Exercise Tornado Spectre by Nancy Lubis Members of 14th Infantry Brigade with Razorback HMRTV The 14th Infantry Brigade, 1st Light Infantry Division kicked off its first training exercise in hilly jungle area code-named "Tornado Spectre" at a Wellington Hill training area. This training exercise will lasts until late September. The 14th Infantry Brigade will carry out training in subtropical mountainous jungle area on more than 30 subjects, encompassing the fieldwork construction, fieldwork camouflage, reconnaissance, covertness, field survival, offensive and defensive tactics for battalions and companies, etc. 　　The 14th Infantry Brigade will also conduct a counterattack drill with an armoured elements from the 2nd Highwood Guard Regiment and carry out a live-fire drill of tactical background during the “Tornado Spectre” training exercise. 14th Infantry Brigade consists element from 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th Fairchilds Infantry Regiment and support fire unit from Divisional Artillery Group. Current 14th Commanding Officer is Brigadier Collin Thormount.

October 2019, 11th The government does not intend to implement the Goods and Services Tax (GST), but will introduce Digital Services Tax and some tax incentives and exceptions to stimulate the economy, said Finance & Tax Minister Dr. Kathleen Garafola. She said the Digital Services Tax would be implemented on January 1 next year. According to Garafola to ensure a more progressive income tax structure, a new range of taxable income exceeding 2 million would be introduced at a rate of 30 percent, a two percent increase from the existing 28 percent rate. The increase will only affect about 2,000 high-income individuals in the country, she said. Meanwhile, Garafola said the new incentive framework, comprehensive review, and improvement of the existing framework would be completed by Jan 1, 2021. He said the government would provide special investment incentive packages worth up to 1 billion a year for five years to transform Hundredstar's business into the most competitive company in the global export market. She said tax incentives provided to venture capital and discretionary investors would also be extended until 2023 to encourage alternative sources of funding for start-up companies while attracting more investment into Hundredstar. In addition, Garafola said, in an effort to encourage high value-added activities in the electrical and electronic (E&E) industries to transition to the 5G digital economy and Industry 4.0, the government intends to provide a tax exemption of up to 10 years for E&E companies investing in knowledge-based services specific. Crowned Republic prepares for Melayu Archipelago Cup

Bandar Raja, just as many other cities in the Crowned Republic of Samudera Darussalam, were preparing for the upcoming Melayu Archipelago Cup, a highly prestigious football competition attended by various countries throughout the region which is held in Eraman this year. In the capital's commercial district of Maspura, posters and many other forms of advertisements were displayed at the many cafés and restaurants to entice the city's football fans. Awang Pelintang, 43, the owner of Cemara Coffeehouse, said that MA Cup always bring more revenues to his business.
"Many of us benefited from the surplus of visitors." He smiled. "There are many football enthusiasts who like to wander the street at night, watching the livestreaming of football matches together at the coffeehouse and at the other shops in this area."

The same can be said for Nirmala Kudus.
"We are busy reorganizing the shop as a preparation for the Cup." The 30 years old owner of Bundo's Chicken Rendang stated.

Meanwhile, in the home of Samuderan national football team at Batu Besar Stadium, the atmosphere remains as tense as always despite the slight raise in mood due to Labuan and Cempaka's victory the day before.
"We know that we are going to face many tough opponents." Leman Alamsyah, 48, the team manager said. "Eraman, Baranil, and now after yesterday's match, Soracana Islands. Clearly, Melayu Archipelago is a home to many sleeping giants."

Government condemns latest move by Varanasi towards the status of the Maldives

In a rare move this afternoon, the Majlis voted unequivocally to condemn the latest move by Varanasi to revoke the special status of the Maldives, a Hindustani territory with special status that was placed under British protection that has expired since 2010. The Maldives, a small group of atolls and tiny islands in the Indian Ocean south of the Hindustani State is the last Muslim-majority region in the Hindu country after the government's attempts to stamp out Islam and expelled its Muslim population in a horrible breach towards human rights eversince its successful war of independence from Britain that ended in 1947. The Hindustani government has been designating its native Muslim population as 'invaders'.

The Mangkubumi of Samudera Darussalam, Deto Kayang Muhammad, decided to call the ambassador of Hindustan to explain the worrying latest policy of the Hindustani State, expressing concern that it's another ploy by Varanasi to expel the Maldivian Muslims in line with its historical policies.

"As a free country, where everyone has the freedom and rights to practice their religious beliefs, we can't stand this blatant disregard of human rights that have been committed by the Hindustani government eversince 1947." Deto Kayang Muhammad, the Mangkubumi of Samudera Darussalam stated in a press conference held in his office. "We are faced with one of the largest humanitarian crises where millions have died and at least another an hundred million alone have become stateless due to this modern Reconquista." The Mangkubumi made a reference to the historical event in the 15th century where Muslims and Jews of Iberia were expelled or forced to convert under the orders of the Spanish monarchs. "We can't keep letting these to happen."

However, he added that due to the country's status as a neutral nation as enshrined in its constitution, Samudera Darussalam can't do much without breaking its own laws.
"While we can't do much to pressure the Hindustani government, all we can do, and we have been doing as a nation is to provide safe havens towards those persecuted. It's our duty as Samuderans to help others in need with regards to our nature of belas kasih."

Representatives of Hindustani Muslim refugees have expressed their gratitude towards the support and assistance given by the government and people of Samudera Darussalam during their plight.
"We are forever in debt towards the kindness offered by the nation of Samudera Darussalam" Shaukat Raja Khan, 43, a leader of Ujong's Hindustani Muslim community stated during an interview. "While other neighbouring nations have refused to accept us, this country opens its arms to help us, other human beings persecuted because of our identity."

"Hindustan will always be our home, even if it doesn't accept us as one of its kind anymore" Khaleda Sultan, 80, a Hindustani refugee from Bengal added.
"We hope that one day, our descendants will be able to return to their homeland freely without any fear of persecution, unlike what their parents and grandparents experiencing right now."

2nd President Guard Battalion retaining the title for 9 consecutive seasons in the Army Cup after defeating arch-rival 1st President Guard Battalion, 3-2 in the Armed Force Stadium yesterday. The Army Cup Tournament involves the entire battalion in the ground forces to select potential players to be absorbed into the Armed Force FC who are playing in the Anjung Batu Football League. Last season, Armed Force FC came in 6th in the league and they are determined to improve this season.

In addition to being the champion, 2nd President Guard Battalion goalkeeper Ibrahim Nusa was named the best player of the tournament while 1st Astanaraja Rifle Battalion striker Kazarudin Kahar was the top scorer with 21 goals. The other winner was Kamal Ahmad of 1st President Guard Battalion winning the best midfield and fair-play awards. All the awards were presented by the Minister of Defense, General (ret.) 2019 Military Budget Act Has Been Approved by Soracanian Supreme Council

Gato Uyuri - In the past few months Soracanian Supreme Council has a highlighted debate over the government demand of Military Budget. This year Military Budget that being presented by the Government is to accommodate the replace of some old Soracanian military vessels and to enlarge the navy vessel in order to control more of its territorial water. As an archipelago country, Soracana in need of larger navy to accommodate their vast water area. Although the military budget to replace and enlarge the navy has been rejected 2 times in the last 2 years, this time the budget is submitted again to the Supreme Council. The Government coalition needed some votes from crossbenchers or opposition in order to passed the legislation.

The Government Coalition in the Council has lobbied the crossbenchers in order to accept the bill. They views that the bill is necessary for the sake of Soracanian safety and security and to prevent smuggling and illegal fishing that occur in Soracanian territorial waters. Even though the country already have a bulk of naval vessel but almost half of it already old. Some of the vessels are even already 20 years old which is in need of fast replacement for more sophisticated and technologically advance vessels. Green Party (Parte Gadak) and Environment Party (Parte Lemahan) which are both in crossbench argued that the military replenish would likely harm the relationship of Soracana and its neighbors. They thought that the government moves could trigger armed race in Southeast Ocean.

Kayam Mardika Party, the largest party in the parliament dismissed the environmentalist coalition statement. Basubani Agiranjan, Kayam Mardika's MP from Anar Province, said that the budget is a must if we wants to be able to equalize our status with our neighbors.

"Today, we have like a century-old vessels which makes us looks so vulnerable even though we have quite large water area. It is not an armed race. We just wants to replace older vessels which already can't compete with the current technology," Agiranjan added.

As the lobbied and talks continues, there's a slight green light from a surprising opposition. Yuha Kaya Party representatives stated that they have a similar vision for a stronger navy so Soracana don't have to depend on foreign power in order to protect its territorial waters. "And it is already become our responsibilities as a nation to protect our internal and territorial waters," stated Aksajandi Humanjar, Yuha Kaya's MP from Kasi Province.

And finally yesterday, Soracanian Supreme Council approved the Bill after months of lobbying. The bill will officially become Military Budget Act after being signed by Co-Regent of Soracana Islands and shall be implemented afterwards.

But, many people asking that if the tank were introduced, would the tank will replaced the old IC-15 that introduced in 1988?

The awnser is may no, because IC-15 is still can be used as the service as it still had a better composite armor and powerful 120mm Riffled Gun and 120mm HEAT together with AT ammo.

But the differences is, Firstly the tank is more computers operated tank and more radar with Advanced Fire Control were placed, the tank are equipped with newly 128mm Smoothbore tank gun with newly 128mm HEAT and , M-34/78-K. 28 Machine Gun at the top of turret and inside the tank and Lazar Composite Armor. Something that make the tank more unique is the fire control, the lazer shield would be acted as the ammo tracer and destroy the bullet that try to reach and knock up the tank, the Fire Control named as Nex-Gen Smart Response Fire Control(NX-G SmartR FC). The engines were located at the front of the tank that made the survivallity chance increased. The more uniqueness is the tank can be controlled by the portable remote which can be controlled even at the outside from tank. But it's drawback is the controller were only can controlling the turret.The armor thickness is increased and angle are more acute which improved the thickness level and uneasy to confront with it.

The tank were proposed to fully serviced in 2023 following the budget and the steadiness of the engineers.

Tun Sengalang Petara Arrived In South East United For The Ladonka Summit

LADONKA, SOUTH EAST UNITED - Tun Sengalang Petara arrived in the capital city of South East United last night to attend the Ladonka Summit.

ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY POWER PLANT CONSTRUCTION BEGIN

Anaryuha - As with the government energy policy, yesterday CEO of Soracana National Electric, Basuyuha Gudamang, officially begin the construction of Soracana Islands first wind farm. After long process the new power plant will be built in the northern offshore of Yuhansa Island near the Municipality of Anaryuha. This wind farm will be the first project to commenced with another 2 projects underway. Aside from wind farm, solar farm project is still under review for feasibility study.

Current Government of Soracana Islands intended to altered their energy depended on fossil fuel into more environmental friendly power plants. Wind and solar power has been the very first idea to come up with. And with the investment help from Perusahaan Listrik Negara of South East United, the government started their feasibility studies and environmental studies. After several renewable power plants establish and their ability to cover the national needs are reach, the Government will scrap the fossil fuel power plants especially coal power plant to reduce pollution.

Anaryuha Wind Park, the name intended to give for the new wind farm, is build at northeastern offshore of Anaryuha Municipality about 25 km from the coastline. The first phase construction will be consist of 30x 5MW turbines. The construction and installations is estimated to finished in 4 years. The wind farm is estimated to have a capacity of 150 MW. The second phase is predicted to begin in 2026.

Another project that will be begins in the next couple of years are Wind Farm in Jili Silat and Ambarjili Municipality and Solar Farm in Banaksa Municipality.

Pride Parade Officially Open the 2019 Soracana Islands Awareness Week

Calukanta - This year Pride Parade was held in Calukanta on December 1st 2019 in time with World AIDS Day. The event is part of the 2019 Soracana Islands Awareness Week which is held in Calukanta this year. Calukanta is the capital of Gadak-Padan Province in Aksaranca Region. It is the first time the event is held in Aksaranca. This year is the 12th year of the event being held. Soracana Islands Awareness Week is an annual event that held in collaboration by Soracana Islands Health Ministry, Soracana Islands Pride Organization, Yuhansa Rainbow Center and Aksaranca LGBT Community House. The 2019 Soracana Islands Awareness Week will be held from December 1st to 7th, 2019.

"It is a very exciting day that the Awareness Week is officially open. I am very overwhelmed with all the delegations that support the Parade and all the peoples that come here to watch the parade. And I'm thanking towards the Ministry of Health, all the support groups and health organizations for their great efforts that more and more peoples are more aware about HIV/AIDS and more peoples are accepting peoples with HIV/AIDS. It is a great step. Although I understand that this is an ongoing efforts but I'm still appreciate their works and I'm confidence that it will be getting better in the future," said Aksanja Damparan, Head of 2019 Awareness Week.

The Pride Parade was enlivened by several delegations from city councils notably Nilayam and Calu Humang. Others comes from local health organizations, local support groups, and even several tourist accommodation also sent their delegates in the Parade. The most interesting views during the Parade was the presence of Crown Prince Duwanisarga. The Crown Prince was seen mounted in the parade car representing the city council of Gato Uyuri. It is known that Crown Prince Duwanisarga is very keen towards health issue notably HIV/AIDS but it is the first time that a Royal Family member joined such event and present publicly in such event. His presence sparked more about his sexuality which still disclosed personally although the rumor has been spread all over the country for the past few years.

Aside from Pride Parade, the 2019 Awareness Week also cater other events such as charity concert, HIV/AIDS seminary, HIV/AIDS movie related outdoor screening, HIV/AIDS free test, blood donation and the Awareness Award. The most anticipated event is the Awareness Award which will be held on the last day of the whole event. The award will be given to several peoples in several disciplines for their contribution to HIV/AIDS in Soracana Islands.

Jili Dusi - Grand Final night of 2019 Miss Soracana Islands was held in Dusi Amphitheater, Jili Dusi last Saturday. It was the 30th edition of the beauty pageant that aim to promote gender equality, humanity, socialism, environment issues, education, culture and tourism. Yuhasani Jundarak, contestant from Jading came out as the winner. She outperformed the rest 8 contestants from all over Soracana Islands. She also become the second contestant from Jading who win the title.

Yuhasani was shocked when she was announced as the winner. From the interview after the show, she said,"I'm very surprised with the result. I didn't expected myself to win because the other contestants are also very very good."

As the winner of Miss Soracana Islands, Yuhasani will be given office in Nilayam as the National Ambassador for Humanity, Education, Environment and Tourism. She will travel all over Soracana Islands to attend several events and also to several countries to conduct humanitarian aid and promote Soracanian tourism abroad.

Aside from Yuhasani Jundarak, the top 3 of the 2019 Miss Soracana Islands are Iktamila Pambamayu from Anar (First Runner-Up) and Sudagundi Gandargi from Gadak-Padan (Second Runner-Up).

This weekend, another trial for Claudia Mabel is going to be held for the second time in Indrapura City Court. The Serrean, once brought into police custody to help with the investigation of Tembilang murders, was then apprehended when she was found guilty of visa violation. With the help of her lawyer, she successfully appealed to the court on the ground that as a non-citizen, she didn't understand her rights under the Samuderan constitution that made her statements on the case should have been excluded. In a written statement that has been released to public, Judge Azim Setiawan that presided over the trial stated that even criminals should be made aware of their rights in court. That way, he opined, would make the justice system fairer to all.
"Prophet Muhammad, peace be unto him, stated that 'none of you truly believes until you desire for your brother what you desire for yourself'. There is a wisdom in the Islamic prophet's words, that we have to treat people the way we want to be treated. Surely any man, when confronted by the overwhelming power of the state would want, at a minimum, to be aware of their inalienable rights."

Mabel warning is a statement of legal rights that is read to any criminal suspect taken into police custody within Samudera Darussalam before the commencement of questioning that seeks to elicit potentially incriminating information. A statement or confession made by suspects that have yet to be issued this warning, by recent court decision, is not regarded as admissible.

However, weeks since, the controversial nature of Mabel's case has sparked debate throughout the country on whether the judges' position are correct. A senior judge from the capital, Surya Bayang, claimed that the so-called "Mabel warning" will caused the entire justice system to collapse.
"I can't believe they (the judges of Indrapura City Court) have come to this foolish decision. The so-called warning will make the people in custody to be legally able to withheld any information we deemed crucial to solve a case."

The accusation seemed to unfaze Judge Setiawan. The 38 years old, one of the youngest judges to ever preside such a controversial case, said the following in an interview.
"Some may opine that by advising suspects of their rights against self-incriminate, we will lose any chance of obtaining a confession. In the case of innocent suspects, of course this is a desirable outcome. As for the guilty, by treating them with honour and dignity, we hope that they will return to the path of righteousness, and for those who persist in their wickedness will, we believe, be undone by their own moral weakness."

Further study will be needed to know about the effectiveness, or the effect of the ruling on judicial system. However, Nurul Widara, of the Samuderan Civil Liberties Association, said that Mabel warning is expected to have a largely positive effect, based on the current trend. She didn't deny that chances of the warning will cause the number of confessions obtained by the police to drop in the future still exist, albeit she did note that it seems will be not really significant. If there is any part that will be likely to be influenced by the use of Mabel warning, it will be the number of appeal on confessions regarded as obtained without consent from suspects during the investigation.

Despite the controversies surrounding the ruling, the Supreme Court has accepted the decision and asked the favour of the police department to enforce it for the time to come. In the case of Claudia Mabel, the warning named after her has given her another chance at the next trial.
"I believe that it is in the best interest of everybody involved." Her lawyer said in an interview. "It'll be a fairer trial for both my client and the court."

Extreme Weather in Soracana Takes Life


Fallen Tree at One of Nilayam's Street

Nilayam - Early 2020 has been a hard times for Soracana. The island nation that located in Southeastern Sea is rampage by extreme weather from last Sunday. Heavy rain and strong wind has occur all over the country. And last Monday, the extreme weather that happen has cost life. A local man in Nilayam was found dead in his car after a tree fall through it and crush the car. This was the first recorded death from the extreme weather. Previously the extreme weather has cause flooding in Nilayam and several coastal city and also damaging several houses and buildings in the city.

Soracana Islands Bureau of Meteorology and Climatology has issued a warning in late December about extreme weather that might happens in the country. The extreme weather are a combination of heavy rain and strong wind which could create flood in certain area and falling trees. Based on the statement, the extreme weather will be occur from January 5^th until January 10^th. The Bureau Head Chief has stated to the citizens to remain cautious about the situation. Nilayam Mayor stated his condolence to the victim and will gives aid to the victim family. The Mayor also issued the trimming of all trees in Nilayam main road to prevent another accident in the future.

19^th Soracana Islands Film Festival Has Ended

'Until We Meet Again' Grab Golden Lily

Nilayam - Soracana Islands Film Festival has come for another round in 2020. The film festival showed the excellence movies of Soracanian. As usual, the festival was running for around 2 weeks from January 20th until February 2nd, 2020. Nilayam was again selected as this year host. Selected for the third consecutive year. In this year edition, Soracana Islands Film Festival features 17 motion pictures, 7 short films, 4 documentaries and 3 animations. It become one of the largest event ever with more films entered this year edition. Animation film also made a comeback this year after 7 years of hiatus.

The last day of the event was the night that most anticipated by moviegoers and critics when the awarding ceremony was held. 'Until We Meet Again' win big by taking 6 awards including Golden Lily Award. While 'The Pretender' tailing with 3 awards including Silver Lily for Director. 'The Second Chapter' took 2 awards. 'Sweet Lullaby' and 'The Princess and I' both received 1 award. The film 'Until We Meet Again' become the second LGBT theme movie who takes Golden Lily Award after 'Memory' in 2004 ceremony. The film also break the record for the most win in a ceremony surpassing 'The Country Song' who took 5 awards in 2010 ceremony.

King Karsiyuha Hospitalized

Gato Uyuri - This morning, the Palace finally gives explanation after rumored spread for the few days about King Karsiyuha's condition after being rushed to the hospital last Saturday. Basugi Canagarda, Royal Palace Official Spoke Person, announce the Palace statement about King Karsiyuha at the Royal Palace Hall which are attended by almost all media in the country.

Here are the statement:
On behalf of the Soracana Royal Family, House of Karsiyuha, we announce that His Majesty King Karsiyuha condition are stable after being rushed to Uyuri State Hospital on Saturday 29 February 2020. We all know that His Majesty previously has a medical record of cheek tumor which has been removed two years ago. Unfortunately, the condition went back for the past couple of month. And this new tumor has develop into cancer. As stated by the Royal Family private doctor, the cancer is located in His Majesty's right cheek submandibular glands. For the past couple of months, His Majesty has been treated chemotherapy to combat the spread of the cancer. But unfortunately to no avail. The cancer has been spread into His Majesty's larynx and esophagus and affected His Majesty's voice. To prevent further spread and with the assurance of the doctors team, Royal Family Temporary Head, Prince Duwanisarga, decided to operate the cancer cell.

The situation on Saturday 29 February 2020 was when His Majesty King Karsiyuha was admitted to Uyuri State Hospital for operation procedure. The operation was held on Monday 2 March 2020. And until now His Majesty King Karsiyuha is still unconscious. The doctor head team, Dr. Kurimila Jandibaha, stated that the operation went smooth but further observation are still needed for prevention measure of new cell cancer. We ask the population of Soracana to not worry about His Majesty's condition and stay assure for His Majesty's health. And continue to wish for His Majesty's comeback.

In the time of His Majesty incapability to address His duty, Prince Duwanisarga as the Crown Prince of Soracana Islands will take over the duty. And The Supreme Council of Soracana Islands has agree to designated Prince Duwanisarga as the Regent of Kingdom of Soracana Islands following the absent of His Majesty King Karsiyuha.

As the announcement is televised, many peoples then gather around the Royal Palace and put flower bouquet in front of the gate to wish for King Karsiyuha healthiness. Some of the peoples looks crying and didn't believe what happens to the King. Some others respect Prince Duwanisarga for his taking over the Royal duty. King Karsiyuha is known as a lovable and humble king. And his decision to marry a commoner also makes him closer to the peoples.

Pemecutan Lunar New Year Closure

Campuhan - Pemecutan Lunar New Year Celebration is fall on 25 March 2020. It is a traditional New Year celebration based on local Pemecutanian Icaka Calendar. Icaka Calendar is a lunisolar calendar which has been use by Pemecutan government as early as the reign of Campuhan Kingdom. As per tradition, the celebration of Pemecutan Lunar New Year is going on for 3 days where in this year is starting from 24 to 26 March 2020. On the 24th March, which is the New Year's Eve, peoples celebrated with fireworks and festivities. While during the New Year Day itself, which is on 25th March, the whole country will be shutdown inside and outside. The whole country will be closed for a day to isolation. Peoples are barred to light fire, to works, to take a walk or going on vacation and barred to create any noise or held a festivities. While on 26th March 2020, peoples started to lit fire and begin their activities again after 6 AM in the morning. During this day, they meet their relatives and gives New Year presents.

During the Lunar New Year celebration based on the official communique from the Unified Government, all flights and shipping will be stop for one day. All schools, workplaces, amusement parks and other public facilities are being closed. This situation will be starting from 6 AM of 25 March until 6 AM of 26 March 2020. Minister of Tourism also encourage hotels management to not create any internal event during the Lunar New Year. All tourists, foreign and domestic, which will spend their time at the hotel during the celebration are encourage to follow the protocol that have been distributed by Minister of Tourism to all the hotels management around the country. Ministry of Foreign Affair also distributed an official communique towards all airlines and shipping companies to stop their operation during the New Year Day starting at 6 AM in the morning. The last flight and shipment that comes and out of the country will be on 5 AM of 25th March 2020. While the first flight and shipment that comes and out of the country will be available again on 7 AM of 26 March 2020.

King Karsiyuha Decided to Abdicate

Gato Uyuri - Peoples have been overjoyed after learning the successful operation and recovery of King Karsiyuha. The Royal Family also have celebrated Soracanian New Year happily. But the citizen still questioning about Prince Duwanisarga position as Designated Regent of Soracana Islands which is still not change despite King Karsiyuha has been discharge from hospital. The question was being answered yesterday. King Karsiyuha, yesterday having a live televise speech from Karsi Royal Palace in Bankaya. The King stated his intention to abdicate as His Royal Highness concerned about his own health which might disturb his royal duty. Although the King doesn't implicitly stated the date for his abdication.

The reactions for the speech are mixed. Some still didn't believe that the King decided to abdicate. Some other believe the speech content. While the others has lack support towards Prince Duwanisarga to become the next King. A meeting will be held between Speaker of the Parliament, both Co-Regent of Soracana Islands, King Karsiyuha and Prince Duwanisarga in this weekend. The media has speculated that the meeting will be talking about the abdication process and the date of the abdication. Although the Royal Family and the Parliament nor the Government have not stated anything yet about the meeting. The meeting might be held in Karsi Royal Palace as King Karsiyuha is reside in the palace after he is discharged from the hospital.

The Springmont government said it would provide oil subsidies at an appropriate rate each month to those eligible for 125 cc motorcycles and 1300 cc cars. An appropriate quota will be set. Today, he said there is already technology that allows identification cards to be used in oil pump stalls. We will design a subsidy mechanism using the information on the ID card.
