His Excellency the Right Honourable President-General of the North American Union with the Standing Committee of the General Council of State on Constitutional Affairs, makes an Order invoking aspects of the Constitution and statutes and the relevant executing legislation for combating the slave trade and the institution of slavery, on the advice of the Ministers of Defence, of Foreign and United Empire Affairs, of Justice, of Finance, and of Public Safety and Homeland Security.

Order regarding combating the slave trade and related practices in accordance with the Amistad Declaration as of 2 September 2019
Any all Members of this so-called Pro-Slavery Alliance are hereby sanctioned and condemned by the North American Union, and are subject to the following:
- Non-exportation of any goods, services, and monies produced by the North American Union to any member of this group and non-importation of any goods, services, and monies into the North American Union from any member from this group; this shall apply to all individuals, governments, organizations, corporations, and affiliated non-state actors that conduct business with these members,
- Physical, financial, and digital assets of these Members shall be frozen and seized, and that these assets be given to the emancipated as compensation for physical, emotional, and psychological harm done unto them,
- Any foreign national (including governmental officials, civil servants, and enlisted and officers of armed forces or equivalent armed group, including mercenaries in service to any member) of any of these Members, or any foreign national who is affiliated or conducting business with any Member, who are discovered to have engaged in the slave trade or the institution of slavery on North American soil or in territorial waters, or on the soil or in the waters of the Declaration's allies, shall be arrested and indicted with the relevant international and domestic laws against slavery, the slave trade, human trafficking, and human rights,
- Any vessel or form of transportation found to be in engaging in the slave trade, slavery, and human trafficking shall be impounded and any slaver and any individuals and materials supporting the slaver shall be detained, and any enslaved persons shall be freed and offered protection by the North American Crown,
- Any enslavement of any North American subject or protected person, or of any citizen or protected persons of the Amistad Declaration signatories, shall be considered an act of aggression against the North American Union and will be dealt with proportionally and swiftly, and any armed action against the North American Union by any Member or affiliated individuals and organizations in support of any Member shall be subject to the response and the justice of the North American Union, the United Empire, and any Amistad Declaration signatory,
- Letters of marque may be issued by the general government if deemed appropriate, as well as reprisals,
- And in accordance with international law and the Amistad Declaration, individuals and organizations connected to this Alliance shall be considered
hostis humani generis (enemy of all mankind), and subject to the justice of the nation against the slaver.
