Hon Macúbe hurried into the newly built Council Chamber. The smell of fresh paint was in the air. He noticed that he was the only ambassador in the room and left to find his colleagues. As one of the more influential figures in the creation of the Treaty, he hoped that the official ratification process could take place soon.

Reyndile Velareloth, the newly appointed ambassador for the Council arrived in the council chambers. She knew it was an important assignment for Iosnil, after all Samaj was the heavy hitter when it came to the legality of the treaty Iosnil was one of the key players on the proposed security council that would run adjacent to the treaty.

She walked over to the Samaj ambassador, “fine day for a treaty signing wouldn’t you agree?”

"Oh yes!" Hon said. "All the pens are ready". While being a relatively unknown figure, the ambassador was actually one of the powerful forces in Samaj, who had the power to push his nation on to the world stage.

“I think that this is one for the history books Mr ambassador” Reyndile said smiling. “ it’s good to see that our tiny corner of the world can join together to make a big change”

Wijaya Anung arrived in the Council Chamber, accompanied by his entourage, having been sent by President Susanto himself to represent Samudera in this momentous moment. He hoped to gain some support, and maybe, leverage, in this newly formed organisation. Looking sideways, he found two delegates talking with each other. He preferred to stay in his secluded corner, at least for now.

Macúbe noticed the lone ambassador. "Good morning" he said, noticing the entourage, "You must be..." There was a short pause as he scrambled through some notes. "Wijaya Anung."

Reyndile turned to the new arrival and extended her hand “greeting ambassador Ling Welcome to the councils chambers.”

Julian Degas walked into the Council Chambers, accompanied by two aides.

"Let's see who the guy in charge is," he says to his aides, and proceeds towards the other delegates.

"Perfect. I will be the coordinator between us and the Masurbian government. We hope for these relations to be long-lasting."
