Fiore cooed a bit when Mona mentioned she lost her mom but she did best to not dwell on it. "Well glad he's your pal and by your side. So guess there might be a few others here with pets of their own."

I nodded, swallowing my current bite.
Then I replied, with my mouth emptied: "I think, I saw some on the station.", I told her with a firm nod, "It'll be fun... any who knows, maybe Bhuf manages to bring a bit of Grey Wolf DNA into the world!" I grinned at that thought. "Fun aside, I am assuming, that there will be other canines here, so I am hoping, that he gets along with them... I would hate for him to get into barking fights with other students' pets."

"Very well, follow me." Elly-Mae hopped off the table where she was sitting with her classmates and beckoned Alyssia to follow her. Down the corridor and up the stairs they went. Elly-Mae struck up a little conversation. "Excited about starting here? I hope so it's a good school."

I nodded, swallowing my current bite.
Then I replied, with my mouth emptied: "I think, I saw some on the station.", I told her with a firm nod, "It'll be fun... any who knows, maybe Bhuf manages to bring a bit of Grey Wolf DNA into the world!" I grinned at that thought. "Fun aside, I am assuming, that there will be other canines here, so I am hoping, that he gets along with them... I would hate for him to get into barking fights with other students' pets."

Fiore nodded "Oh yeah, well I imagine you raised your pup well he'll do all right. Guess it's hard for animals to always acclimate to new places and other animals they're not used to." She was guessing she didn't know much really.

Allison ended up reaching a cab to reach dinner. After a while of speeches from the student council. Dinner commenced, Allison was quick to eat, as she figured the opening feast is one of the best moments to get embraced in the culture of Kuronami. She looked around for any other students that looked to be part of the exchange program.

[Folaisia]

"bonan vesperon." She greeted back when greeted. "Or rather good evening. I hope our assembly wasn't super boring. They have us in the council all introduce ourselves and that fun stuff. Personally I'm not very good with speeches."

"No, no, no. It's actually interestin'," she answered, shaking her hands as if to block something harmful, "Well captivatin' given your friendly approach, if I may be frank. But, what caught me on was the fact that the lassie named Elly-Mae is more of a math person. I ought to talk to her sometime if I need help or such, even though I basically can take well care of myself with Prob and Stats. As for speeches, I know the feelin'. You get so damn well nervous in front of the audience, you cannae make out what words you wanna say. Reeks of horrid stress, I should say."

Elizabeth stares at her for a while, up to the extent where she would seem like she's dozing off the space.

"You get what I said, right," she smirked with a hint of fear imprinted on her face.

Fiore nodded "Oh yeah, well I imagine you raised your pup well he'll do all right. Guess it's hard for animals to always acclimate to new places and other animals they're not used to." She was guessing she didn't know much really.

"It is. For Grey Wolves, at least.", I replied to Fiore, cutting a piece of my roast, "They are quite local and take a lot of time to get used to changes in scenery. For as long as I can remember I've always had this nightmare where I get up on stage to give a speech and then wretch! You think it'd be the cliche I have no clothes on or something but no it's way more revolting."

"Hi Alisson" said Fatimah Al Gaddafi before telling Marie(she is online now) "answer my question or we fight, are you an Islamaphobe?"

"Hi Fatimah. I did end up catching that video, and it was pretty good." Allison said

I let a beat pass, blowing onto my piece of roast to cool it a bit before it vanished in my mouth.
"Maybe we can make a Club out of it?", I asked, grinning, "The Walkies-Club! Meeting every day for walkies and playing with canine and feline and other -ine companions."
The bite vanished in my mouth, while I ignored some other girls trying to start something.
The Shieldmaiden in me sighed. Such impudence..., I thought.

"No trouble." She moved over a bit to allow her to slide in beside her. "Nice to meet you, Allison. I'm Fiore." With this Fatima girl making a ruckus Fiore interjected a moment, "Miss Fatima, you better cool yourself, you'll get into serious trouble."

"It would be my pleasure!", I said with a cheer, "And Bhuf would love to as well. I have a few outdoor toys with me as well, so he not only walks, but also can play. It should be fun!"
I let a beat pass, blowing onto my piece of roast to cool it a bit before it vanished in my mouth.

"I signed up for the history club. I will also run next year. I would cool myself but I think this girl is Islamaphobic. If she isn't I wont fight her" said Fatimah.

"And summer and autumn and winter, the Steady Rhythm of the Seasons, which the Selkie live by.", I said to Fiore with a nod, still ignoring Fatima - Bhuf had been right, she was trouble. And her religion wasn't even the problem, it was all her. Still, I continued to speak: "But from what I read, the seasons here are pretty... I wonder if there is a swimming spot near here for summer excursions into a river or lake..."

"Well, Monsa is a christian nation. It was a Greek style city-state however over it's history is kind of like Malta if your familiar, expect Catholicism is less ingrained in Monsa's Culture" Allison tried to explain in a comparative way." Allisa said.

That really perked up Fiore's spirits more. By the sound of it, Mona was planning on a long term stay here. Some students probably came for a semester others might attend the remainder of their high school experience here, like Fiore. "Oh good question. I think there are some good lakes nearby. But I can't remember too well. i'm sure we'll be able to find out."

"Hi Fiore, so tell me a little about yourself" Allisa said.

"Oh me? Well let's see...I'm from a pretty small town, probably about the size of Foxtrot here just without a high end boarding school on it's heels. Well it has a good high school but this school is a family tradition. Youngest of three older brothers. I enjoy music, well I guess most do, doing cats cradle. Reading is good too."

Speaking of languages, I also speak Scots an' Korean, if by huge chance, you cannae tell that I'm half Scottish, half Korean."
