"Well, Monsa is a christian nation. It was a Greek style city-state however over it's history is kind of like Malta if your familiar, expect Catholicism is less ingrained in Monsa's Culture" Allison tried to explain in a comparative way." Allisa said.

"Hi Fiore, so tell me a little about yourself" Allisa said.

"Interesting. We learn about the Ancient Greeks in school and about how then we were considered Libya" said Fatimah.

"Ah,Do you know if there's a History Club here, I don't know how or if clubs work at school, because I used to have Private Teachers."

"Interesting, Well I should probable tell you about me I'm 15, The second kid of my father the King, and I grew up in Shayla City, the capital of Monsa. I love history and will probably end up working in the Foreign Ministry."

"Hey, I'm also 15. Ooh so you're a princess then? Well that's pretty neat. And the fact you want to work in your Foreign Ministry is great too. We call that the State Department here. Well that doesn't matter much, just a fun fact I thought I'd say. I'm not sure what I want to do really when I'm done with school. I'm sure I'll figure it out sooner or later. Maybe I'll be a baker or something, I do like cooking and making food."

"Oh, braw! I'll see if I can talk to her about joining, thanks!

Elizabeth slices another piece of the beef, and eats it.

"Pity for the other clubs, though. Makes me awfy hesitant to organize a stats club," she chuckled, "And that's the language you were greetin' me with. Real nice, that, an aw' for it bein' widely spoken throughout your province. Speaking of languages, I also speak Scots and Korean, if by chance, you cannae tell that I'm half Scottish, half Korean."

"Yeah join, they always love having new members and she'll set you up and make you feel welcome." Past her tan complexion it might be difficult to spot a blush on her cheeks. "Oh nice, mixed family huh? That's pretty nice. I like your accent, it's got character."

"Very well, follow me." Elly-Mae hopped off the table where she was sitting with her classmates and beckoned Alyssia to follow her. Down the corridor and up the stairs they went. Elly-Mae struck up a little conversation. "Excited about starting here? I hope so it's a good school."

"As you wish.", Alyssia responded upon the pleading of Elly-Mae & her classmates.

As Alyssia had been following Elly and her fellow classmates, Elly had struck a conversation regarding Alyssia's enrollment, "Why yes, although I'm quite nervous if I may say so. However, this is my challenge as a representative of my country, to get accommodated with different environments and people alike... Would mind telling me the history of the academy?" - Alyssia had replied.

Britta continued eating and listened with interest, quickly seeing how similar Amelie's and her own reasons to come here were.
She nodded. "My great interest in history and foreign cultures was surely helpful, too" - she said. "Another good reason to come here. This is also why my teachers were very fond of that idea. My parents supported it, too ... I mean, since I rarely was at home, anyways, there isn't really a difference for them whether I'm in Vartrup, a hundred kilometers from home, or in Kuronami, several thousand kilometers from home." She had to snort. "We aren't rich, either, but we don't need to turn each penny twice, so it wasn't much of a problem."

Amelie was kinda concerned when Britta told her about her parents didn't cared wharever she was in her original school or here in Redford, but she prefered to keep that opinion to herself. Britta continued saying that she wasn't rich but that they needed to think in the expenses and that. In other words that money wasn't an problem for her.

"I see, well my studies here are being payed by The Ministry of Education of my nation and my family" she says eating an simple cinnamon roll with her coffee. "They even have allowed me to come and study here for all the year until I graduate if I want, which is something that I would surely do. And you, do you plan to stay all year or just part of it??"

And I'm serious when I say this: when my mum saw that when I couldnae let go of it, coupled with English, while teaching me Korean, she threatened to divorce my dad and stay in Joyonghea for the rest of her life. She claimed she was just kiddin' afterwards, but to me, she sounded like she wasn't off her head about it."

That really perked up Fiore's spirits more. By the sound of it, Mona was planning on a long term stay here. Some students probably came for a semester others might attend the remainder of their high school experience here, like Fiore. "Oh good question. I think there are some good lakes nearby. But I can't remember too well. i'm sure we'll be able to find out."

I grinned.
"Wonderful! Then I already know what we'll be looking for on our first long-range walkies!", I said with a grin, "I plan to stay here for at least one school year, so that might be an important point..." Let me add, that I was not psychic or something, but I saw, that Fiore's spirits perked up at the possibility of me staying for a while. Maybe I would indeed establish this Walkies-Club, instead of joining a history club. "...even if its only the two of us, it should be fun."
And maybe, over the course of that year, my 'argumentation amplifiers' would start to finally, bloody grow...

"Sure, I'd love to tag along." She gathered her plate and stood with her friend. Walking along they deposited their plates on the return bin and she followed to find the pup. Treating him like a king giving him gentle pets and scratches behind his ears or a rub of the belly if he'd roll on his back for them. "Aww so adorable. Hi puppy!" One girl snapped a picture with her phone "Oh does he belong to you?" they asked when Mona and Fiore approached. "He's so cute! He reminds me of my own doberman at home!"

Then, I went back to the entrance, where I ordered Bhuf to stay. He would usually, if he strayed, not stray too far. In any case, maybe a pretty girl caught his attention and he found a supplementary source for petting while I ate, that little traitor.

"My over-sized puppy." I grinned at Fiore, then at the girl, settling down next to Bhuf and motioning for my newly found friends to settle down next to him as well. "So, you said, that you have a Doberman back home?"

I smiled and deposited my plate where it needed to go.

"See, he's mugging for the camera! He's such a silly dog! Dobermans are usually thought of as aggressive guard dogs but our Charlie he's too much of a softy. You give him a slice of ham he'll be putty in your hands. Oh anyway, I'm Bridget Honda. Sophomore. Are you both freshman?"

"Well, I am." Fiore replied, "But this is Mona she's an exchange student."

"Oooh well welcome to Kuronami, Mona and welcome to Redford ---!

"Oh, Fiore is fine."

"Fiore. Welcome both of you."
