emotional stability, too many regrets to count, and an almost ruthless attitude towards those who oppose whatever plans he happens to hold.

IC Thoughts On The Event: A much needed getaway from the stress that life has been providing him, whether it's his former boss trying to end reality or the demands of his position as emperor.
IC Reasons for Attending The Event: After his induction into an order of magicians, the looming threat of reality's destroyer coming closer to ending his life, and the demands of state growing, Zen's decided to take a brief break so that he doesn't go insane.
