His childhood was mostly uneventful although his intelligence was noted by teachers throughout his school career. Upon graduating from the Allyrius University with a Masters in Law he became a lawyer and one of Allyria's most sought after Lawyers and this past experience can be seen in the way he picks through legislation. Took control of the Worker's Party after the 2015 election (in which they receive their worst result in 20 years), after which their former leader resigned until a new leader was elected and was made the shadow minister of the environment due to his experience in such areas.

She studied law, and decided to become a civil servant, to aid the country that gave her the privilege. She served the state in many controversial lawsuits, including the famous MacCallow v. Percetti, which she voted against.

She got married to John C. Leareggar, a progressive politician, in 2012, but her marriage eventually failed in 2016. She decided to keep his name and was from that point on address as "JOL", as her name was rather long and difficult to pronounce. She eventually decided to go into politics as she began to become more and more famous as a lawyer. In 2016, she ran for a seat in the nation's parliament by joining the Country party. She eventually won her seat, and she had an important role in forging the Country party / national union coalition. This coalition government appointed her to the international senate, to expand the influence of her nation.
