As long as it's an program open for everyone,including high school students,I'm in.

-Approval by dean, 85+ GPA

For below University:
-Approval by parents and principal, 90+ GPA.

I am thinking about hosting something like that in the future (most likely, if at all, 2019) either in the Free Lands or abroad in Kyrenaia. Although Kyrenaia is an absolute monarchy, one would sometimes think, that dissent is encouraged, especially if it is well-argued dissent.

I'm currently marking Elliot & Carrie to meet... eventually. But I don't want to rush it — I don't think I can nor should drag out their plotline too much.

For Selkie, its a bit differently. At times, the people of Cuan complain about the high military presence and there's only a squadron plus a few additional units stationed near the town. One often wonders there, how the people of Wembury are feeling, considering, that half of the SDF-Navy is stationed there.

If so, I'll probably begin posting again if the roleplay starts dying down or at some point after the first evening scene, to set the proper setting for the awkwardness that Elliot will be encountering. It's a one-day-festival, yes. But please, if you want him to encounter much awkwardness, throw me a TG - there are enough Selkie-ways to arrange for that.
