Three Amenrian noblewomen, Zhihao and two of her half sisters, Hanbyeol and Akane arrived on the island Corona by sea. The coastal, tropical air was all too familiar to them, being born in the resort-like harem of the Asian empire. "Ooh, this beach is so nice, it's like at home!" remarked Hanbyeol, cheerfully tugging at Zhihao's arm. Zhihao simply nodded and smiled. "Yes, yes it is. Don't get too excited though." Akane was looking around, not saying a thing nor changing her straight face. "Come on, Akane." The eldest of the trio called out to the youngest. They walked over to the nearest road to fetch a cab and head over to the resort they booked.

Aurelia was a bit overwhelmed, only getting in, that she didn't want to stay the night and the salt water sounded good, not having the chance to interject, that it was fine about Aldhiyb.
"Ah, yes, I take the shower as well. He really needs it.", Aurelia said with a small smile, taking a moment to restart. Public baths in Kyrenaia were equally confusing, she imagined, and especially on a day like this. "And the thing about the private room was right, I don't need the night to stay." She let a beat pass. "If I'm not a complete looser at Maths, that means, that I owe you 77 Island Credits, right? Please lead the way, Miss Ren."
It was true, Aurelia was not the best at Maths, but simple calculations should be right. She hoped, at least.
Following Ren, she motioned for her Sand Wolf to stay in the changing room, where he sat down in a corner and rolled up, taking a nap. It was hot, with which he had little problems, but the humidity got to him, Aurelia thought. She would have to organize something to drink for him, she thought, as she kissed him between the ears and then nodded to Ren.

Monday, August 27, 2018 - The First Day
Aceus Elurion, King of Danceria

Port Aurora Village Square, 3:00 PM

Deciding on the hakama, haori, and geta combination, he paid the fee and went to the baths. Thankfully, he found a map and after a bit of navigation, he began to get used to something between a high-heel and a sandal. From what he read, they were more versatile and durable than their zōri counterparts, but Valar's sake it was awkward and humorous looking to walk around in them. Entering the establishment, he noticed that it was rather busy. No doubt all the tourists were eager to wash up and prepare for tonight's festival. Glancing over the menu, he decided a simple, private shower and shave would suffice, he was just cleaning up before staying at the shrine.

Picking up a magazine, and keeping his newly purchased clothes close by, Aceus waited for the attendant to return to the front counter.

A desk with an oil lamp and stationary there. A large closet. "There's a couple of futons in there as well as two pull out beds for whatever suits your taste. You have a private bath in there but you're still welcome to use the public ones as well. She opened the drapes more to let in extra light and give a view of a forest of palm trees just outside. "Great little place to walk."

"Oh I'm sorry, Sir but we cannot take credit cards, cash only. That said we do take most foreign currencies, just about everything is stronger than the Island Credit. But worse comes to worse I could even spot you a little, I really don't mind helping someone out, especially a visitor to our humble lands. Now for clothing we have quite a bit, I don't know what styles you are looking for or anything but we have traditional clothes you would see here on the islands, a yukata or kimono are popular for festival time here and Animalpolis. We also have a classic sarong which is very popular in Corona. If you are looking for more mmm modern for lack of words we do have some things in that are imported but keep in mind for imported goods I can only help so much those are generally more expensive. But we have denim, regular t shirts and tanks. Swim trunks or simple trunks. Well ones men can wear even if not swimming and some women wear them too. Of course rain gear but you probably won't need that unless you're here for a good long stay."

Right now Corona was a little less busy compared to the hustle of Aurora. Tourists usually started there and many made pilgrimage to the Great Aurora Temple or the ability to see the Royal Capital up close and in person. But just outside the capital village, Kino is where the three ladies arrived. from the beach was a simple unpaved path they found it pretty isolated. Saving them from a good walk a small police unit rolled up. "Oh looks like some more visitors." Officer Brilla said to her partner, Jasmino. "Guess they arrived outside the busier port."

"Surprise thought most would arrive on Aurora first. Well let's give em a ride."

"Good afternoon!" Brilla stepped out of the vehicle. "Welcome to the islands. You folks like a ride into Kino?"

She collected the money then lead her and her companion along to the changing room which was directly inbetween the hallway and the bath. "It's right through there so go on in when you're ready. You were very generous to share so I'm going to round up a couple of women where waiting for an opening. Please enjoy yourself and let me know if you need anything." She bowed a little and left Aurelia to change and get in.

In the main bath itself was a very large pool enough to accommodate a few guests a couple of wood buckets with cloths if they needed to scrub. A small bamboo chute piped in hot water constantly so the water was always moving. A small skylight above let in just enough light to make it pleasant along with a currently unlit lantern for nighttime.

Annabell could sense they were a bit uneasy seeing the nude women before them but it didn't bother her and as the painter had explained she wanted to make people feel at ease with the beauty of art and the female body. It was just a simple pose by her just like being in an art class. Admittedly she was better with labor and work than she was with anything artistic but she appreciated the fine arts. She reached into her little bag she just bought pulling out her last bit of Island Credits she had on her to be ready to give a donation to her once finished.

Once the painting was finished Annabell gave over 20 Credits "Here consider it my donation please."

"Thank you. And please if you'd like a piece of art feel free to take one for yourself for the amount. Anyone you like."

She wished she could buy some art but not practical with as long as she'd be staying here still she took a look at the displays. Lots of paintings of people, places around the islands and natural beauty a few paintings of ships, one that looked a lot like large steamer that she sailed in on from Kuronami others classic wood sailing ships. A couple of them being tossed by angry seas

"I like these ones" Himiko explained to Annabell. "I like expressive paintings and I do travel a bit so I'm often caught in these wild storms at sea."

"Ah makes me feel like I'm back at sea again. I came in by ship as well, the day I left port at home my ship was in a really bad storm."

"My my scary isn't it? Even I get scared and I'm used to it. And my wife is a fisherman here."

Aurelia, thinking for a moment on one of the gentlemen entering after her, who had seemed familiar, nodded.
"Thank you, Miss Ren, I indeed must bother you with something.", Aurelia said as she began to unbutton her blouse. This would be her first real bath in longer then she liked to admit. "Can you please get a bowl of water or something along those lines for him..." She motioned to Aldhiyb, who was getting comfortable in his position in the corner, but perking up. "...to drink? I'm afraid, that the humidity is getting to him. Thank you."
It didn't take long for her to strip and to find herself in the bath itself, without a towel or anything and getting to wash herself - first by scrubbing the worst of a lot of days at sea without a bath off of herself, then by entering the bath.
And in there, she relaxed with a deep, pleasured sigh.
Gods, this was doing wonders to her!
She leaned back and waited for the other ladies to arrive.

Ren nodded to Aurelia's request "Yes ma'am, I'd be happy to get a bowl of water, won't take me more than a minute. Enjoy yourself." She left to take care of that as well as show a guest in.

As Aurelia settled in another woman entered ready to join. "Ah good afternoon. " She bid to Aurelia. She was actually the same young woman who attended to the visitor from Danceria earlier. "Thank you so much for willing to share. Ooh it's unbelievable how crazy crowded it is right now. I finally broke away form work to get my bath in. You see tonight I'm getting married and we're told wash and meditate a bit in prayer before the occasion. My family's store has been so busy I've hardly had a chance to break away until my mother could return from Corona with new merchandise. I noticed you earlier in the store next to ours, that's a very nice store and the ladies who run it are really wonderful. Oh I'm sorry I'm talking a kilometer a minute here. " she gently entered the water to sit and soak a bit. "I'm Kana, it's a pleasure to meet you."

Aurelia almost squealed at the news, grinning widely: "Congratulations, Kana! That's wonderful and it will be a really good night for it! I bet, that your husband is quite a good-looking guy, too - but even if he is not, he will be very lucky to have you!"

I came here with my own boat and my Sand Wolf for a bit of a vacation before school starts again and to meet a few friends I made.", she said, neither mentioning, that these friends were the Duchess and her little sister, nor that the Duchess was her lover. "It was a long and hard trip and my muscles are a bit sore... this bath is doing wonders for them and my skin!"

"Hm...", Aurelia made, still grinning from the way Kana had reacted, and thought for a moment on any good advice, "Here's a piece my Uncle gave me, he is a sailor for the Sultana's Navy." Technically true, but considering that her Uncle was the Lord-Commander, it was not the entire story. "He told me, no matter what the seas throw at you, stay calm. No matter what happens, no matter how difficult it seems, calmness. To quote him, 'Screaming and pissing yourself can wait for later!'"
Aurelia smiled at the memory.
"Generally, being afraid is not a bad thing, but being commanded by that fear is.", she added.

Kana listened intently to what advice Aurelia could have. She had to give a little laugh at the crass but likely quite true statement about fear. "Ah good advice all around. I'll truly have to remember that. At least my husband is a veteran, has been since he was a boy. Me I'm new but he's said he's ready to teach me all I need to know. Smiling as Kana sidled up to her, Aurelia laughed at the last bit - she understood very well.
"Thank you very much for the invitation, Kana, but I sadly have to decline.", she said with sadness in her eyes, "I already have plans for tonight. They involve someone I love, so..." Despite being a little sad her new found confident wouldn't be able to make it she couldn't help but glee at the fact she did have plans with a special lover of her own. "Aww that's wonderful. Well I hope the both of you have a great evening together all on your own!" She didn't want to pry even though she was sometimes too open for own good she did value others privacy. "And thank you so much for the well wishes. I wish the same blessings for you and putting up with the crazy ramblings of a silly heart like me. The fact you have a lover here in the islands, it's no wonder you faced the high seas to get here. I'd do the same."

Annabell could sense they were a bit uneasy seeing the nude women before them but it didn't bother her and as the painter had explained she wanted to make people feel at ease with the beauty of art and the female body. She wished she could buy some art but not practical with as long as she'd be staying here still she took a look at the displays. Lots of paintings of people, places around the islands and natural beauty a few paintings of ships, one that looked a lot like large steamer that she sailed in on from Kuronami others classic wood sailing ships. A couple of them being tossed by angry seas

"I like these ones" Himiko explained to Annabell. "I like expressive paintings and I do travel a bit so I'm often caught in these wild storms at sea."

"Ah makes me feel like I'm back at sea again. I came in by ship as well, the day I left port at home my ship was in a really bad storm."

Aye, I understand. The rooms are pretty simplistic, private baths, a couple of beds, desk for writing with stationary provided. Window, private bath. Pretty much anything you'll need to get by. But mind you, this is as classy as we get here in our little islands so don't be expecting what you probably get back home. Believe me, it was shell shock when I moved here to be with my husband." “This is spectacular” Fry says as it reminds him of the ships he had studied at the Toon Point Military Academy when he studied naval and civilian ship design. “I would like to buy this, how much?”

"From Lamoni sir. Lots of us folks find ourselves smitten with islanders and soon enough we're here or vice versa." She guided them to their room and opened up the door. "Welcome to your room.
