Johnny in a single fluid motion pulled out a blade and absent mindedly began twirling it between his fingers. After several elaborate changes of hands he stopped with his middle finger and thumb extended.

One of the guards moved forward, thrusting his halberd out and angling it a bit. The tip caught the knife, then flung it as hard as it could out of the hand. The guard stepped back. "No weapons. Security reasons."

"The first one was a prototype. We worked out bugs, and now the pilots do whatever we tell them to do. Besides, after scrubbing your kitties brain, and removing that psychic lump, she's turned out quite docile. Now, gentlemen, we should be off. Follow me."

With that last statement, The Dean began to move off towards the clearing. The guards stared at the delegates intently, and William began to reach behind his back, where strange ripples in the air began to appear.

Now out of the personal transport Eagle-VTOL, far away from his weaponized slaves and disarmed of his internal improvements, Thresh felt...vulnerable. Chemicals had been administered from the mechanical-apparatus that had replaced his organ nearly a decade ago once his division had gotten a hold of some illegally imported Gothland cybernetics. Now he was no longer just a back alley freelance surgeon. He was a senior member in the Skaven Secret Weapons Division. He was but one of many dedicated to observing the scientific breakthroughs of foreign powers.

And New Amerik was excessively interesting.

No attempts at previous contact had been made, and the intelligence branch hadn't even gotten around to sending in feet on the ground. Through secondary channels and distant observation, wild guesses had been made. It was the wild ideas his superiors had been coming up with that had sent him here, and the Human-Pestilence Cleansing Agency had the bright idea to disarm him more or less completely beyond his own physical capacity.

The skaven might not have been as tall or stoic as the others, but his appearance was...different in comparison to the other delegates. Hunched over and swathed in decrepit red robes that had a clinging dank smell to it. The perfume of the sewers, decay, unwashed bodies, blood and grease. The face that was partly exposed under the hood was scarcely human. A lengthy snout with mangy fur rife with pink burn scars, the lips had clearly been ripped at in spots and yellowed fangs could always be seen in the scowl.

Looking about at the others who had come, a faint trail of spittle trickled out of one of the holes located in his mouth. Absentmindedly wiping it with his sleeve with his right hand, the fragile appearance of the hand undercut how vicious the filthy claws on the furred hand could be. It was upon seeing the nekos present with his beedy eyes that his mechanical-wheezing breath sputtered for a moment while his nostrils flared, the broken whiskers twitching.

A cat-like people had inhabited the country far south of them, during the Unification Wars the skaven had suffered a large percentage of losses on the arid-plains to the claws of the monsters. Now however, it was a hunting preserve with the game being the cat-people. To be in the room of a being who potentially shared the same ancestry was...alarming. It seemed however, other delegates had issues with such beings continued existence.

The Dean's multitude of hands wasn't something to be in surprise over, but the forceful action of shaking hands was much more so. Thresh scarcely had time to react as the multiple-hand swarm descended on the delegates, his own claw was fairly limp from being shocked with a small dosage of adrenaline to keep the skaven instincts from taking over. With a pained hesitation he let his own hand be shook until the dean figured he had enough of human-interactions. It was the taboo-breaking that was of interest however.
