The Communist Party of Ankras has been at the forefront of socialist and democratic struggle through out Ankras's century of history. We are both the oldest poliitcal party in Ankras and we have made mistakes but never has our commitment to the achievement of socialism wavered. When it was the People's Party and Inteins Jakar who took the rifle against the Ankrasian Empire we supported him in the streets.
Our history grants us legitimacy and we would be humbled to enter the international sphere of democracy, socialism, and revolution in the righteous struggle against imperialism, capitalism, and all forms of the oppression of one man by another.

The People's Party greets all revolutionary democratic forces in all nations as a show of internationalism. Our late Secretary-General, Marshal-later-President Inteins Jakar took to the emperor's palace, stood on the balcony, and announced too all nations that Ankras would now forevermore be an arbiter of peace, democracy, and the principles of social justice. The People's Party said death to imperialism and built homes, fed millions, and led an army against the Restorationists who sought to restore Empire. The People's Party is at the forefront of progressive politics in Ankras and is the people's bulwark against reaction, fascism, and monarchy.
I myself call myself a socialist, however not all in this party do. Despite that, not a single militant of the People's Party would call socialists enemies. For that reason we merely seek observer status and only to sit at the table among the fellow democratic forces of all lands.

It has come to our attention that some constituent applying and member parties to the Congress have also applied to join a certain revisionist, rival organization that shall not be named. This organization is at cross purposes to the World Socialist Revolution and a divisive force to Marxism and Socialism in all forms. They do nothing to further the cause and, in fact, sew division on behalf of the imperialists, fascists and greedy capitalists who seek to eradicate our people and our way of life.
Membership and Observership status of certain constituent parties are currently under review, and should their duality be discovered and should they choose to not renounce this destructive group they have also joined, their status with the ISC will be revoked and they will be banished to languish on the scrap heaps of history to join other pathetic, failed, disingenuous attempts to obstruct the forward march of the Revolution.
These parties should now consider themselves to have been warned.

Park Hyeja Thought is often referred to as the "2-3-4" ideology, due to its focus on three key areas with two, three, and four points each respectively. It is also known as "Two priorities, three selves, and four loves" for the same reason.
The Two Priorities They are known as the "two priorities" because the first word of both terms is jung (Hangul: 중), which means "heavy" or "priority". First is Jungnong (Hangul: 중농) or physiocracy. Here the first word meaning "emphasis" or "heavy" is combined with "agriculture", meaning an emphasis on agriculture. Second is Junggong (Hangul: 중공) or priority on industry. Although this term usually means "heavy industry", the first word can also be an emphasis on, thus emphasising industry and manufacturing output.
The Three Selves Most people call this group the "three selves" because each term's leading word ja (Hangul: 자) means "self" and there are three of them. First is Jasin (Hangul: 자신）or self-confidence. According to Empress Park, one of humanity's primary restraints is will, and instilling self-confidence is necessary for progress. Second is Jalyeog (Hangul: 자력) or self-reliance. California has had to rely on the goodwill of its northern neighbours the People's Republic of Cascadia for support, and although Empress Park trusts Premier Charlotte very much she understands the next head of state may not be so kind. Therefore, California must become a self-reliant nation in terms of industry, agriculture, and other products. Third is Jaju (Hangul: 자주）or being the master of oneself. Thus, the term means "independent", and ties in to the above desire of "self-reliance". Empress Park hopes her California to have full control over internal affairs, instead of being pushed around by external powers.
The Four Loves Every one of four terms here begins with ae (Hangul: 애) meaning love, so this section became known as the "four loves". First is Aeguk (Hangul: 애국), meaning "love for one's country" or patriotism. Second is Aedang (Hangul: 애당), meaning "love for the party". Third is Aein (Hangul: 애인), meaning "love for the masses". Although in modern Korean the term usually refers to one's lover, the literary meaning of "loving the people" has been returned. In particular, here it refers to the masses, and an extension of her ideals for "good governance". Finally, last is Aega (Hangul: 애가), meaning "to love one's family". Here it refers specifically to making sure rulers see their subjects as their own children, a rather Confucian concept that Empress Park holds dear.

Going to guess you skipped this part in the OP. It looks like you signed up your Minister of Foreign Affairs equivalent to be ISC Representative (Not an honorary title) and also still attempt to do their other responsibilities. Please correct that to have your application accepted. Thanks.
