Short question, PE: What's the gun laws in Port Ember? Can I own a handgun there, a rifle, an automatic rifle or do I need a license for every kitchen knife?

Very liberal. You can own whatever you damm may want. The only applicable rules is as follows:
- No license required for any firearm.
- However each firearm must be reigistered, coupled to an owner. This was done as part of customs if you brougjt in a firearm.
- technically you may walk in public with your firearm.. BUT the cops will stop you if you walk around in public with something bigger than a handgun. They will ask you "what kind brother what kind" lol.

So in summary you may own whatever you want. But coppers wont like it if you walk around with something TOO menacing. Legal or not.

I see. So, what about import processes if you wish to sell? Except for tolls and customs, of course.

I mean, a moon base isn't too technologically advanced. It's really just farming+, since plants produce oxygen too and can feed animals, allowing for a varied diet. All it needs is fertiliser and hydroponic farming (both of which are already in use here on Earth, so it's fine), and bam, you have a moon farm. But sure.
