Okay so just so everyone's right on track, please do not RP anything further than the arrival to the Oriental Palace. Let's all do this together. Everyone please RP your motorcade's composition, how your envoys react to the motorcade, what do they do during the motorcade, the fanfare played during the motorcade, etc., etc.; and then RP their arrival in the lobby, their reactions to the lobby etc.

Once other leaders arrive there, you could do small talk in the lobby, but don't stay there for too long. Everyone head-up to the Great Hall BUT DO NOT RP YOUR SPEECHES YET.

Also, it'd be cool if you guys also RP the media on the scene. International media outlets are free to cover the event, that includes whatever outlets your nation has domestically. They are invited to the City for news and stuffs.

I’m always happy to discuss ideas about proposals, particularly if grammar or wording are in issue. I am also Executive Deputy Minister for the WA Ministry of TNP.
Kenmoria is an illiberal yet democratic nation pursuing the goals of communism in a semi-effective fashion. It has a very broad diplomatic presence despite being economically developing, mainly to seek help in recovering from the effect of a recent civil war.
