A Helping Hand

***This is not a recruitment*** I would to ask for some help with my region. I have recently gained an interest in monarchies but I hardly know anything about them... and I have implemented the style in my region. I would like for someone to help show me the rope on how to set things up, present my regions self, and much more... So any way is helpful, but I am a hands on learner so if you can just send a puppet to help that would also be appreciated, but not needed, The Empire of Iberia. If you want people to join your region you have to do this:

a) gather a group of people whom you feel are friends and ask them to join your region. It really helps if they're on NationStates a lot and post often;

b) make sure that you have set rules in place for different situations such as elections, arguments, and other such things, before you attempt to recruit people;

c) make sure that you have an identity that makes people understand what type of region you are and is unique;

d) make sure that those you disagree with, even if you abhor their position, have the ability to voice their opinions so long as they at least make valid arguments.

e) after you do b), make your region in a way that almost anyone can join and feel as if they're appreciated and can be active members. After making your region like that, market yourself that way that stays true to your vision, but allows anyone to join
