Image

Sërna is a city which there is always nothing to do. Our most iconic building is the “HWESJFWFT6RKJHSLILSPJSRRUROHJGAEKJHRWEYAU” Hotel, who you are going to stay in. It got 0.1 stars out of 6, so it is very good and of high qualify. :D Just ignore that the rooms are a fire-hazard and collapses randonly.
This village is the perceft place for you to plagerize write your entryes. So go ahead and write!

  • Venue And Stage?
Image

The venue will be the “well built” WeDontHaveAnameForThisArena Arena. Its just got rebuild from scratch, so it can no fit more than 12345 individuals.

The stage is built using the most advanced Vartugian tech. We now got light! More you want? Also, the stage is poorly build so please ignore that.

Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaackieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Spaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam, link here with a traditional Vartugia Wedding drees, and Mr Sock will be the hosts for the event. She is known for many thing, like hosting “My Man Is A Walrus, Help” and “All Hail Our Tree”. He is popuar witht the kids as long you dont find out he`s a pedofhile.

  • How will the Postcard look?

A blank peace of paper.

Lachana's Return

Postby Lachana » Sat Mar 09, 2019 3:03 pm

LACHANA ENTERS THE RACE

After weeks of conversations with labels, artists and negotiations with BC1 in Besen, it has finally been decided that after they pulled out of the contest in the 66th edition of the WSC, they would make a return. Coming in with no expectations was key to this comeback, but also coming to win was on the back of LBS' mind. To do what OLA from Besen did last edition excited the broadcaster and they shortlisted 5 potential singers.
In the back of their mind lay their commitments to Besen's broadcaster whom was still loaning money to them after WV64. It became apparent that do successfully participate with no worries, they would have to reach out for cooperation between BC1 and LBS. And so, an agreement was signed that if Lachana would stop receiving loaned money from BC1, they could enter the contest indefinitely with no strings attached.

It's with pleasure that Lachana reveals it's Worldvision act tonight:

After competing in Cana dor Besein for the 71st contest, hype built around Erica to represent Lachana, given her new home became it 3 years ago. She gladly accepted LBS' request and started working on the perfect song. The broadcaster believes they might have it. More information will be given as we get closer to the deadline on sign-ups.

Lipa
Besen
"Musical Excellence"

Worldvision 72
The Official Bid

Image

Bringing the BC1 team together for a bid took great determination, as they had not previously had the motivation to do so. After the turn of events of 71, a lot of funding came the WV team's way, in surplus of what they would need for participation costs, so they decided to bring a theme of 'Musical Excellence' for a host bid in the capital Lipa.
Our slogan is based on a quote from our host, which sums up everything the edition's style would be. It would be about bringing your best song, your best performance and your biggest passion, to win the whole thing.
More about the host...

Image

Marina Calita is huge in Besen with a career spanning years of chart toppers and best selling albums. Coming on board as host, she would bring the class, the determination and the confidence to present our show to the world.
Marina is currently 25 years old (the youngest artist to have 3 number ones under her belt), she's openly lesbian, and she's got the most loveable personality you could ever know. Her being so proud about herself has left a lasting impact on Besenian youth, as record numbers turn up for 'PRIDE' parades up and down the country, singing her songs and waving her picture everywhere.
BC1 was reluctant to even ask her to possibly host the competition, but it became the biggest shock when she quickly agreed, and came on board to help form the theme of the edition.
She even produced our slogan.
But let's move on to the venue...

Image

Colourful, innovative, modern, fresh... all words described by critics as they enjoyed themselves at the multiple events and concerts Nena Arena has hosted. After renovation came a few years ago, the space turned from a run-down former sports stadium, to one of the nation's most modern pieces of architecture today. It contains a large car park right underneath it, which can hold up to 500 vehicles at one time. But should that fill, there are three more nearby spaces for cars etc. 37 restaurants, cafés and hotels are in the immediate area, which is great for fans who want to have the full experience of the south of our city.
With a capacity of 15,000, it is spacious and holds just the right amount for fans of Worldvision. At the back of the venue, there is a large open space to home a green room for artists to relax and watch their competitors perform.

It's Elise Grace for Polkopia!

Seconds ago, the final results of the Landa vy Polkopiya were announced and it was revealed that Elise Grace would represent her home country with her song, Over Again. The entirety of the song will be sung in English and the PNB has confirmed that the staging will be drastically different than what was displayed on the night of the LvP's Grand Final. The song finished second place in the international jury's votes and second place with the domestic televote as well, making this the first time that Polkopia's song didn't win the domestic televote, nor the international jury's votes, however the public quickly rallied behind their entry and hopes are high for the Polkopian performance at the upcoming Worldvision song contest. Stay tuned for updates regarding the Polkopian entry! Details of the song can be found below.

Official Mercedinian Representative Announcement

Postby Mercedini » Sun Mar 10, 2019 12:32 pm

Ylinqar Officially Announced As WorldVision 72 Representative

Image

Ylinqar - "Occhi"

  • Following ample speculation from WorldVision Fan Groups across the multiverse, Ylinqar was confirmed as the Mercedinian representative for the 72nd edition of the WorldVision Song Contest with his song 'Occhi', translating to 'Eyes' in English from his native language of Mercedinian. Little is known about the Mercedinian vocalist, with Ylinqar holding little previous experience in the realm of international music, or indeed, the realm of music within Mercedini. The Mercedinian delegation have been quick to defend Ylinqar's lack of discography, and is working with the artist to perfect his song and the eventual show that will be performed on the night of the 72nd WorldVision Song Contest. Mercedini's fifth place finish in the pervious edition held in the Main Nation Ministry was seen as a disappointment in some senses, with a record breaking number of nations giving Mercedini 12 point, but still falling a solid twenty-three points behind Izmedu, the eventual winners. WorldVision has been falling out of favour with the general public as of late, with dissatisfaction at the same nations at the top end of the leader board edition after edition. It's hoped ENM can finally join the top table of nations in terms of results, but also in terms of lifting the title which has alluded them for nearly a quarter of a century since their debut at the 48th editions. They have come close on numerous occasions in the past, but in the end it's the points that count more than anything in these types of competitions. Ylinqar will kick off a multi-legged multiverse tour next week to familiarise his song with those nations who will ultimately pick a winner of the 72nd edition of the WorldVision Song Contest.

Tonight, 9 songs and 9 artists competed for the right to represent Izmedu in the 72nd WorldVision Song Contest. After an intense round international jury voting and domestic televoting, there is now a result at hand. For this edition, six international juries lent their voices to help decide our winner. Thus, the winner of this edition's Izmepisma is...

Gorana Sever - Mržnja

With 100 points (44 jury + 56 televote), Gorana Sever wins both constituencies to become the first ever Izmeduan to win Izmepisma twice (having last won in Izmepisma WV67). Across the juries, she received points from 4 jurors, coming in the top 3 with all four and receiving 3 sets of 12 points. In televoting terms, she posted an extremely high result with 194,000 votes (scoring 21.9% of the total televote), which together with her jury vote was more than enough to secure a convincing win against the two pre-contest favorites of Jadrana Bogovic and The Wicked. Gorana has agreed to represent her country again, joining the ranks of Arijana Kovac and Terezija Novak (both of whom have represented Izmedu twice in WorldVision), and will enter intensive rehearsals in the lead up to the contest.

The runner-up, Jadrana Bogovic, is now offered the chance to represent Izmedu in the World Hit Festival. She was hesitant to declare an immediate commitment, but has indicated a tentative interest in bringing "Wanderer" to the WHF stage.

We thank each and every international jury that voted in Izmepisma. This would not have been possible without your participation.

BITC Announcement // Vha Mehlodhivestoile 2019 Update!

Postby Britonisea » Tue Mar 19, 2019 2:04 pm

BITC ANNOUNCEMENT
This is an official announcement by Britonisea's International Television Company [BITC]

> Eva Almast returns to the international stage, looking for revenge with "Public Enemy #1"!

Image

It has just been announced by BITC that Eva Almast will represent Britonisea at the 72nd WorldVision Song Contest with her new single, "Public Enemy #1" which has been released today.

Ever since Britonisea's return, BITC has waited a long time to reveal their representative for the WorldVision Song Contest, and today it was revealed that Eva Almast will represent Britonisea at the upcoming WorldVision Song Contest in Lipa, Besen. Eva is the 33rd representative for Britonisea and the WorldVision Song Contest and has already made her way to Besen to start practising her song.

People might recognise Eva from her appearance on BVC's showing of the World Hit Festival 33, which was held in Normandy & Picardy. Despite being a favourite to take the crown, with her song "Letalio Diomhair" which translates to Lethal Secrets, she finished 11th place out of a field of 15 nations with a total score of 10 points. At the time of the 33rd World Hit Festival, it was the worst Britonisea had placed since the 19th World Hit Festival, and Britonisea since the 33rd World Hit Festival has failed to finish outside the top 7.

She ha expressed severe disappointment and anger with her performance in Avranches and wants to make it up to the nation at the 72nd WorldVision Song Contest with a stellar song. "Public Enemy #1" will be performing #1 in the Grand Final in Besen.

You can listen to it here!
