Newsreader: And finally, the UPT entry for WorldVision 69 has been confirmed. WorldVision 69 is widely expected to be fully of risque entries, but has comedian Dorothy Titun gone too far with her song Ivor Won't You Wax Your Crack? Over to our entertainment correspondent, Alica Mankey.

Alicia: Yes. I spoke to Dorothy earlier, she didn't have time to do a full interview, but she told me that it's an answer song to the Ivor Biggun classic Dorothy Please Trim Your (bleep) and that there's no such thing as a song too filthy, only a listener too prudish.

Newsreader: Well, let's hope she doesn't go too far or Terry will be spraying his coffee over the commentator's mic! For those who haven't heard the original, what's the music like?

Alicia: Well, it's in the old novelty song tradition. George Formby, Billy Murray, that kind of thing. Dorothy's ignoring the current UPT music trend of classically-inspired ballads, of course.

The HCTIB presents...

This is Hlhata States' bid for WorldVision 69. Welcome to Pen Island, the capital city of The Hlhata States! This lush, hardened and modern city is filled to the brim with white rivers and sleek architecture. There is a lot to do in this city, with a delicious selection of food, such as filled buns, famous Saucy sausages and even the prestigious banana split! There is also an erect nightlife, with nightclubs and plenty more!

History wise, the city was made in 8====AD, making it the oldest city around! The city has a rich past of slavery and torture, making it a perfect candidate to host!

Stage wise, we have gone for a simple yet elegant stage which really shows off Hlhataneseian culture. The huge arena can seat 25, being able to cram in 300-350 more if you really squeeze in. The pole in the middle is also sturdy if you want to use it. However, the stage has no pyros, sparks etc. and no LEDs and only a couple spotlights, it'll really make the song and staging count! However, a new feature you can use is the use of white foam which can spray onto the stage or audience. It is also a very sustainable tool as it is produced locally by our bachelors who are a white foam making machine!



Host wise, we just got some stripper off the street.

That's right! Ladies and gentlemen, LacTV presents the official Lactatian bid to host the 69th Worldvision Song Contest in the nation-renowned city of Tampon Bay - the only city in Lactatia where tourists actually leave feeling only slightly disturbed! Lactatia is no stranger to the contest, having debuted in WV25, but has never actually managed to host the most popular singing competition in the Multiverse. All that Lactophobia ends today, with this bid!

Of course, with it being the infamous 69th edition, everybody expects the absolute worst from Lactatia, especially considering some of Lactatia's strange customs, however in Lactatia, the 69th of each month symbolizes a period of celibacy. That being said, Lactatia graciously accepts cultures from all over the Multiverse and therefore the official slogan, Discover a Hidden Passion, represents the clashing of many different cultures in the city of Tampon Bay during this exciting time! During the period of Worldvision, Lactatia expects no less than twenty-five different cultures to be immersed in the Lactatian way of life. In Lactatia, one may discover something about themselves and/or the people around them that had been previously unknown to them. Perhaps it's a hidden talent? Or possibly one may discover entirely new interactions they could have with the people around them, like a new handshake!

The city of Tampon Bay, Lactatia, is geographically positioned adjacent to the Scarlet Sea and is the Westernmost city above 3 inhabitants in the nation. Tampon Bay has a lot of districts. Like, seriously, a crap ton. There's the Izmedu District, the Crazybloxian District, and much much more! Should Lactatia win the bid, the 69th Worldvision Song Contest will be held in the Indo States District, pictured here. The Indo States District is home to many of Tampon Bay's music festivals and child beauty pageants and is often regarded as the "cultural center" of the city.

Apart from that, Tampon Bay has two airports, one of which supports international travel. Being a coastal city, the Department of Lactation Public Transit (DLPT) urges visitors to travel via ship to Tampon Bay. Several luxury hotels are conveniently situated along the coast and travel between the harbor and the hotels should be relatively easy and quick!



The Indo States district is actually pretty large, and quite safe. In fact, people are bred here with specific chromosomes or something, so they're like blow-up dolls, but human. But the venue, Ramsey Arena, seats a total of 29,029 people, and is the second-largest arena in Lactatia. There will also be watch parties organized along the outskirts of the arena for those who aren't able to watch inside the stadium. It's probably going to hail or something, but that's alright!





The stage is actually super duper cool lol. In the image above, one will be able to see the stages (hah) of development for the proposed stage, with the third and largest image being the final design. There are two back LED screens, and a platform along one of the screens where artists and dancers will be able to walk on it, allowing for super cool angles, I promise.

There're als othree fountains on the ground-level of the stage, because water jets are pretty fun, yeah? Milk is also available upon request.

Apart from that, pyrotechnics, lazers, and all the fun WV stagey stuff is all included in this stage.



For the postcards that we'll actually have the participating nation's flag will be overlayed onto the male or female head from the logo, and the words will be changed to allow for a more personal feel. These postcards stay true to the contest's overall theme, and the Lactatian delegation hopes that every culture is able to share each others' passion on Worldvision night!

The scoreboard will be designed similar to the one above, but with WV69's results, obviously.
