Help with region

I'm new in all this with regions. I founded one and I don't know how to grow it without paying three bucks (which I don't have) for stamps. Help :( :bow:

If your region has something unique e.g a theme opening lots of embassies can help take the bar on the corner of every region as a good example that's been going for only a few years now.
