So, we are here to discuss what CubeSat your nation would sending.
- Code: Select all
Satellite Name: The name of your CubeSat
Institute: The university selected by your gov's space agency to build the CubeSat
Country: Duh...You
Launch: The thing that will propel your CubeSat to the stars (nah...just the Earth's thermosphere). As far as I know, Alteran Republics, Corindia and Polar Svalbard are the only space capable nation right now with launch vehicles. Alesini, Bhumidol and Covonant are former TWI nations that I used ICly to shoot my load into space.
Size: Not in kg...2U and 3U is preferred for IslesNet project
IslesNet Sensor: Choose one of the following
Set 1
Ion-Neutral Mass Spectrometer (INMS)
Thermistors/thermocouples/RTD (TH)
Set 2
Flux-Φ-Probe Experiment (FIPEX)
Thermistors/thermocouples/RTD (TH)
Set 3
multi-Needle Langmuir Probe (m-NLP)
Thermistors/thermocouples/RTD (TH)
BTW, while I say that each nation is allowed only one CubeSat, the Yeti-2 is an In-Orbit Demonstration (IOD) and does not have IslesNet sensors mentioned above. AMCube-3 on the other hand uses Flux-Φ-Probe Experiment (FIPEX). Hence the reason why AM has two CubeSats here.
