Which is why it is such a wonderful place to read about, to be honest, because you have to think and make the contexts to what you know from what you read previously and thus relate everything together - doesn't take away the weirdness either. Alright, people, as the Harbour Race draws near, I would like to talk about how we're going to do it. First of all, to my knowledge, Moscareinas' Corazon and Bruke's Debarwa are the only two player-vessels participating. As such, I propose the following solution:
We will make it simple. These two vessels will come in first or fourth. I will flip a 2-Euro-Coin to decide, which will be which. The second and third place will be filled randomly by NPC-vessels. I will describe it as very close calls between first and fourth place, though.
Would you two be alright with that?

There are a few stairs nearby, going down to a dock for smaller boats and dinghies, but keep in mind, that it is a harbour - not the cleanest of waters, despite best tries to change that. Fishing might not be the best idea.

EDIT: I mean, it's wonderful, that you want to participate in the Parade, but don't worry about the race. The original draft actually called for only Kyrenaian vessels to participate, but I changed my mind.

While we're at it, and since it might be some a useful info for my next post - would the Milenka be suitable for participation in the Parade, too? (For the race definitely not, but parades are different, of course ^^).

If your ship swims and is sail-driven, it is allowed to participate in the parade. If you need an auxiliary engine to not be left in the wake, then you are cleared, too. Only vessels not allowed are those, which are completely driven by an engine.

As for Moscareinos, I will write the race tomorrow. If he hasn't given a word until then, he will take fourth place.

And with that, the race is finished! Anyone, who wanted his/her characters to watch it, can retcon him-/herself in at their own discretion. However, participation in the race is not possible anymore.

She is also flying a courtesy flag which is the national ensign of the nation hosting the Luna Mysteria, this is from the mast signalling wires.

Indeed she is - but the two officials won't know that. They only know the Luna from the form and haven't seen her or the flags. For them, its a standard offer for such occasions.
