Desire to Observe the Angel's Alliance - Desire to establish Peaceable provisions

In view of the war currently taking place between members of the Angel Alliance and the Azadistani Commonwealth, which we have formerly and formally protected under an annex to the Liberal Protection Protocol, the Aestorian Commonwealth desires to join the Angel's Alliance as an observing party so as to assure "opposing" parties in the Alliance of our goodwill, and so as to speed friendly negotiations regarding the future of the Azadistani Commonwealth.

While we recognize the existence of criminal syndicates in the Azadistani Commonwealth, which should be brought before justice, and while we recognize the incompetence of the Azadistani diplomatic establishment and the grievances of the international community, the Commonwealth believes it is better to discuss these issues in court and in mediation rather than in the field of battle, especially as it would be a pity if anything happened to your forces so far from home, and even more of a pity if your esteemed nations managed to make themselves targets for infuriated religious terrorists for the next hundred years. (We understand terrorists are extremely stubborn).

We therefore hope representatives of the alliance will join us in Panessos City to discuss how best to peaceably resolve the problems plaguing Azadistani. Your safety is, of course, guaranteed; on the honour of the Senate of Panessos.

If the war can be peacefully resolved, we would also be interested to consider applying to join this alliance as a full member.

However, if peace is impossible, we would like to ensure and assure that we expect any and all war between our parties to take place according to international law.
