Marcella is indeed the Head of State of the United Island States, the second official ranging monarch of the short history our nation has existed, we've only been around 20-so-years IC time speaking.
AHSCA each letter is a name of the five states of my union. you would say it letter by letter or simply the UIS or the Islands for shorthand.

Less of a request and more of a question: It is tradition for Selkie to appear at festive occassions wearing the Geansai, the traditional costume of the Selkie. However, the costume does include real fur, as in fur from formerly living animals. Would that be allowed in Maguzapach?
They can, of course, also wear suit and dresses of a more 'normal' design. Brigadier Eitil will appear in uniform regardless.

He actually doesn't sound like someone who would be invited. First of all, because he is involved in surveillance, he would be suspected of being a spy. Second and third, his weak political position and lack of charm leave no reason to invite him.

I was thinking that the guests would be escorted from the airport in limousines to the Palace. Note: for the Coronation ceremony the Maguzapachians will be wearing morning dress or the equivalent. Whereas for the ball afterwards it will be evening wear. Guests are allowed flexibility in what they wear, especially in regard to national dress, and will also have the chance to change for the ball. Thanks, and looking forward to RPing with you guys.
