Tyarbuha Commonwealth Times
A highway lined with an old train track in southern Tyarbuha has been finally fixed after 3 years of unexeptable condition. Now supplies and freight will arrive to the southern town of Gubenudo, a town of 8,560. Donations to maintain these valuable road connections across Tyarbuha are welcome.

The Erithacan government has donated 5257 rubeks to the bridge. The money will be taken along with a small delegation from the royal court.

The government of Tyarbuha is very happy to receive this delegation, aswell as the donation. Progress is being made faster on the bridges now.

Southern Dus Osts and Dus Osts have completely reunified. Dus Osts celebrates with a new holiday, reunification day.

King Sall-Kep of Erithaca attended the celebrations and released this statement:

"I congratulate the people of Dus Osts on their reunification and hope to see peace and prosperity in their new nation. I am impressed with the holiday celebrations and the peaceful transfer of power. On the 8th of August, an embassy shall be opened in Kolamainsus. The ambassador shall be appointed by the Minister of the Gulfcoast (Foreign Minister) in due course. "

The Minister of the Gulfcoast deals with affairs beyond the coast of the Gulf of St.Lawrence. He has the name because, in older times, the majority of Erithaca's foreign relations took place within this gulf with the Mi'kmaq.

The people of Dus Osts were excited to see King Sall-Kep of Erithaca. They send 7,987 Gelders to support Tyarbuha's railroad project.

-Breaking News From Kolmainsus-

The DOCTS has been sent out to a rural region in the north east part of the country where terrorists are suspected to be making bombs. Updates will be posted as soon as the DOCTS has notified Prime Minister E. White of what was found.

The DOCTS confirmed that bombs were being made. 15 suspects have been arrested and the DOCTS is on standby in Kolmainsus.

Large numbers of Dus Ostis have been involved in a mass violent protest over a recent descion to make all educational books electronic. The police force is stretched so thin that the Dus Osti military is getting involved in the most violent areas. Dus Osts is requesting that any allies availible lend support.

The Dus Osti riots have been contained though 27 civillians died, mostly at the hands of protestors. 2 Officers were mamed in a Kolmainsus riot after a molotov cocktail was thrown over the police line. Prime Minister White is not currently in Kolmainsus for safety after the ministral mansion was bombarded with rocks. Dus Osts is asking that any nations availible send aid as the riots are not completely over. The cities of Kolmainsus and Vogelzen have been marked as unsafe with travel in and out of these cities strictly regulated. In a press interview from an undisclosed location Prime Minister White said this:

"The current state of our great nation is saddening. There are so many good people out there that have been hurt and injured. My secretary of war who is stationed in Vogelzen stated that he did not go out in public unless he had a team of AS (Administrative Security) specialists with him. In Kolmainsus, things are even worse. The police chief has called in departments that are less active to aid in ending these riots. We ask for aid from our closest allies, Erithaca and Yarria. Lastly, my cabinet decided during a conference to start using firearms to end these riots. We agreed that anyone in the street between June 13 and June 15 will be arrested. You may request a street pass if you have proof of a place where you need to be. You can apply for this pass at any library, city center, or post office."

Erithaca is more than happy to send 200 armed policemen to deal with rioting. The last riot in Erithaca was in 1984, around the visit of Queen Elizabeth II.

Dus Osts thanks Erithaca for the help, the riots have been controlled and Prime Minister White is returning to Kolmainsus. He will release an official statement on the week-long ordeal upon his arrival.

Prime Minister White reached Kolmainsus safely yesterday and released this message.

"After almost two weeks of intense rioting, the police departments of Kolmainsus and Vogelzen have declared the streets safe and the street passes are no longer necessary. I thank each and every supporter who helped with controlling these riots while I condemn those who nearly detroyed our nation. First, I want to thank the police departments of Kolmainsus and Vogelzen for working 24/7 to control thsese riots. Their bravery will not go unappreciated as I have given police departments a 20% increase in funding and a 30% increase for Vogelzen and Kolmainsus. Next, a big thanks to Erithaca. Each of the armed guards sent by King Sall-Kep will receive 20,000 Gelders for their help. I want to thank Sespector Motors' CEO, Hans Meichner, for donating 30,000 Gelders in ammunition and weapons to keep our police safe during the riot control. I have personally given him the remaining 18,000 Gelders and lowered emissions standards across the automotive industry to make sure his company prospers. Lastly, I thank Copper Coast Guns CEO, Mark Meitz, Tactix Firearms President, Vaun Leiggerast, and Reitz Personal Defense President, Thomas Drieger, for contributing a total of 20,000 guns to police and law abiding citizens so they can protect themselves against these fierce rioters. It is estimated that there is a total of 560,000 Gelders worth of damage. This will be paid for by any rioters who were caught, a number that totaled 10,454. Many were not caught though, so we must also raise taxes by 3% to make sure everyone is aware of the consequences. I hope that our law abiding citizens who were not involved will understand why I made this descision. The taxes will lowered after two cycles."

Prime Minister White congratulates Eglaecia on their victory. He released the following statement.

"Today we celebrate, every nation in The Palumban Nations should celebrate as this is a great victory. I am confident that Eglaecia will do everything in his power to further the diplomatic relations of our region. All of Dus Osts is very happy to see them gain power as they have contributed greatly with making their regional map."

Eglaecian Foreign Policy Institute

The Eglaecian Foreign Policy Institute, in cooperation with the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Palumban Nations Foreign Affairs department, has released a large document detailing the short-term future of Palumban foreign policy. Ambassador to the World Assembly, Martin Rigal, and Ambassador to the Palumban Nations, Serge-Thierry Marchant (current Foreign Officer of the Palumban Nations) spoke at the event, unveiling the document titled "A Cooperative Future". The document can be summed up in three simple bullet points.

• Expansion of our global diplomatic outreach is necessary. This can best be performed by participation in the World Assembly and through the expansion of embassy program.
• We must pursue a policy of peace, with the possibility of aggression when necessary. The Palumban Nations must maintain the ability to perform military operations to secure our regional interests and to defend the sovereignty and values of our region. Military operations must always come after diplomatic efforts have failed to do such.
• The Palumban Nations must promote her values and do so in cooperation with other regions. We are nothing alone, but with the power of multilateral institutions, we will wield much more power on the global stage.

Foreign Officer Marchant has stated that our current embassies are being evaluated, and a list of potential regions to open embassies in is being compiled.

Following Eglaecia's document, Prime Minister White made a televised speech in front of the entirety of the Palumban Nations. Here some of the main points.

Our plans to use radioactive rains to wipe out the hostile dictatorship of Solmanikvia have been postponed. It is important to note that this entire nation has seceded from Dus Osts and forced the inhabitants to work, sleep, and live in general, down in the mines 590 feet below ground for the past six months. We will stand down and again try peaceful relations to align our nation with Eglaecia's new policies.
