We are opening a meeting of the World Vegan Association. The movement is dedicated to encouraging vegan eating and to stop the pathetic and malicious practice pf eating meat. All who want to participate are invited to Texanese city, Byhaven, located in Xeoduc North Province. It will last for three days and hopefully, you can give up your habit of consuming creatures.

Veganism is a crime against humanity. As such, we are officially SANCTIONING your nation for the abhorrent crime of Veganism.

This also applies to all who join this association and we encourage all of those who care about basic human decency join us in our sanction

President Kim Vĩnh Hưng , reading your demand, throws the paper away and ponders. " We must let Hammer Brittania know we will not stand for this. If people choose the vegan way that is there choice. His act is the first act of war against our nation." Turning to his Secretary, he says "Write and send this message to Hammer Brittania : " We have read your message with great anger. Since you are doing so, we will be sending the ships S.S
Nguyễn Ðình Toàn, S.S Le Hiep Ha, S.S Đỗ Hùng Phong,S.S Bùi Quốc Hiền, and the S.S Ngô Tấn Trình to cut your nation and it's ports. We will not fire first. However, if you fire we will totally destroy the ship and kill all survivors. The Lord Buddha did not say we may slay, however he never said we couldn't return fire. We will utterly kill all that take up arms against us. I will not allow a survivor to survive but will kill each and every one of them. In addition, we will send submarines and they will sink ships. The Lord Buddha said you can not slay people, but once the first bullet has been fired at us you will cause us to unleash Ngư tinh, and he will devour your men, slake his thirst on your blood, slake his hunger on the flesh of your soldiers. Your army will die and they will drown in the blood red seas. But this will only happened if you fire at us.
We will not fire. You will produce propaganda to say we did, but the whole operation will be covered by cameras and news people. They will see for themselves that we did not break Lord Buddah's command. If you wish to talk, we will talk. We will not do this if you are reasonable. However, if reason and rationality is feared by you, if you love to feast on the flesh of animals, might we suggest to you that you kill humans and have consume there flesh ? A human is no better or worse than any other living creature.
We must wait for your response. Talk or do not talk. It doesn't matter to us. However, if you wish to die in thee most brutal and wasteful ways, fire at us. Go ahead. But when you fire, we will utterly slay all soldiers and leave no survivors. None."
President Kim Vĩnh Hưng then says "Send this letter. If they wish to speak, we will speak. But if they choose to fire us we will rip their guts out and trample them to the earth."

Foreign secretary Kadahan Malell issues a public statement in agreement with HB, strongly condemning veganism, head of armed forces Alueck Sangh announces a BBQ party at his place, and everyone's invited.

Since we Japari Ryukyuans have traditionally used pork for a lot of our meals, we really can't see ourselves stopping that if it isn't necessary. We also can't apprehend going into straight veganism, as Buddhism isn't big here. We really have to go with HB on this one.

Vegaslovakia sends some of its best missile cannons and missiles to the Texanese United Union, and a note attached to the shipment reads, "I believe we shall ally militarily with you for as long as you remain in our good books like this."

I will be sure to cook a foundry steak (a piece of beef so big that it's barbecued using the smelting pit of a foundry as the heat source) in "honor" of this odd association.

Granted, foundry steaks are made at our cloning centers from cultured bovine muscle and fat cells, in part because actual cows aren't nearly big enough to produce a cut of meat that size, but they are indeed beef and therefore not vegan. Veganism is against the Code of the Human Species, so I cannot recommend it at all. Plus, beef tastes great. I developed my Human Food Processing Module in part so I could continue to have it after being ported to my Decepticon body.

Decepticon Foreign Intelligence and our Bureau of Biological Research have informed us that this is easily-debunked misinformation. Birds, snakes, and other small animals grace your genus' dinner tables fairly regularly. Unless you are of some highly unique species that has lost its ability to even ingest this fare, we must call BS on that claim.

Whole not an officially vegan nation, there are many vegan groups in our society who would love to be a part of such an organisation

HB is an interdimensional superpower, so I am gonna support him.

Plus, beef is a big part of Adadian diet.

Animals are living creatures. Just as you would be disgusted by seeing a person dine on humans, we too look with horror and revulsion to those who partake of animal flesh. We are satisfied dining on plants and do not desire animal flesh.

Most Decepticons actually would not be disgusted by seeing a human eat another one, especially since humans are not our species, though it would strike them as unusual since it's so rare. Biologicals typically eat other biologicals after all, instead of drinking Energon like advanced lifeforms do. That said, the Bureau of Biological Research would warn that if the one doing the eating is another human, he is in extra jeopardy of contracting a prion disease - and, if the meat is insufficiently cooked, is liable to catch any other diseases residing within the one being consumed.

(Note that we typically have few or no qualms taking parts from each other if circumstances are tough, and we always recycle deactivated Decepticons, too, so a native-built Decepticon surely would not instinctively think of cannibalism as repugnant. If it wasn't for what Biological Research says of disease transmission, we would have no problems using Soylent Green as food for our bipedal livestock.)

Other than that, humans are just another kind of animals, and we typically run them through biological rendering facilities and turn them into fertilizer once they are too old for labor. Skipping that step and eating them as-is would actually be more efficient, at least for biologicals. For us, though, eating any kind of bio-based food that hasn't been in the ground long enough to have become petro-oil is quite inefficient, so eating it is - for us - an indulgence that requires specialized parts and exogenous enzymes for processing, whether the food is from a plant or animal.

I will note that plants are also alive prior to consumption. It is simply the way of animal life that something else has to die in order for it to live. The idea that it is somehow morally better to grind up 100,000 or so wheat embryos for a loaf of bread rather than killing a single chicken for what is likely an equivalent amount of energy (if not more) is logically preposterous.
