Just curious, but why is Indo States banned?

Indo States is banned because the user behind the nation didn't complete his entry last edition without withdrawing his nation. See here. It's perfectly fine to withdraw your nation if you don't feel as if though you can commit to writing a song, but you'd have to do it before voting starts or you suffer a one-contest ban.

Thanks Amuaplye, I warned Mister X earlier today that he might want to edit his Missus X entry (he argued that it was fine), and was planning ask the mods if it crossed the line later tonight

I'm not happy about it, and (just for the sake of it if nothing else) I've put my defence in that report thread. I do feel, quite strongly, that virtually every entry ever sent from Kasanova-Koratica and Gregoryisgodistan should also be deleted, but they're in the past.

Hi all!

Friendly neighbourhood Kal here. I've been busy with finals and will catch up on recent events later, but I just wanted to let you guys know that the error in the schedule of the OP has been corrected.

In the past several editions we have always given 2 weeks to work on entries and 1 week to vote This will not change unless we communicate in advance that there will be changes to the system, which is not the case here.

I have noted that, given that Daylight Savings has begun in Britain, the times should technically be in BST. However, we have decided to keep the times for this edition in UTC and then start re-implementing BST beginning next edition.
