Greetings!
This OOC is for the first Nori International Development Conference and will take place in the year 1998. It will be held in Torman, the capital city of Zanaro. All nations that exist on the Nori continent will be granted a seat, and non-Nori nations are allowed to have observer status for this event. This RP will allow for the development of strong economic ties, and international agreements that will help bring the Nori region into a closer bond with one another as well as continue to heal the wounds of OW1 that tore the world apart all those years ago. Zanaro will be footing the bill for this forst conference as a way of fostering cooperation and peace between all parties. Nations will be allowed to send Ambassadors, Delegates, and leaders to the conference. Kotonashi Mal Kurohioun will be in attendance of the conference.
