The Council of Permanent Representatives is one of the two primary legislative bodies of the Commonwealth of Free Nations. Composed of permanent representation from each member state, the CoPR is the primary initiator of legislation, and the main working body of the CFN. Like other CFN institutions, the CoPR conducts most of it work in the CFN facilities located Furby City, Furby Island.

Stanislav Lichvecký, the representative of the Federative Republic Radimostan and the current President of the Council, enters the meeting room makes a way to the President's table in the front.
"Order." He shouts as he prepares required documents.
"The first point of the agenda is to appoint the following officials of the Commonwealth of Free Nations; the Home Secretary; the Economic Secretary; and the Attorney-General."
He pauses for a moment and then continues.
"I ask the representatives of the CFN member states to present their candidates."

[Furbish Islands]

Wilford Haywood, the Furbish representative to the Council of Permanent Representatives, takes out his notes and begins reading out the Furbish nominees.
"The Furbish government would like to propose the following candidates:
-Secretary of economy: Ronald Odom, former DEUN economy commissioner
-Secretary of legal affairs: Byrne Marshall, former Furbish minister of justice
-Secretary of home affairs: Marinda Chandler, former Furbish minister of internal affairs, and current CFN secretary of home affairs"

[Merni]

Veite Feleso, the Mernian permanent representative, clears his throat.
"The Democracy of Merni does not wish to present any candidates at the current time."

[Vymar]

Hans Xherg, Vymar's permanent representative states "The United Federal Republic of Vymar does not wish to present any representatives at this time".

[Zeljunaar]

Heyz Deysemindaak, the Permanent Representative for the Realm of the Zeljunaar, leans forward.
"Der Dominion will gern einig forslaje dat Solgaaz Nahwaniik, den aktuellem Sekretairum for ekonomischens Saken, sett mid hisen Ambetstyd fort."

The Dominion would merely like to propose that Solgaaz Nahwaniik, the current Economic Affairs Secretary, continues his time as Secretary.

Isaac Rouse had been the permanent representative of the Unified Republic since the nation had voted to join the commonwealth. He was the foremost highest ranking official that had any dealings with the organization besides the President himself. He seats himself and upon his turn to speak:

“The Republic has several nominations that we’d like to present for voting. Firstly we introduce candidate, Henry Steed for Home Secretary. Mr. Steed spent twenty years serving within the National Office of Security Enforcement in multiple capacities; including as acting director for internal intelligence operations. We also introduce candidate, Rebecca Lawson for attorney-general, she was previously the chief federal attorney for the southern district of Inspire. Finally we nominate Richard Bullard for economic secretary. He previously served as the Secretary of the Treasury of the Unified Republic.”

"Believing that we have enough nominations for the Secretariat, we shall now proceed to the election. Let me present the choices of the Federative Republic of Radimostan."
