Marcella had thought for a moment maybe she just blew it, given Aurelia sharply seemed to reject her answer. As beautifully expressive as Aurelia was, she was kind of hard to read. Why was it so hard to find the right words to tell the woman she loved not to fret or worry, why did she feel that she was more bound by her title and wanted Aurelia to kind of shrug off her own, maybe not shrug it off but not let it weigh her as much.
