And finally, the United Pokemon Types has decided to enter the WorldVision Song Contest. The duet BoltBeam, comprised of Steffan Jolteon and Celia Glaceon, have been selected to represent the UPT with their song Strawberry Creams. Our music correspondent, Alicia Mankey, caught up with Steffan after the announcement earlier today.

Alicia: So Steffan, how does it feel to be representing the UPT on the world stage?

Steffan: It's amazing. About a month ago I was speaking to one of the Pokemon Television managers on the lift in Yellow City and I mentioned me and Celia had heard of Worldvision, and the next thing I knew we were invited to audition. Couldn't believe it. It still doesn't seem real.

Alicia: So your song, what's it about?

Steffan: Well ... childhood, mainly. It's about thinking back to a more innocent time.

Alicia: Send Celia my regards, and we wish you the best of luck in the contest.

After a short silence from Worldvision which led to the disqualification of Mabuhay Land, the Mabuhay Olympic and Musical Committee again starts searching for the next singers as representatives to the WV stage.

Karishma Morales, the leader of the song bureau of the combined Mabuhay Olympic and Musical Committee, is the one of the premier singers of Mabuhay Land.

Morales has told Kabutihan News that this time, Mabuhay Land took a different approach. The youth is now the focus as it is in demand in the music industry. The song, "Bata Man Ay Nagmamahal," has a story. Mia and Gio are childhood sweehearts up to now. Mabuhay Land is now depending to the duo.

ALYXHIA WILLIS to represent Britonisea at WV67

BITC has announced that it will be breaking the tradition that Britonisea withdraws after hosting, coming back to the WorldVision Song Contest for the 67th edition.

This time, Alyxhia will be representing the nation at the contest, hoping to keep up its great trend. Britonisea placed second for the fourth time in Telm City and BITC (alongside the whole of Britonisea) feel as though they need to continue that success - and Alyxhia is the person for that!

Her song will be released on the 8th August 2018 at 8pm UTC+1 in Novapax and then the 10th August 2018 at 8pm UTC+1 internationally when the official BITC announcement will happen.

This also confirms that Lucie Dagenham won't be returning as the Britonish Representative for the 67th WorldVision Song Contest.

After some consideration, the decision has been made that Syrche will observe a brief period of abstention from WorldVision, during which time the nation will be focused on domestic politics in anticipation of the upcoming elections.

The preservation of Syrchesi democracy, especially in these most trying times, is of utmost concern to all citizens. The underlying traditions and institutional norms of our society must be upheld and dutifully attended.
