I don't know how they'll get to the negotiation proper, maybe someone can have the courtesy or niceness to spare a craft. Either that or they'll get there via a Zastava Koral car modified with Eastern Bloc-technology vodka thrusters, and a pressurized cabin with hardbass playing on the radio, if that's fine. The envoy would be escorted by a 8-man security escort consisting of elite units of the 712th Airborne Commando Regiment.

The current Solano will be present due to the convenient location of negotiations, to strengthen Titanian standing at said negotiations, and to extend his nation's influence even further by achieving a number of goals.
