Since the system is being redone from its very roots, I believe the court system needs to be abolished or heavily reworked

A prime Minister would be essentially ineffective without efficient power allocated to him, such as appointments, foreign affairs, etc. i believe we should create an american-like executive, with the same scope and range of powers. appointments could be confirmed either by a set of judges, or by a committee/board
