If you just want to Have a conversation

I just want to make this so people can just talk to people from other regions Because I think it would be cool to have an "international" RMB right? So if you just want to talk/have a conversation, you can do so. ANd I know that is what the purpose of fours was but I still think it would be cool to just have a platform where the main subject is to just talk about subjects.
