Technically it is mine but I am willing to share it with others in the region. I likely will be the only one rping in threads related to this. Currently membership of the DSLC is centered in a recent acquired territory of my actual nation but their is room for expansion across the region with whoever would like to have them.

OK, so then this isn't coming from something that has already seen some RP in the region, it's something you made up for the application. Is that right?
I don't see any issues, I'm just curious. The only issue would be if the party was RP'd by multiple players and ICly, the DSLC representative ended up on the leadership committee for the ISC.
