The man from before walked up to The Dean, folded his ornamental jetpack wings up, and talked for a bit with him. The Dean showed him his bloody hands and coat, and pointed towards the woods. Satisfied, the man walked over to the Floor Kipper delegates.

"Good evening, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Ms. Smith, Mr. Pertwee, and Sir Nigel," he said, holding out his arm for them to shake, "I am Emperor Vaquail de Sadev, Living God of New Amerik, and I'm here to check up on the Hall and the resurrection, which The Dean has informed me is finished. I would be glad to escort you out while the rest of the delegate's leave, and hopefully cement a good relationship between our two countries. It appears to be a good day for New Amerik. The mecha has been shown, the process works, and the doktors have informed me they are putting the finishing touches on the Head of State. I would also like to discuss the matter of the knighthood and the rewards you have offered to Franklin. Please, walk this way."

He gestured to the path out of the clearing, back towards the Hall.

"It is a rare Honour to meet you Emperor" He smiled and began to walk

"It is good to see those with supposed opposing ideologies can get along. Many seem to think we are remorseless fascists or communists who seek to eat babies and rape women. They never bother to look below the surface. We are glad to see that the process worked. We are sorry about the last incident at the Hall, and hoped this would make up for it. Though the terrorist was out of our control, we still hopefully managed to make a good impression.

Vasquail rummaged around in his coat, and pulled out a small photo and handed it to Mr. Bluskie. It was a smiling man, about fourtyfour years old, brown hair slowly turning to gray, and bright brown eyes. He had a thin, pleaswnt face, with a pair of spectacles balanced on his nose.
