Mike Haze listened to the Advisor about the accounts " Ok i will open both accounts. Mike told the advisor, he was looking for a way to wash all that money weeks now, from when he returned to Tropico after 2 months in Bolivia. He didn't had so much money before and he is worried to handle them carefully. Tropico limited him as to how many he could deposit in Tropico Bank but he know thinks he found the way.
" But for now only add the small deposits, the 200 million will arrive in the port another day"

Caja and Kiana enjoyed the music and they enjoyed the ride.
Sure, PE-Folkrock was of the same group of musical styles as Selkie-Rock, but while there were similarities, there were also enough differences to make it exciting for the two of them. And much like Selkie and their Selkie-Rock, they would bet, that the locals were proud of their rock!
When their car came to a screeching halt, Tim took a moment to ask Caja: "So, fast and furious enough?"
His grin was massive and goofy enough to make Caja grin even wider then before.
"Oh, it was marvellous!", she said with her grin and leaned over, pecking Tim onto the cheek, "Now... let's go!"
And with that, the Selkie stepped out of the car, Kiana already out and waving to someone, who had taken notice of them, also giving the two of them a bit of privacy.

"Excellent sir! I am breaking policy by opening your Investment account with only 150 000 Aurum.. But I do trust you to bring forth the rest soon." He leaned in closer to his new client and whispered "theres no limit on hoe much you bring in. And uhm.. if you want it to be.. a secret.. no stress. Any and every transaction to your accounts is untracable. PE enforces massively strict banking privacy laws. No nation in the world would even think about asking for access to your banking records here." He smiled widely, "Welcome, Friend of The Golden Lady!"

Tim smiled widely and blushed after receiving yet another cheek kiss. He watched Kiana walk out ahead, and looked back at Caja and smiled softly.

He offered her his arm, to hook in, so as to escort her in. "You are a wonderfull girl. Honoured to know ye lassie!"

Mike smiled, the first place he visited after entering the country is a bank and things are going nice to this point. "Thank you. So,i suppose that's 350,000 Aurum in my personal account and 150,000 Aurum in my investment account. I will arrange that the rest sum will be here inside the week. 100% return on investment means that in six months my money will be doubled right? And please explain to me the 20% interest gained per month " He knew it was a stupid question but he didn't understood the financial terms. He wished his assistant was here but he came to Port Ember to have a vacation not to work all day. He will look for oportunities but not as his priority. At least, that's what he says to himself.

Penny and Evan - Home
In the time that it had taken Evan to scurry the truck back to their house and get parked up for the night, Penny had fallen asleep, the rumble of the V8, its loud pipes would normally keep her awake but the long day had taken its toll on the triple amputee and so Penny had thrown in the towel and let her body do its thing. It was understandably quite dark when Evan parked the Scania R730 onto the drive in front of the garage although some of the neighbours would probably not be happy if Evan had let the truck come in full pipe, instead Evan tried as best as he could to keep the engine as quiet as possible, not an easy task with a 730hp 16.4 litre V8 with twin 8 inch pipes.

Once in the driveway, the engine fell silent although Penny was still asleep, that was until Evan leaned across the cab and gave her a gentle tap on the shoulder,
"Penny, we're home" he said, softly

Penny moaned a little, then opened her eyes as Tiswas also sensed the change in motion and so came out from under the pillow.
"I suppose I best get out of the cab and into our bed" she says, glancing over at Evan and Tiswas, yes Penny has named her cat after a 1980s kids TV show, oh dear, that poor cat!.

Evan scooped up Tiswas, often called "Tizzy" by Evan and Penny, before climbing down from the cabin and gently closing the door to the cab as Penny too climbed down before she too closed the door as Evan opened up the house door and turned on the light in the hallway. Inside the house the sound of the fridge buzzing away could be heard but apart from that it was silent, Evan looked at Penny,
"up stairs or you sleeping down here?" he asks

"upstairs babe" replies Penny, closing the door to the house as Evan places Tizzy on the floor.

Tiswas just wanted to explore the house and his new surroundings, finding the litter tray and his meal tray by the back door before making his way upstairs as Penny gently climbed the stairs followed by Evan. The bedroom was as it should be, so Penny stood in front of the mirror as Evan closed the curtains then naturally began to undress himself as Penny took her fleece off, then her T-shirt and combat pants.

"Evan, gis us help with my arm please then pop my legs off" she asks as Evan plugs in 3 battery chargers.

Once Penny was undressed and sat on the bed, Evan did just that, taking Penny's prosthetic limbs off to reveal 3 scarred up stumps, before putting the batteries on charge, they would remain on charge for most of the night whilst Penny, now naked, leg less and armless settled down for the night as Evan also began to settle in for the night, Tiswas finding his place, lying between Penny and Evan, gently purring as he relaxed One last act for Evan before he also turned in for the night was to set the alarm as the Morning will be just a few hours away from the grand opening of the Orcadian Embassy.

"Furthermore sir, on your Current Account - you will gain a 20% interest fee on a positive bank balance per month automatically. For example, at month end - if you have a 100 Aurum in your account, you will earn an free extra 20 Aurum automatically, which is immideately paid into your account."

Mike smiled a little two much after hearing the Advisor. He was excited with his new move on his money. "Ok great, here's the money." He left the money bag to the table signed some papers, took his Bank Card and he got up to leave the building. As he walk on the exit, he approached Clara, the Hostess and gave her his number. "I don't know anyone in this country, so it would be fun to hang out sometime. Have a nice day." Without waiting for a response, he got out of the bank finally and started to think where should he go next. He search on his phone for a hotel. He found one named Upperdeck hotel. "That should do just fine" he said and booked a room online. He also dials the cab number again. "Yes i need a cab in The Golden Lady bank" talking from the other side of the line "Thanks"

A couple of minutes later, the taxi arrived and honked to Mike to get his attention.

"Where to sir?" the Driver asked
"Upperdeck hotel" Mike responded

UPPERDECK HOTEL

It didn't take much for the taxi to arrive in the Hotel.
"There you go sir" Mike leaves the taxi and steps in the Hotel. He looks for the reception and advances to ask about his reservation.

"Hello, Im Mike Haze. I made a reservation online." he tells the receptionist

He informed his guest that he would be staying in room 303, third floor with an ocean view. He handed him his keycard and tasked a porter to take the luggage up to the room. He ended with a warm "welcome to the Upperdeck Hotel - please do enjoy your stay. Mi Casa - Su Casa!"

Mike enter room 303 with his card. He is tired but wants to go have a drink and meet new people. He lights up a cigarette while looking over to the ocean view outside his room windows. He picks up his phone and dials a number. "Hey Vernon. Look, i need you to go over to my house and ask Melissa to take the money and go to the airport. I need you to send it to me here. It's exactly $281,907,833 and i need them in Port Ember ASAP. Take some of our guys and escort her." He hung up the phone and started looking the web for a bar or something. "Fiestsa Borough uh? That sounds good. "I sure do need a beer or two." He goes for a quick shower and then tries to choose clothing. He goes for a white shirt and a leather jacket with jeans.

Fiesta Borough, A Pub

The usual taxi trip is repeated and in some time he arrives in an area with people go around happy and having fun. His eyes look at a pub. He isn't a fan of going to Nightclubs. He gets inside the pub greets the barman and sits on the stall. "Give me a blonde please." He says and sits there drinking thinking about what he wants to do.

In any case, Caja was more occupied with Tim, smiling at him.
"It's my pleasure, Tim.", she said, hooking in, "You're a nice lad. I'm sure, that quite a few girls will be quite jealous?"

Approaching Port Ember aboard the Yacht Lustro.
The Lustro was not a large vessel, if I were to be honest.
Merely 82 metres long, this vessel had originally been built as a warship, a Cacciatrice-class Light Frigate of the Lutetiian Navy, originally put into service in 1965. When my homeland's decided decided, that we did not need a military any more in 1992, she and many, many other things had been sold off as surplus.
With a few exceptions, many of her sisters had ended their lives on the scrapyards and with the breaker, but she had been saved by Silvio Esecutore and his father, had been demiliterized and rebuild as a yacht.
And it was now in possession of my master, Mister Esecutore, who was using her... informally, as he said. Officially, she was a recreational vessel, the toy of the heir of a good-sized Lutetiian company, Natante Shipyards (which actually didn't built ships, but boats for racing and yachting as well as actual yachts), unofficially, she was the vessel of the LCN's Main Enforcer, Silvio Esecutore (a well-guarded secret, as he could be connected to nothing).
When this vessel arrived in a port, local LCN posts and operations began to collect their stuff and justifications. And when there was no local LCN post... well, there would soon be.
Usually a front company or local crime lords working together with us for mutual benefit.
So... I should introduce myself.
Aurora Alce, nineteen years, blonde, blue eyes, well equipped, as they said, and not afraid to show that. I was the apprentice of Signore Esecutore, as well as his secretary. My work was exciting and usually to be in the background, making notes, but that did not stop me from being 'in the field', as they said, as well.
And I loved it.
I wore, right now, a white blouse with the uppermost two buttons open, ventilation without giving a look, and a blue skirt, a bit longer then mid-calf.
In any case, we were 'in the field' deploying to Port Ember to establish a post here... or to cooperate with the local underworld. The major benefit of Port Ember was, that almost everything was legal here: From firearm ownership extending to literal tanks to recreational substances of various descriptions.
Of course, one could and would still find an underworld, a name popping up sometimes was Johnny Azula and while he, and his Lollipop Gentlemans Club - while those were rumours, rumours usually had a foundation and my bet would be, that the Lollipop was a sort-of trading hub.
In any case, this time, the LCN was interested in a legitimate business here through one of the front companies, with the whole nine yards (of course pending, if they were legal), namely import and export of firearms and weaponry, gambling, import and export of various recreational substances, art trade, animal trade (as in pets, not lifestock), such things - things, which were legal and which would maintain legality.
No illegal activities were needed here, in this paradise, for La Casa endured not by risking the good will of their paradises, no matter how de-centralized the structures of La Casa were.
In any case, we approaching this paradise and would, surely, soon meet the local coast guard - our documents were ready, as was the cargo manifest. If they wanted to run an inspection, we would let them unopposed.
If one could buy a tank here, it stood to reason, that the Coast Guard had a good arsenal at the ready to deal with unpleasant people... or people, who they thought as unpleasant.
I was sure, that our cargo was nothing illegal and that we would be allowed to enter without problems.
Mister Esecutore came out of his office, walking one last inspection round, and passed me with a nod. He was an old friend of my late father, someone, who I trusted, who's judgement I trusted... and who's cigars I hated, to be honest.
Still, as he made a step back to look at me, furrowed his brow, then reached up to open the next two buttons on my blouse, I raised an eyebrow.
"You need the ventilation, don't you?", he asked and threw me a wink. I smiled and reached up, flaring it a bit, so that it indeed looked a bit like a desperate measure to get ventilation, which, by sheer coincidence, also gave quite a pleasing view. He reached over and kissed my forehead. "There's a good girl."
I smiled.
This would be an interesting ride...

I will need to schedule with them ahead of time. Do you have specific armaments in mind?"

Lex pulls out his phone, puts in on the table, and shows the commander a list of weapons, ranging from small handguns to high powered AT weapons.

"If you want something with a little more kick, I can also show you our stock of "exotic" vehicles. I am sure we can come to a sensible agreement."

A shipment of the Frankenlisch Times every Sunday, every issue of the past week. Twenty bottles of Hardskar Brandy, it must be Hardskar, if not that then a keg of stone ale. And a gun."

Lex seemed to look at Southall strangely, the knight and noble nodded and explained himself. "When I fought in Prodava I had this gun. It was a Webley revolver and it was nickel plated with a pearl grip. It still exists but is in a museum." Southall downed his drink. "I miss that gun, and I'd like a new one, one I can keep. Do you think you can do it?"

Lex was taking down notes on what the commander was saying. Upon hearing about the gun, Lex looked back up.

"I see. The newspapers and the Hardskar Brandy won't be a problem, our post in Vionna-Frankenlisch will see to that. As for the gun..." Lex took the phone, clicked through a few pages, and showed Southall a model.

"This is one of the guns we have in stock. We can have the grip replaced with your specifications. The price for the gun will be settled after we begin manufacturing."

Southall already felt like he was doing well in Port Ember. He knew damned well that the Imperial government would not simply let him enjoy his leave in peace and he resolved to make as many contacts as possible for when those orders came through. Lex was only the first port of call, and boy was he glad with Mister Skoropadsky already.

The bartender quickly served his customer his drink of choice. He makes smalltalk "Welcome to the pub mate. Must admit - quite strange seeing a foreigner ere'. Tis' normally only strangers who frequents pubs in this borough. Foreigners usually hit the hundreds of clubs or casino's. Not that I'm complainin'!"

Outside Malibu Club

The sidewalk was slowly starting to fill with people as they were entering the Malibu Club, or walking past to some unknown destination, or to the various food café's situated right next to the club. There were plenty of people around in the streets, as it always is in such a crowded city, but not the usual 'busy', since the night was still young.

Tim smiled widely as Caja was hooked in and started crossing the street with her on his arm. He thought how cool he must have looked at that moment - and imagined how even cooler he would look if he could get Kiana hooked in on his other arm. He replied to Caja "I damm well hope so! I do have an actual walking art accompanying me offcourse. And you are dressed to kill darlin'!"

As the yacht Lustro was gently riding the waves towards North Island, a radio broadcast came hailing it: "Vessel identified as the Lustro, this is Lieutenant Whittiker onboard the PES Eagle Eye of the Port Ember Security Forces. You have entered the sovreign waters of the Republic of Port Ember, and is now under mandatory obligation to be boarded by myself and my men. So prepare to be boarded - 5 mikes! Out."

A close attention paying observer might have seen the Justice Class Patrol Cutter closing distance towards the Lustro with great spead, led by a RHIB chasing ahead.

"Nah, i prefer the pub. If i made the mistake to go the the casino i would leave with zero money. As for the nightclubs, i can't stand them. I own one in California. People just going there and jumping up and down. Anyway, the girls is a plus, the money too." Mike then receives a call. He picks it up/
" Hey Vernon what's up?"

"Boss, i have arranged you a meeting with an organization willing to partner with us. Tommorow at ten in the Marina."

"Okay, i'll be there." He hang up the phone wondering about this meeting. He doesn't need protection but can he trust them? He pays with his debit card and leaves for his hotel.

Back at the Hotel

He enters his room, thinking about what he can do to invest in Port Ember, smoking a cigarette and checking his books.

Kevin Lee rolled up to the Upperdeck car port and parked in an open spot. Climbing out he opened the trunk and moved his rifle to his weapon case before carrying it inside. Walking into the lobby, Kevin headed to the elevator and went up to the third floor to his room. Opening the door, he looked around and saw that Audrey was gone. As he put the case down, he noticed that there was a folded piece of paper on the table next to a covered platter. Walking over, Kevin opened the note and read it with a smile.

Kevin,

See you next time. I ordered dinner on your room bill and left half for you. Until our paths cross again.

Love, Audrey

After reading the letter, Kevin left the dinner in the tray and headed down to the bar for a drink. Walking in, he nearly staggered. Before him was one of the men from the warehouse. Taking a seat further down the bar, Kevin waved down the bartender.

"I'll take a slug of whiskey."

After reading the letter, Kevin left the dinner in the tray and headed down to the bar for a drink. Walking in, he nearly staggered. Before him was one of the men from the warehouse. Taking a seat further down the bar, Kevin waved down the bartender.

"I'll take a slug of whiskey."

Mike couldn't stand being alone in his room. He put on his jacket and got out. He took the elevator and proceeded to the bar. He look around, there were two men sitting in the bar. Before he sat on a stall he turns to the barman " Give me one barrel beer". He light up a smoke and got lost to his thoughts again.

As Port Ember does not produce its own whiskey (it only manufactures Rum and Beer), the barman poured and served Kevin Lee a high grade Scottish Whiskey, neat on the rocks. The barman did not ask for payment, as Mr Lee is a guest at the hotel, instead putting it directly on his room tab.

The barman looked at Mr Haze in a confused manner, not understanding the odd terminology of the foreigners. He instead decided on following his gut, a poured him a ice cold lager style beer from the ice tap, serving him a very famous locally produced beer named 'Ember Beer', a beer which has won many awards in its long history. The barman did not ask for payment, as Mr Haze is a guest at the hotel, instead putting it directly on his room tab.

Jolene just finished getting ready for tonight's party. And boy was she ready. The stunning women, stretched to 1.6m tall with a perfectly fit body, was wearing an extremely right red dress, emphasising her young tight and fit body. Her dress was quite short, putting emphasis on her beautifull long legs, while her heels made her calves and stern look their best.

This shocking red dress contrasted perfectly with her bleach blonde hair and strikingly blue eyes. Her lips were the same striking red as her dress, finished off with a pure diamand bracelet, necklace and earings. The diamands were small, to not look out of place on her small posture, but were definetely shining and screaming for attention.

When she was satisfied that she was ready, she climbed into her shiny black Reaver Super Diamand vehicle, with Arthur - her chaufeur driving her. Their destination - Malibu Club, Waterstad Borough. It was quite a drive from her beachside mansion in the Goldcoast Borough, but it was a peacefull beautifull drive , mostly along the coast. She did not truly pay attention to her gorgeous surroundings during the drive, instead typing away furiously on her smartphone.

"It will be done," Southall agreed, holding his hand out. "How will we contact each other in future?" He asked.

Southall could not have denied if asked, that he was incredibly excited about his gun. The revolver he had used in Prodava was very dear to him, good stopping power, as quick to reload as a revolver could be and damned pretty; if one could say that about a life-taking implement. He was certainly looking forward to having a new one. Many men would not agree, they would say that a replacement weapon would not enjoy the same sentiment as the original piece. For Southall, however, this was a boon; the new gun would not have seen the horrors the first one had witnessed. The Baron could only hope that his latest purchase would not see anything similar, although he sadly resigned to the knowledge that it would.

Caja giggled at being called 'walking art' and Kiana fell back a bit from her vanguard position, offering her arm to hook.

Still, as they crossed the street, Kiana could not help but ask herself, where was the one, who brought forth the idea to come here? Where were the O'Malley-Sons and their military friends?

I bent down, called unto the bridge, and spoke in clear and precise English, with only a hint of an accent: "Eagle Eye, this is Lustro, understood and confirmed. The first officer and me will receive you at the stern swimming platform and we will turn off our engines..." I nodded. "...now."
It was standard procedure back home.
Astern, around three minutes later, I stood with the top three buttons of my blouse open, next to the First Officer, a man by the name of Carbo, on the swimming platform - a small platform on almost sea level, from which one could board and jump off to go swimming in the ocean.
Of course, it was also perfectly suited to receive Coast Guard Boarding Parties.
