Update 1/31: At this point apps for new guests are now closed. Thanks for your interest and I hope you'll consider RPing with me again in the future.

IT'S PARTY TIME! - AGAIN! last year's party proved to be a modest success and I thought it would be a great idea to do it again. This is a party for non-humans, multi-species friendly nations and any nation that mixed race populations or don't mind working with those that do. Humans (our hostess is married to one after all) are still welcome even though this is meant to show off our non-humans. As such all techs will be welcome but keep in mind I RP is an underdeveloped MT nation that also happens to have these fantasy races in them. Don't ask me where you're gonna park your space ship and I won't try to barter your rail guns for my measly tech.

And As I stated last year if you have advanced tech that isn't an open invitation to walk all over me and invade me or such nonsense. Assassination attempts on me or anyone else should be worked out in advanced and as this is a party thrown by a Governor guests ideally should be distinguished in some way. President, ambassador, celebrity, etc. If you want to crash the party with someone common ask me, I'm pretty open to ideas. That said, Neko, Pony, Alien, Zora, Elf and the many more come one come all!

Other Basic Rules:
1. This is a NS Sub-Forum RP so the people must be of your nation or related to your nation somehow, some way.

2. Content shouldn't get too mature beyond forum guidelines. So if you want to slip away for a quickie don't go graphic with it. Remember this is a PG-13 site.

3. Have some basic writing skills, avoid one-liners if you can. A paragraph or more is strongly preferred. Don't worry if you aren't perfect, I'm dyslexic myself I make plenty of mistakes.

4. SPACE is your friend, add line breaks for easy reading.

5. It is ideal you have at least one-non human. I won't hold people strictly to this but I might balance out the guests if it becomes overwhelmingly like a normal state ball.

6. Have fun. That's the most important.

I Millhiore Firianno Biscotti, Governor of the Fifth State of the AHSCA Chain would like to once again invite you to a party. Over the last few years of my Governorship, I've done my best within bounds of our laws to help the needs of non-humans around the world. The last two years in particular has been tough with a recent resurgence of anti-non-human sentiments around the world.

To hopefully brighten our spirits some, I'd like to have a celebration gala with you all. An evening of dining, dancing and enjoying good company aboard my personal ship, Kaze. As I am only a State Governor my ability to negotiate any kind of state deals will be limited but this year our Foreign Relations Officer, Noir VinoCacao and her deputy, have graciously decided to attend. Her Majesty our Duchess, who has graciously allowed me to host this party, is currently abroad and won't be in attendance but she sends her best regards and any further requests can be passed along to her.

You may bring one-two body guards but please no more as space is limited and I assure you will be secure by our gracious Cerulean Knights. Ideally you also may bring one-two member of your family along as well. My ship is fairly big but space is still limited so adherence to these rules is a must. Any other questions or concerns can be forwarded back in your RSVP and I'm sure we can make accommodations as needed.
