Welcome, welcome to New Amerik! We here at the Hall of Unorthodox Science are here to make an announcement to all nations to see the wonders of Science in action! As some of you may know, a while ago we suffered an.....unusual attack on the Hall. A delegate was killed there, and we have frozen her body. But now, we are going to attempt to do something impossible. We are going to bring her back to life.

So come in, for an exciting show, some dinner beforehand, and a look at New Amerik's newest device. With luck, we will succeed and go where no one has gone before. Security will be tight; don't worry. Weapon scans will be made, the Hall's batteries will be overviewing the grounds, and the Guards will have their eyes and weapons trained upon any suspicious individuals. (Well then, let's hope this doesn't turn out like last time, eh?)

The Dean watched in front of the Hall for the delegates to arrive. Along with him stood William Bates, specifically sent by the Emperor to act as his eyes, ears, and hand in the matter. The Hall was gleaming in the late twilight, lights flashing on and off and soft whines as the EPEP defense systems tracked down, identified, then ignored a myriad of everyday objects and animals. They stood by a dirt path that led off to a small clearing beside the Hall itself, which still had construction machinery over where the arena had been.

Behind the two gentlemen stood four members of the Guard. They were dressed in ceremonial uniforms, the metal plates concealing kevlar armor underneath and holding their traditional halberds. With facemasks on to dehumanise them, they looked like tall, deadly automatons. All across the Hall, EPEP gun batteries whirred, doktors hurried to the clearing dragging machines, devices, and tables, food and drink was brought, massive lights set up, and protective snipers took up positions (New Amerik had learned one handy trick from the FKR.) A lumbering shape trod out under cover of darkness. The Dean waited, his gasmask regularly letting out puffs of air into the slowly chilling twilight.

Time for a party.

Colton walked through the doors of the hallway, his green eyes gleaming under the light. Before him was a sight of bizarre splendor, and of course the dean of the Hall of Unorthodox science. Colton raised his arm across his chest laterally and clicked his heels together,

"Heil."

He relaxed and walked towards the man, made more brave by the Luger buried in his long leather overcoat. He outstretched his hand,

"My name is Lieutenant Colton Jager of the Holy Empire of Lonara's military sciences division of Lonaranstadt University. It is my distinct pleasure to meet your acquaintance."

The Floor Kippers group reached the New Amerikans, Sir Nigel put out his hand for the Dean to shake
"A pleasure to Meet you" he Beamed "You've met Mr Pertwee, The Two Nekos are Ms Smith's Parents and Mr Bluskie is a top Psychologist"

The three piece suit did not become Johnny. It was restrictive and bothersome and blood would likely be very difficult to wash out. That was irrelevant though. There wouldn't be any blood or any fun today. No, this was simply an excellent excus to explore the hall his favorite pet had once brought havok to and perhaps twist the knife should the experiment fail. Johnny approached the hall and prepared to greet his favorite person the dean. He checked his breath to ensure the eerie smell of blood still lingered and approached with a cheshire grin to showcase thirty eight razor sharp teeth.

"New Amerika! As pleasant a holiday as any."

Melia Fogducker, alone, approached the New Amerikans. "Allow me to greet you in the Plainsian fashion" she said as she stuck out her hand with a folded up five gold-pound note in it.

Colton's eyes darted towards the Nekos and his lips curled in a smile. Deep down he was disgusted and at the slightest provocation would be more than enough to warrant their deaths in his mind. His Luger suddenly felt very, very, heavy next to his chest. Damned Nekos, they disgusted him.

"Allow me to take my leave for a moment."

He walked over to the side of Johnny and discreetly passed him a note,

"Meet me in the courtyard as soon as we have a moment."

"Ah government cultists." thought Melia to herself "Wonderful." She glanced at her Uranium-tinted watch and smiled. The board of McNeko's would be meeting right about now. So much money in one room. Magnificent. She blushed at the thought of all the gold the Nekonuggets had earned. The blush was replaced by an ambitious grin, dwelling on the innovation and excitement of all-new Nekopops. This experiment would be an interesting one indeed.
