Ace's Bizarre Adventure (Private)

The flickering light from earlier seemed to be just by the water.

They found Ace kneeling in front of an unconscious Albert, who seemed to be giving off smoke all over despite the fact that he was visibly not burnt. His hair was disheveled, his visor fallen off, and he was a little scuffed up anyways. Ace turned and his eyes widened.

They found Ace kneeling in front of an unconscious Albert, who seemed to be giving off smoke all over despite the fact that he was visibly not burnt. His hair was disheveled, his visor fallen off, and he was a little scuffed up anyways. Ace turned and his eyes widened.

The gang immediately rushed over to Ace and Albert and ganged up in front of him. Goldenheart seemed to be somewhat distraught at the unconscious Albert, looking to see if he was under any sort of physical harm before assessing the situation, eyeing him up.

"Oh, dios mio, thank God I- er, we, found you!" Quickfist said, running up to hug Ace, but hesitating at the last moment because of Albert.

"How the hell did you live?" Guido asked. "...and what happened to El Alberto?"

Ace was mildly irritated by the overwhelming amount of physical contact but decided to let them have the moment anyways. He dusted off his poncho and crossed his arms.

"Ol' Sparky here caught me 'fore I hit the water. Soon as he put me down, I saw his whole firey-thingy crackle and burst off of 'em. Was some lightnin' n' shit there. Fell over at the same time." Ace explained. He shrugged and leaned back against the wall.

Albert wasn't hurt as far as she could tell, though he was remarkably hot to the touch. His palms had a minor electrical charge in them and were scorchingly hot.

"Oh, dear... well, good news is that he just seems to be in an unconscious state." Goldenheart said as she went to put her palm on her forehead. "All we need to do is just-- AGH, GOD MOTHERFUCKING DAMNIT!" She screamed as the touch had burned her hand a little, the blood elf quickly covering her mouth after the words erupted.

"...ohhh, er... oops. Sorry. It usually doesn't come out like this. Oh, goodness me..." Goldenheart pleaded with a badly-hidden smile.

Guido had a bit of a laugh for a moment before turning around. "Dios mio, you used to tell us off all the time for our gambling, our smoking, our potty mouths, but you've grown one yourself, hm?" he joked before the van pulled back up. "Alright, amigos, let's head back to base. Honestly, I really, REALLY don't feel like going through any more of that shit."

Klawguttah would then grab the K.O'd Albert by the ankles and pick him up, dragging him for a brief moment until Goldenheart motioned him to cease as Salazar crawled out of the van, hands covered in the coolant grease as he went to pick him up by the palms, only to yank back and scream in pain. He later tried again as he picked him up by the back of the head and walked into the van, laying him on an unfolded bed for the moment.

Ace sighed and took his hat off as he sat down in the van. "Y'know, we keep sneakin' our way outta these by the skin of our teeth." Ace commented. "Gotta rely on someone hoppin' in outta nowhere. We gotta shake things up.

"Well, yeah, we got to! Something's obviously up here... it's not normal for things to go like this all the time." Guido asked.

"Well, what can we say?" Aguila commented, whilst eating what appeared to be a bunch of glowberries. "They always seem to have had the drop on us somehow."

"Yeah, but as far as we're concerned, we've dropped them like flies everytime. I mean, Diablo got taken out by this new girl and her blunderbuss, Sinyail got eaten by a giant tree and Ikhal was done in well by Ace, so if we just get our shit together and take this seriously, we'll be able to squish the next lot like bugs." Quickfist planned.

"Well, what can we say?" Aguila commented, whilst eating what appeared to be a bunch of glowberries. "They always seem to have had the drop on us somehow."

"Yeah, but as far as we're concerned, we've dropped them like flies everytime. Ace sighed and his eyes widened at what he perceived to be a strange shift in his personality. "We need ta get stronger."

"Yeah, sorry, whatever. Anyways, we need to switch things up. Train up, you know?" Guido insisted.

"Yeah, well... I guess it couldn't hurt to maybe get ourselves into shape. I mean, there's good training center right across near the apartments." Quickfist stated before Salazar came along out of his cocoon. "Actually, wait, on another thing, we do need a bit of an upgrade in terms besides our physique."

Salazar then crawled down and placed down the hologram device. "I know somebody who can make us some extra fancy gadgets to help us. Been a whilse since we last talked, but I promise you, he won't let us down."

"I though we had Ace's little friendo Solange to help us in the technology department?" Zorro mentioned.

"Yeah, but she's the type who's gonna charge us interest. She's ACE'S thing, not ours, right?" Salazar replied.

Guido sighed. "You know what? You're right. We've nearly fucked up the last bunch. If this scenario hadn't had you or wizard guy or Reinhardt-"

"Goldenheart." the blood elf interrupt

As they talked, Albert fidgeted, and his eyelids twitched the slightest. He was beginning to come to, though he was visibly quite uncomfortable for some reason or another.

"Yeah, well, if you ever feel like you need a sort of steam-power super-punching arm that can take out 5 inches of steel like nothing, you can always come to us." Salazar mentioned

As Albert started showing signs of awakening, Goldenheart immediately rushed over and looked above him. "Oh, dios mio! Are you okay? Can you hear me? Can you feel any pain?"

"Yeah, well, if you ever feel like you need a sort of steam-power super-punching arm that can take out 5 inches of steel like nothing, you can always come to us." Salazar mentioned

As Albert started showing signs of awakening, Goldenheart immediately rushed over and looked above him. "Oh, dios mio! Are you okay? Can you hear me? Can you feel any pain?"

"Sol can get me that without the steam. Just you watch." Ace boasted, as he began to call Solange.

Albert groaned and slowly opened his eyes. "Goldenheart...I can..." He'd groan with a wince of pain and shuffle a bit. "...hear you just fine."
