He would have to land at the Port Ember Megalopolis Air Base. Its located in Waterstad Borough. But he needs to stay in the Lilly Black Borough

Btw, there are 10 Cappuccinan ferries full of refugees (~1500 ppl in total) approaching the harbor of Port Ember, I'd imagine there'd be a response from the Emberian equivalent to a Coast Guard?

Right bud, so you are looking for a three story home yeah? Thats found in Suburbia in Waterstad. Only thing, its not 'outside' the city, sincr there is no 'outside'.. the borough stretches from coast to coast. If you want outside, its about 500km north.. or a ranch type mansion on the gold coast, but that will cost you a cool billion or two. But suburbia is a relaxed quite suburb away from the busy borough center and docks

But my personal recommendation is a traditional breakfast - eggs, toast, bacon, fried mushrooms and beef sausage, served with fruit juice and espresso.
