Founder of the Flame Music Festival Dean Kipper is seeking a tropical luxury location to hold the festival.

Location must have Villa's for VIP ticket holders and social media influencers
Grounds for some tents for regular ticket holders
Also seeking music acts to play
Luxury food caterers
Other entertainment options and entertainers

Applying to Host the Event?: Yes, we coordially invite the Festival to set itself up in Evergreen Park, situated along Park Avenue the heart of the city of Cunlumo urbo, located on the big island of Insulo de nuboj one of the divisions of Kuronami's Mazomba Islands domain. The weather is tropical and year round provides warm sunny weather and gentle sea breezes keep an afternoon cool. The city is well developed with many local businesses, offices, inns and hotels around that accommodate tourists from Kuronami and around the world
Applying to Cater?: Yes, Sunkiso Restaurant which is located near the waterfront along Park Avenue would be happy to cater for VIP and talent. We would encourage guests to fan out and take advantage of the local eateries around the island.
Musical Acts Applying?: Yes, Kara de Kristalo is a native of the region and an up and coming musical artist, after establishing herself in the world of modeling and local acting. She'd love to perform for a crowd to give a taste of modern pop and traditional tunes.

We would love to host the Flame Music Festival in Cunlumo Urbo and accept Sunkiso as Caterers for the event. Please name a price for this to be set up and we can arrange transfer of funds. We also accept Kara De Kristalo as one of the headlining acts.

Thank you for your response to us, we're thrilled you have chosen us as the venue of location. As for price we will need to know how much of the expense you are expecting us to shoulder and if you are able or willing to share in those expenses. We're more than willing to negotiate terms but a few things will need to be considered.

At a base, the price of the lease for the entire park will run 1,000 NSD. Will you be providing your own teams to construct a stage and equipment or will we need to provide that? We are able to provide local help for construction, freight needs and those things. One company we use frequently for public events based here in Mazomba usually starts at 6 million in staffing, equipment and supply needs but rates will vary depending on hauling and construction needs. Are you looking to contract a private security agency or ask local police, or both? Police presence will be covered by the city and will bill you in return for reimbursement. It is highly recommenced you still have a police presence even if you intended to higher a private security firm.

Outside venues from other nations will not be expected to pay sales tax nor will catering by Sunkiso. Ms. Kristalo has agreed to wave any fees with her performance we expect you will arrange performance fees with other artists and will handle that end. An event like yours is expected to run 35.8 million depending on all factors involved and we are able to help with these costs through sponsorships.

We will wire the $1000 for the Park Lease immediately, we are thinking of holding the event in the first weekend of May. We can hire local workers for the setting up of stage and equipment and can pay a deposit of $3 million to the local company in Mazomba. We would be grateful if we can rely on local police for security needs.

Helping with costs through sponsorship would be amazing! lemme know if there is anything else we can do from our end, at the moment our focus is attracting more musical talent for the event and get some idea of the number of attendee's, provisional figures place it at 10,000 - 15,000 people. Which we will need to arrange accommodation for, please let me know if this number is too small or large based on the islands capacity and we can revise figures

Thank you for your response. As you've asked for local law enforcement we will happily begin preparations. Your request of 10,000 is manageable for the park space, more than that we can prepare overflow areas on nearby beaches and nearby venues. For transit around the city we have an excellent bus and rail system which will be operating at increased rates for the event. Local ferry services will also be operating on double schedules to shuttle people around between mainland Kuronami and other nearby islands if they desire.
