Condensed Announcement from the Foreign Ministry:

The Royal Republic, after great deliberation by the Parliament and Executive(s) (that is to say, the President and the Ras-hoy), has decided to voluntarily downgrade its relationship with the MTO to observer status. Our country cannot in good faith commit itself to sending the armed forces to fight human-like animals, ghosts, and other non-human creatures.

However, in conflicts between human political entities, we are more than happy to lend our assistance, should it be necessary.
