Rorschach's Costume is the closest equivalent I can devise, but with multiple exceptions. Among them includes a new mask made of bronze that covers most of his face except for eye slits and the rest of his gadgets.

Quick Character Biography: Cohvin lived a relatively normal life in Purth-Graje, raised by his Stiuraian Father and Atish Mother. His father was a researcher with the University of Purth-Graje, where Cohvin now attends. As he turned 18, his father introduced the young man to Aether, a strange and still mostly unknown element discovered by his grandfather during the Dormill-Stiuraian Civil War which has unique properties that makes it a near unlimited energy source under the right conditions (the variant of Aether his father and grandfather mastered works with steam-powered devices). Shortly after learning of Aether, and being shown a prototype battle-suit designed by his Grandfather to win the Civil War, Cohvin's father was captured by a Joker's Deck squadron and was taken away to a since unknown location. Fueled by his desire to see his father free, Cohvin redesigned the battle-suit with the help of his engineering friend Fidik into the current Makenzjirtn (Machine Storm) suit. He has spent his early career going after petty thugs and thieves under cover of night, occasionally investigating a potential site of operations for the BRS/SI before returning to crime fighting. News of Makenzjirtn's nightly exploits are beginning to circulate, drawing attention from potential partners, ne'er-do-wells, and even the Bureau.

I just prefer keeping my RPs in-region. Its mostly so that I don't get bumrushed by too many people and wind up with a berth in quality that makes the RP hard to read. I can be fairly certain of the quality of members inside the region.

This is one of the few times I considered not having that tag, but its really just a matter of personal preference.

She has great physical strength and speed, and is well trained in hand-to-hand combat and sword-fighting.

Quick Character Biography:
Mari is a freelance programmer who mainly works from her home in Purth-Graje. Her parents were murdered when she was young and her aunt was responsible for her well-being and education until she was old enough to live on her own. Her aunt, a former martial arts champion, also taught her to fight, so she could defend herself if she's ever alone. Not very sociable and communicative, Mari always found it hard to get along with others, and in the past this had caused her to fall into episodes of depression and anxiety. She found refuge from these feelings in nature - especially the wild and stormy nature of the cold seasons - but could never convince herself to actually leave her comfortable life behind and embark on a journey to the wild corners of the world. Instead she learned to program and started her own private business.

Mari began discovering her special abilities when she lived with her aunt, during the solitary walks she used to take when she was feeling down. By her 25th birthday - which she celebrated alone, of course - she managed to fully understand and master her powers. Yellowshash's success and gradual appearance of superheroes made her proud of her abilities, and she was glad to find out that she was not alone. After so many years in the isolated shadows of her own home, she decided to face her demons and reveal herself.

We are an in house region, dude. In order to rp with us, you need to be in our region and on our map.

Edit: as atnaia said, this is mainly for quality control. Plus, members here have a stake in how we role play and in our community as a whole. People from other regions can't be held to the same expectations as this region holds itself to.

Quick Question. Superheroes are only JUST starting to appear: someone stuck in the form of a White Tiger is going to stand out. This is a story that is going to start out with a bank heist in broad daylight. Why would he be there?

Actual issue: remember that in the metanarrative, Blackout Comics is an Atnaian publishing company. A character who attacks workhouses would be a VILLAIN in that logic. I also think that Blackout mostly IGNORES actually controversial stuff and fictionalizes the region to an extent: they don't generally show stuff like indents or workhouses because they know that the Atnaian perspective on such things won't sell abroad.

EDIT: Also, you can't be "sent" to a workhouse, you have to choose to go to one willingly, and they don't have inmates. You are sent to a debtor's prison if you can't make payments.

Physical Description: A short woman of 5'4'' with medium-length dark brown hair. In short, she is an average Athara Magarati woman from all angles.
Costume Description: Well, how about just a shaman mask and a black robe. Always has a mysterious clock in her hand. Can't think of a better costume.
Powers: The clock can be used to send her and others she is in contact with to 12 hours in past or 12 hours in future. Whenever there is danger, the clock vibrates rapidly and warns her.
Skills: She is a clockmaker at her grandfather's old shop. She is fluent in five different languages. And she knows the Kham-Pang style martial arts at Jucas-Nya level.

Quick Character Biography: Teresa Tilija was born in New Libang, Athara Magarat to a Catholic father and a Buddhist mother. When she was 21, her maternal grandfather in Purth-Graje began getting more ill than ever prompting her family to send Teresa to Atnaia as a caretaker for him as well as for her higher studies. Her grandfather started getting more lively in her presence and care, even getting back to his clockmaking profession. Eventually, the old man decided to teach Teresa the skills so that he could continue his business.

Five years after arriving in Atnaia for higher studies and the death of her grandfather, Teresa decided to continue her grandfather's clockmaking business. One day, Teresa discovered a broken antique clock in her grandfather's storeroom while cleaning around. Intrigued by the object, Teresa started fixing it when she was found herself two hours in the past and went through the events again. Teresa started experimenting with the watch and discovered that she could travel to the past and the future but with a maximum limit of 12 hours. Using the abilities of the clock, Teresa now dons her ancestral shaman mask and a long black robe as the Clockmaker to stop crime.
