By not meeting technological requirement I assume your nation is not MT? For observer, I don't see how that's going to pose a problem. Besides, if its 1900s tech level, pretty sure our members will be more than willing to invest to bring up technological modernization. Update:

• As of now, all members who join shall be elevated to the rank of Founding Members and will be mentioned in upcoming Charter/Constitution/Treaty (Well, we don't get special things though, just for historical purpose.) Anyone else applying will be normal full members.
• Several RolePlays will be launched in the near future. The first RP will be a simple Summit where hopefully a joint Declaration/Communique will be released to the entire NS World outlining Imperial Sovereign Alliance policies/etc. ...and also a declaration to the world to bend the knee. • I'm making a charter, and plan on unveiling it in the next 3 days. Hopefully nothing will distracts me.
• The leaders meeting will our first political RP, but we will also proceed with light economic bloc and military exercise depending on the availability of our members.

In the future, hopefully something can be arranged with these following organizations:

• International Socialist Congress(Since, ideological wise monarch and revolutionist are likely go compete with one another.
• The Consortium Proclamation (Well, since PAS contacted us and I feel we should explore every opportunities for future RPing.

Also, I found out monarch alliance isn't entirely dead; there are at least two other organization existing at this time.

• MSC (I've contacted their founder, since they don't look alive and buried in page 4 now and invited them to join ISA but their Founder offered a cooperation, says his friends ain't active. I haven't decided anything yet, since they're inactive)
• Imperion, they don't seem to be active either, but they're still around, so let's see if I can get in touch with their leadership and spark something into activity in the future.

As for the rest; do join us... as for those who think of conspiring against us, bend the knee or face destruction.

Oh man, that's just really sad. Even the latest reincarnation seems dead and buried in page 4 already. Still, ISA shall assume the mantle of monarchy RP System from now on.
