Ok, so I am currently in the middle of nation building with factbooks, but I wanted to get this idea out so I can brainstorm, plot, plan and discuss my idea of a TWI USSR, CCCP, SSSP, Communist Union.

UCCR - Union of Central Communist Republics.

My idea is to have a Communist Union within TWI so all communist nations can band together with mutual trade, defense, industry etc for all nations with a communist government or background and rival the groups of MTSO, C6, CU etc.

That would be an interesting idea. Balnik is a nazi nation btw. I'll consider as I watch your nation develop.

I see no reason why not. We could say it was developed after WW2 in response to growing western threats.

So I am thinking that the UCCR is a joint treaty of cooperation and the creation of an international socialist front similar to the kind my nation was going to push for in the conference. It would start in the early fifties with Vucari, Weinam, and I being founding members if Vucari becomes active again. (Vucari became socialist in 1912, me in 1953, Orsandia in 1952, and Weinam between 1950 and 1955).

The founding document could have included a clause that said that it would be dissolved should less than 3 nations be in the treaty. So, in 1991, it officially dissolves and ends the Warsaw Pact era of communism (this could even be a "replacement" for the warsaw pact in TWI).

However, in 2018, communism is obviously a resurgent force. In the aftermath of IW2 and in the spirit of spreading communism while safegaurding our nations, Thuzbekistan and Weinam could restart the treaty without that stupid clause under more modern terms. From its founding in 1953-4? the UCCR could have included communist nations of all sorts.

Balnik was socialist from 1909-1982 so sometime in that timeframe might work.

I'd just like to put down that when you guys are done with getting it all set up and are into making history with it, I'd be interested in having historical (Most likely unfriendly) relations with it. Good luck mates, make this a good one.

That would be cool. once we get the time frame of it down, we can start including things like that.

As many nations as possible kind of thing.

I've got to go visit my dad. He just got married... again. But I'll write up some proposed history and tg all communist nations in the past to see how we can build those things. Probably listen to some videos on the Warsaw pact too.

Nah just the way I keep things organized.

If someone hasn't said it already - you're really going to need a dispatch to explain the difference between the USSR and this, as well as to distinguish yourselves from the now defunct Union of Eastern Socialist Republics.

(I just like seeing dispatches for international organisations as well.)

Am I right to see this as a kind of Warsaw Pact thing?
