Hello and welcome to the annual Jubilee of the Ages! A two week long festival held in a different nation each year that highlights the arts, cuisine, history, and cultures of the world. This premiere, multicultural event, rooted in over a century of tradition, crosses over international borders for the culmination of a beautiful display of what all of the people of Olympus have to offer.

The origin of this tradition stemming from the 1890's celebrations seen across the world dedicated to the viewing of the Perseid meteor shower. As communities continued to celebrate in coming years the practice grew to the point where each year's festivities were meant to outdo the last. The similarly timed celebrations that occurred spanning the globe led to the formal organization of an internationally endorsed event and eventually the formation of the Jubile Commission. Weathering the test of time, including the span of several large scale wars and innumerous conflicts, the festival still continues today, on a much larger scale. The Jubilee of the Ages truly embodies international cooperation and the spirit of the ancient celebrations of Apaturia, that of the 'common relationship'.

Stop by and revel in the views and wonders gathered at this year's installment of this tremendous occasion! A litany of performances and showcases will make their way across the main stage, the Proplyon. A vibrant and immersive shopping experience will be available in the Agora, featuring market stalls of vendors selling an extravagant range of merchandise. Spaces in the exhibition hall have been SOLD OUT since before last year's Jubilee was over! A host of craft food vendors will provide a multicultural menu to satisfy even the most picky or insatiable eaters, with a series of gourmet world class chefs making appearances. A long list of featured guests, speakers, and panels makes this years Jubilee the best to have ever happened! Make your way to Gate and don't miss out!

This huge market takes an otherwise ordinary district and transforms it into a very busy, atmospheric and vibrant hive of lively activity throughout the duration of the Jubilee! • Bonk (Tero Malstreciga)

- Bonk is a website, registered in Tero Malstreciga in 2005. Since 2012, according to internal analytics, Bonk has been the largest provider of pornographic and other adult content on the internet. Revenues, mostly drawn from advertising, have allowed Bonk to buy out a number of other web services in the same vein to create a veritable online empire, and since 2015 the website has started exploring further afield, including the public opening of subsidiaries in high technology fields, and numerous charitable and activist activities. This year as a Jubilee special a new line of VR Porn will be available for perusal. Individual stalls will be available.

• Bulao Federation of Jashnagar (Jashnagar)

- The Bulao Federation of Jashnagar will be offering Bulao game equipment ranging from cheap beginner sets to extraordinarily expensive pieces of mastercraft, as well as lessons for complete beginners and experienced players alike. The goal is to expose more people to the game through the booth and encourage exploration in play. The Federation will be demonstrating the game and play styles to onlookers.

• Crudo Felipe (Oceania)

- Crudo Felipe is the premier crudo bar not just in Oceania, but in all of Mu-Kal (and perhaps the world). At the hands of Maestro de Cocina Ricardo Felipe, CF serves a 20 piece confiar tasting menu. From the lean white snapper of the Nike Ocean to fatty magnostrium tuna; firm and salty Liran mackerel from the coast of Produzire and the local fishermen's best oily escolar from the islands of the Valley Green; with sweet hervido sauce or savory moroto atop the raw fish, and warm, fermented vinegar rice beneath; Felipe is proud to have served the best crudo in the world to presidents and kings, foodies and celebrities, and thousands of regular Oceanians and foreigners just looking for some great food.

• Empresa de Zapato Amarillo (Lykens)

- Empresa de Zapato Amarillo, or the Yellow Shoe Company in English, is one of the most profitable clothing designer-manufacturers in Lykens. The company was founded in 1923 by Tomas Estévez, and started as a small artisanal shop that operated by using surplus fleece from Estévez's sheep shearing station. Originally making only the moccasins worn by the shearers and rouseabouts, ten years later leather manufacturing was added to the shoe shop, and boots were produced. Fifty years later, heels, sandals, tennis shoes, hiking shoes, cleats, and gloves and mittens were being consumed by the local provincial population in such numbers that the company began spreading throughout the country. A lot of the clothing that is exported from Lykens comes from Empresa de Zapato Amarillo.

• Feiji Aeronautical Company (Larsaka)

Feiji is a partially state owned Aircraft Manufacturing Company headquartered in Larsaka City that produces the vast majority of passenger aircraft for the nation. Especially known for The L100, the latest executive craft from Feiji Aeronautical company equipped with high tech features and more fuel efficient engines. As an event special we will be offering a complementary shuttle to the airport where clients can tour the L100.

• Future Tech Industries (Zanaro)

- Future Tech Industries was founded in 1932 by Inpuku Pronjii-ko Kaiya Burevii, the leader of House Burevii at the time. Since it's founding Future Tech Industries has prided its self on being at the bleeding edge of military technology while still providing well priced goods for the average consumer, be it rechargeable battery packs, or computer operating systems, FTI has a been there. Future Tech Industries is also one of the largest corporations within Zanaro providing nearly 35% of the GDP of the nation alone! Be it a weapon in your hand, or knowing you'll have computer safety the only company you can trust is Future Tech Industries! Future Tech Industries will be showing off the latest available version of the SA-47 Blackthorn that is available for foreign powers, and wealthy individuals, to purchase. We are hoping to show off both a show model on the floor, including letting children be able to get pictures inside the cockpit, as well as do a aerial show showing off the capabilities of the jet to the gathered crowd. This will be the first foreign showing of the jet as well as the first time the jet will be made available to purchase.

• Gaya Kari Sepuranese Cuisine (Sepura)

Chef Wayan Purnama of Tewah, presents a world class menu of delicious Sepuranese cultural foods sure to make even the most picky of eater salivate at the sight and smell of it. Gaya Kari, which was first established as a single restaurant in a tourist hot spot in Tewah has grown to over 15 different locations within Sepura and neighboring Nori countries. For the Jubilee Chef Purnama will have an all star team of fellow chefs to serve up a colorful array of plates. Chef Wayan Purnama is a world renown chef and artisan in Sepuranese cuisine, widely known outside of his homeland for his chain of restaurants, Gaya Kari, specifically his first location outside of Sepura, a five star establishment within Lutta Casino. Purnama is highly sought after for his skills in Sepuranese and other Southeastern Nori cultural foods, specifically his spicy takes on them and famous curry styles of traditional dishes.

• Gryphus Industries (Carelia)

- Founded in 1904, Gryphus is Carelia's largest vehicle manufacturer and is among the most sizable such corporations worldwide. The company is split into two divisions: Gryphus Aerospace and Gryphus Automotive. The former produces both civilian and military aircraft to fulfill a variety of needs, while the latter similarly produces a wide range of civilian and military ground vehicles. Gryphus is proud to be a major defense contractor for Carelia and her allies, providing proven and trusted high-performance platforms for any operational situation. There will be static displays of select civilian and military vehicles produced by Gryphus, including the Gryphus Latitude and CF-14E Super Valkyrie. A mock-up of the CF-22N Sea Seraph, which entered Carelian service last year, will also be present. Photo opportunities, driving/piloting simulations, and driver's seat/cockpit tours of select vehicles and aircraft will be available to the public. Curators will also conduct scheduled showcases of the parts and functions of vehicles and aircraft. Information on exports and/or defense acquisitions will be made available to investors and other interested parties.

• Heshlin Luxury Aircraft (Winst)

- Heshlin provides the premier private aircraft on the market today. Blowing away competition at every stop, this year they will be releasing the LXF-8, the newest aircraft in the LXF line.

• International Medicaments (Tero Malstreciga)

Kaminsky intends to demonstrate the capabilities of the new EarthSat-4 Earth Observation satellite by displaying a picture of the opening ceremonies taken from Low Earth Orbit in 24-inch spatial resolution in simulated true-color and false-color infra-red composites, along with similar images of major landmarks around the globe. There are also full-scale model static displays of EarthSat-4 and the Kupala deep space probe currently en-route to the outer solar system, on which Kaminsky was a major contractor.

Many influential signers, composers, bands, dancers, actors and all sorts of an array of entertainers have made their way across the main stage at this annual tradition. La Blua Bando w/ Adorinda Caron and Luĉjo Alire, Musical performance/Tondra dance (Tero Malstreciga)

• The Tondro (from the Regulingvo for thunder) is a traditional Malstreciganoj dance. Typically, partners will dance with a wide space between lead and follow, holding only one hand which should not be released at any point in the dance. Complex and rapid footwork is involved, legs coming close to interlocking. The Tondro should be performed in heavy, specially designed shoes, which make distinctive claps when they make contact with the ground. The Tondro is a social dance, and many sets of partners should typically share one dance, creating a cacophony of noise from which the name is derived. La Blua Bando is the most famous Tondro Band in Tero Malstreciga, and the popular dancers Adorinda Caron and Luĉjo Alire will be lead and follow on stage, showing the moves. Tondro shoes will be distributed to those sets of partners confident enough to try the dance.

Professor Jonathan Mabin, Political lecture (Larsaka)

• Professor Mabin is the head of the Foreign Policy Department at Larsaka City University, one of the most prestigious schools in Larsaka and also considered a feeder school into the Larsakan Department of State. In his lecture, he will be discussing the prospects of multilateralism in Mu-Kal and its effects on the global politics.

Cecilia Vidovici, Opera singer/Classical guitarist (Parthonopia)

• Cisparrania born, Parthonopian soprano, Cecilia Vidovici, is one of the most renowned and influential opera singers of Lira and a Propylon alumni. Many critics praise her bel canto technique, wide-ranging voice and dramatic interpretations. Her repertoire ranges from classical opera seria to the bel canto operas of Donizetti, Bellini and Rossini and further, to the works of Verdi and Puccini; and, in her early career, to the music dramas of Wagner. A multi-talented artist, Cecilia, is also a brilliant luthier and well versed in the difficult skill of playing the classical guitar. Past recitals have seen magnificent interpretations of a variety of works, including works written originally for the lute or vihuela by composers such as John Dowland and Luis de Narváez as well as music written for the harpsichord by Domenico Scarlatti or for the baroque lute by Sylvius Leopold Weiss. Her musical and dramatic talents as well as wide popularity with a large fan base has led to her being hailed as La Divina.

Visions of Yam'gonra, Cultural dance (Jashnagar)

• Visions of Yam'gonra, a group assembled from the greatest cultural dancers of the primary Jashnagari ethnic groups, will be performing individual ethnic dances that exhibit the uniqueness of each group before coming together to perform a united dance to represent the nation. Alongside the dancing will be native instrumentation, singing, costumes, set-designs, and even some pyrotechnics. The group is state-sponsored and expected to be a highlight of Jashnagar's presence at the jubilee, with the group training together since June 2018 in anticipation for the event.

Remi Arola Heritage Band, Musical performance (Storsnia)

• The Remi Arola Heritage Band plays traditional Storsnian folk music with a modern twist. Incorporating traditional instruments with more modern ones. The band has produced several hits in their homeland and has performed the national anthem several times at major events.

Caudillo Diaz y la banda de esquiladores, Competitive sheep shearing (Lykens)

• State Counselor Kenneth Diaz and several of the top sheep shearers around the country will compete to see who can shear a sheep the fastest.

Damirs's Pride, Historical martial arts (Eskeiura)

• Damirs's Pride is a historical re-enactment group, affiliated with the Eskeri government's cultural programs, which aims to showcase the brutal and fascinating realities of the medieval Eskeri warrior-monks in as realistic and engaging a manner as possible. This performance features Bernārs Voicišs and Argons Lapsiņš demonstrating the historical close combat of the period, with authentic reconstructions of armor and weapons available for close-up examination.

Mount, Musical performance (Oceania)

• In the current pop firmament, Mount is a black hole. In a moment when too many new artists seem afraid to offend or go off script, Mount is an exciting contradiction: an aspiring rock star who has a major-label development deal but has retained a seemingly genuine iconoclastic streak. The other day he spoke too truthfully in an interview and accidentally insulted the entire Beoist religion; Vienna Eliot asked him to perform in Annheim and—politely but firmly—he said no. With the global smash "Royals" he made his name by sneering at everything else on the radio ("We don't care/ We aren't caught up in your love affair"). The message is clear: Mount has introduced himself to the world as someone who gives very few fucks. Twenty seconds into his debut album, he's already announced that he's bored. Twice. His concert at the Jubilee is somewhat unexpected, but will surely be worth snatching tickets to before they sell out.

Narciss Beļavskis, Historical/Cultural lecture (Eskeiura)

• Narciss Beļavskis is Professor of Eskeri History at the Drosmiņši University of Tudone, one of the most renowned liberal arts universities in Eskeiura, founded in 1513 by Saint Drosmiņš. In his lecture, he will be discussing the idea of "chivalry" as it pertains to the Eskeri context, both historically and in the present day, with surprisingly far-reaching consequences for something that was supposed to have died years ago.

BlauerMond, Electro-swing pop band (Lunderfrau)

• A staple of Lunderfrausian Music since its inception in the 1920s, Swing has changed and evolved just as much as the Matriarchy has. Now, Lunderfrausian Pop Sensation BlauerMond comes to Gate for the CXVth Annual Jubilee!! The band will perform musical peices and numbers showing the evolution of Lunderfrausian swing throughout time as well as playing a few of their own electro-swing peices. This world class seven piece ensemble includes incredible musicians such as Zoey Huber (Vocals) Arnold Bauman (Guitar, Vocals), Helen Miller (Violin), Victoria Schwartz (Tenor/Barritone Saxophone), Caroline Busch (Electronics), Anna Schuster (Trombone), and Katherine Scholz (Percussion). Rules and Participation

SO! While participation is not mandatory it is highly encouraged and there is a variety of ways to do so. The easiest way to participate in the fair without any hassles or responsibilities would be to simply stop by here and there with IC posts either interacting with vendors, reacting to main attractions, or simply walking about the festival!

Rules are pretty self explanatory and basically anything referenced in The Gateway would apply. For a very brief, rough listing of rules for this thread here we go:

• Don’t be a jerk.
• Don't god mod.
• Remember to separate IC antagonism from OOC.
• No OOC in the IC thread and vice versa.
• Please use correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Use spell check, proof read, etc.
• Thread concludes after two full weeks IRL after the IC OPs are published.
• There are two separate IC threads for lack of clutter, make sure to keep posts where they belong.
• HAVE FUN!

For a more immersive interaction with the Jubilee's proceedings there are two routes you can take! You can either signup for a highlighted time slot as one of the Featured Guests or sign up as a Sponsored Vendor. As a Sponsored Vendor all you have to do is fill out an application (below) and participate in the Agora thread as, well, a vendor! Sponsored Vendors will also get a chance in the spotlight with their stand detailed in all of the OPs on the Jubilee. Featured Guests will be required to participate in the Propylon thread; a post of the performance (or whatever it is you want to do) needs to be posted on the date you signed up for!

You can have as many Featured Guests and/or Sponsored Vendors as you like! Also, beyond Featured Guests I would like the entire Schedule to be filled up either way, even if you don't plan on posting as them (although I encourage you do!). So give me bands/speakers/performers/circus acts that you want to be listed in the non highlighted time slots, there is no limit to how many!

You do not need to fill out an Application for an entertainer of yours to be listed in the Schedule of Events if it is not, or meant to be, a Featured Guest.
