Kyrenaia wrote:Okan smiled at the offer to join Edward for lunch and if he was honest, it was tempting...
He wanted to reply, as he heard a man speak "Okan!", followed by an onslaught of words in Kyrenaian from the mouth of a man, who had flaming red hair and red eyes, who grinned as he hugged the Prince. He replied, a short conversation later, the new arrival turned to Edward.
"Is that so, Mister Dileva?", he asked with a smile and offered his hand for a shake, "That you invited us for lunch in the promenade?" He shook his head. "I'm afraid, that I will not be able to attend with my whole family. My daughters are in town, somewhere, doing as young women at a festival do. And, amongst us three, the prices are a bit hefty... no, how about you join us for lunch aboard the Takhatiy ?"
Okan nodded with an inviting smile.

The three lads smiled.
"Oh, you know the most important cities already!", Conner said with a smile, "Though, neither of those three. We met at the Clár Boarding School in Launceston. All three of us are actually from different places. I, for example, am from Conall Curach."
Eoin nodded. "I'm from Bodmin."
Fintan added: "Adhmaraice, or Riverwood, at the shores of Lake Mór, is the city I call my place-of-origin." He smiled at his friends. "Though my home is with those two lads!"
The others smiled.

Okan was very tempted by the offer from Dileva but before he could answer he was interrupted by his father... The Ilkhan of Megido, Dardan ibn-Shayan, as soon as he and his son ended their small conversation in their language he turned back to Edward with an smile and offered his hand for an shake of hands.

"It is Ilkhan ibn-Shayan, pleasure to meet you by the way" he told him smiling and shaking his hand, then he explained that his whole family won't be able to assist since his daughters were around town doing what an young woman would do in an festival and that the prices were... Not very good for the tourist which has an very tight budget and ironically that wasn't Edward's or his wife case but it is always good to save an penny if that's the case.

Then he asked if he would join them to eat in their ship. The Takhatiy.

"It would be an honor to join you to eat on your ship guys" he told them. "I hope it won't be an problem or there is one??"

It wasn't neither Silverport, Shella or Cuán; although for what Conner told her she already knew the three important cities already even so she never went to neither of those cities.
It resulted they met in the Cían Boarding School in the city of Launceston with Conner being from an place called Conall Curach, Eoin from Bodmin and Fintan from Riverwood in the Lake Mór area.

"That's an interesting mix of places from where you guys come from around the Free Lands, now I'm sure that you three have enjoyed many things together ever since you guys met" she said at them grinning. "Sorry if I ask this but... Have you guys have someone in home waiting for your return??"

Kyrenaia wrote:The Harira moved forward without further incidents, and moved into position.
Anchor dropped and sails brought up, she laid more or less still and the Sultana smiled at both Marcella and Aurelia. "My dears, it has long been since I felt this safe on any vessel.", she complimented, kissing first her granddaughter, then her girlfriend onto the forehead. "Thank you. You two are a wonderful team."
Aurelia blushed at the compliments.

"Heheh well thank you, Ma'am and what a pleasure it was to be on crew for such a lovely ship! I'm glad you felt at ease with me, I'm sure I would have also done you proud if I had been at the helm. Aurelia is the best!"

Kyrenaia wrote:Atif, unaware of Asuna's thoughts, smiled. "Thanks.", he said, "They say, that the eyes are the windows into the soul. When I see into your eyes... I see a vast ocean, not calm, but always in motion, beautiful and ever-changing... I would love to see the bottom of that ocean."
His smile turned a bit sheepish as he became aware of the involuntary innuendo, which he had produced.

Asuna blushed madly "We-well I'm very flattered indeed. Not that I'd mind of course....Just unusual, most would say that for someone who has blue eyes."

Kyrenaia wrote:Marla nodded.
"A wise man knows, that he still has much to learn.", she quoted, "Prince Okan always says that. He's nice and really, really wise!" She smiled. "He reads a lot, so that's to be expected. I still have much to learn, he always says, but he does, too."

"Funny, I think my father says something to that too. Well he loves every old proverb he can muster and throw out to motivate people or me. Sounds like The Prince has a good head on his shoulders... Oh my... " She giggled "Well that is something my father certainly says all the time!"

Kyrenaia wrote:Mahmut smiled, bowing his head lightly to the shop's employees and caught up to the girl.
He smiled.
"So... caught something nice for everyone?", he asked.

"Oh well, yes I did. Found something for everyone to like. And also, the clerk told me of something else I can put my money to use for. A donation to a choir I think it was." She was red in the face now as she offered up some of her spare cash on hand to the Prince "I'd be grateful if they were to accept a donation from me!"

"Yeah, I really do," Spiciness admitted. "Not that I ever learn... this sort of stuff is pretty normal for the two of us. We just like making trouble." He gave her a sly wink. "But there's something else I'd rather make a mess... in." He looked very slightly away, as though unsure if he did say what he said, & remained silent & solemn until she began moving again, deep in thought & unsure of himself. He prided himself on his bond with Seafood, & with what had happened, he felt as though he had betrayed it — it wasn't right for him to not have accompanied his boyfriend, or that he hadn't recognized that he was in trouble earlier. Though he had insisted on being alone, it should've been obvious, & Spiciness looked down with a grim expression as he mulled over his failures. However, it vanished soon enough when he masked it over with a blank, almost bored expression as he awaited for their journey to end.

Ilia nodded.
"That is of advantage, yes.", he said, leaning forward slightly, "You know, one of my flight school teachers told a story to us, from the early days of aerial refuelling. He flew a repurposed bomber, had tons of fuel aboard and fighters to refill. So, he extended his boom, the two fighters approach. They dock, fuel flows, all goes well.
Until a gust of wind hits the whole arrangement, lots of wind, letting one of the fighters touch the fuel line with his propeller blade. And the line went up in tatters, as did the blade. Fuel spilled everywhere, emptying one of the tanks, flowing in gushes over the now propeller-less plane, the pilot panics and fires his rockets.
The rockets miss the repurposed bomber, but the fuel ignites. A flame cocoon engulfes the fighter for a few seconds, then he falls out of the sky smoking, but in one piece and with the pilot alive. He bails and survives... only to land in a tower.", he finished the story. "The nightmare of my class ever since."

"Ouch! exclaims Frank when he hears the Prince describe the accident. That sounds awfully similar to the death of Captain Jeff "Kooch" Kuss, don't you agree guys? he asks to his three wingmates, earning nods of approval.
-Captain Jeff Kuss was the Opposing Solo pilot of the Imperial Navy flight demosntration squadron, the Blue Angels, explains Thomas. He died on June 2nd 2016, at the Great Tennessee Air Show in Smyrna. He performed a Split-S maneuver too low, which caused him to eject, but his parachute was engulfed in flames, and he fell to his death."
