Yup same Lise and she only has her middle names included and about she knowing that Cuan is her hometown. Yup.

Yup same Lise and she only has her middle names included and about she knowing that Cuan is her hometown. Yup.

Wonderful! However, this time, Cel has not organized a meet-up, so... if they meet, it'll be awesome for all involved to meet by coincidence, though.

Hey Selks, I was taking a gander at the map of your country and I noticed that Cuan is on a river. Instead of having to travel to Silverport and find a train to Cuan, would it be possible for a vessel to traverse that river or is it to narrow?

The river you mean is the Imeall, one of the most important inland waterways in the Free Lands. However, Blue Water Vessels only come to Beal, that's a town at the mouth, where he would have to change to a River-Ferry.
So, yes, it is possible for a vessel to traverse the Imeall.

Haha sorry for bringing that up! I was taking a gander to judge distance and I thought "wait a minute, I could cut down his travels by a good distance."

It's no problem! It would have come up sooner or later, as it is a rather important region, so better now then later!
And yes, it would be a whole lot shorter.

In this city I can only expect that coincidential meeting is either on the Inn she works which looking at the info of her and Cuan it seems that is full for the festival and I don't see Lise getting the same luck that in Shella and knowing an so well kept place in middle of one of the less know areas of Cuan or in that music stage in Ceol Square for wharever reason.

So yeah it will be an very good coincidence if they just see each other in the city through, we just have to let it be and let it flow to see if it ever happens.

Minroz, DKR, I can only echo what Foxfound and Mediama said (thank you both!), tomorrow is IC-Day. The Beginning of Spring, Spring Equinox - hence a Spring Festival on that day. ; )
That being said, you can also apply after that day, this RP will be open for anyone wishing to participate (after application and acceptance, of course).

Silverport is a bustling harbour and industrial city, bordering the typical Selkie Way of Life and Industry, mainly the yards of SDY.
However, Silverport is not the setting of this festival - Cuan is.
And Cuan, Lodan Lir's Pearl, is less large industry, but more small businesses, craftsmen and the likes. There are yards there, too, of Bád Industries, but they mostly built small boats and river boats, the River-Harbour, a small airport... it is far more rural and rustic. That is once was one of the mightiest cities of the Lands of the Selkie is still visible, but while its citizens do remember these large times, they prefer Cuan just the way it is. It is not a small city, though, with roundabout 15,000 people living in the city and the outlying hamlets.
One of the companies there is Treoraí Optics Limited.

Oh. As said, Silverport is an industrial centre somewhere between ancient ways of living and modernity. The Main Temple of Ladra is there, a university, museums about seafaring and shipbuilding... really, one could get the impression, that Silverport's sole reason for existence is to build ships and train sailors, which is closer to the truth then Silverportians want to admit... (and amongst us, it is Silverport's sole reason for existing ; ))
Oh, and they have a football club, which they are proud of, Caladairgid SC. And a good Lager Ale, Silverport Lager.

According to the merry, old Köppen Climate Classification, the Free Lands, as a general rule of thumb, belong to the Dfb group - humid continental climate - and border on Dfc, Subarctic Climate.
Cuan itself experiences cold winters and medium-length summers, usually around 2.5 months. Temperatures in March are usually already relatively mild, the record on the day of the Spring Festival being 11.3 degrees Celsuis.
