Welcome to the first annual Student Exchange Program funded by the Pettersen Education Company! We are a company that promotes the learning of culture through immersion, and are honored that you have chosen to go on this adventure with us.
We make it our utmost priority to maintain the safety of the students who will be sent to the Port Stephen University to learn different subjects, about Kannapian culture, and just to have a good time!
The university is host to many historically important buildings, such as the Antiquities Museum, Barvet Museum, University Art Gallery, and the University Library. The campus and the local area offer a wide selection of dining locations such as Courtyard Restaurant and Bar, Lettucehead Cafe, Bridge Sandwiches, Smoothie Queen and many others, serving a wide variety of food and drinks. In addition to dining locations on campus, there are hundreds of dining locations in the city in the vicinity of the university. The University is situated close to all the beloved landmarks of the city, and both bus and metro routes have stations close to the university. City tours are a popular must-do when visiting the city, especially because there is just so much of the city to take in!
Student housing will be provided in Christopher Spencer Dormitory, is named after the second President of the Federation of Kannap. Each student in the program will be housed in a dorm room in the building, with the likelihood of having one, or even two, roommates! Each dorm room comes equipped with a bed, a desk and chair, a dresser, a microwave, cabinet space, and a mini refrigerator. Each room has an adjoining private bathroom with a stand-up only shower, a toilet, and a sink. Each floor of the building is equipped with a kitchen and a laundry room. The dormitory comes with Wi-Fi throughout the entire building, meeting rooms and study rooms on each floor, a theater and diner on the first floor, a sky lounge on the top floor and a rooftop garden.
